Hi,
While applying patch 5495695, we got the following error:

Can anyone give me a heads up on what is oracle.rsf.sqlplus_rsf and where it can be found?
Regards,
Neeraj

I have exactly the same issue while applying this patch.
Version of DB is 9.2.0.8
I've even tried to comment lines in file:
5495695/etc/config/actions
<oneoff_actions>
# <oracle.rsf.sqlplus_rsf version="9.2.0.8.0" opt_req="R">
<archive name="libsqlplus.a" path="%ORACLE_HOME%/lib" object_name="lib/libsqlplus.a/saficid.o"/>
<make change_dir="%ORACLE_HOME%/sqlplus/lib" make_file="ins_sqlplus.mk" make_target="sqlplus"/>
# </oracle.rsf.sqlplus_rsf>
</oneoff_actions>
it doesn't help, a different error appears while applying the patch:
OPATCH_JAVA_ERROR=Exception in CheckConflict. null
Nothing in MetaLink regarding this issue, all I've found is this topic.

    Milan,
    Please do the following:
    1) Download the latest OPATCH version -- Which OPatch version to download to apply/rollback interim patches? [Video] [ID 374092.1]
    2) Source the 10.1.3 ORACLE_HOME env file from $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3 directory -- <CONTEXT_NAME>.env
    Issue "echo $ORACLE_HOME" to verify that ORACLE_HOME points to 10.1.3 before you apply the patch.

    Friends,

    Regards,
    Vinay

    Following these instructions solved the problem for me, maybe they will help you.
    Issue 3: On Linux AMD x86-64 on RHEL4 systems, if you run OPatch in -report mode, it detects the incorrect platform and then terminates with errors similar to the following:
    Apply Session failed: ApplySession failed to prepare the system.
    OPatch failed with error code 73
    Workaround: Set the OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID environment variable to point to the AMD64 Linux platform, whose ID is 226. For example:
    export OPATCH_PLATFORM_ID=226
    Then re-run OPatch in -report mode, for example:
    opatch apply -report
    Or
    opatch rollback -report

  • OPatch failed with error code 74 while apply patch 10093985 - 10352313

    Hello,
    In OBIEE 11g, we had a problem that the map only appear if the language selected is English. To fix this error we need to install de pach "10352313" who fix the bug "10093985". I make all the steps that are in the manual. Download the last OPatch, install and configured. All the prerequisites are ok. When I went to the folder of the patch to run the comand "opatch apply -jre $ORACLE_HOME/jdk/jre" I had this error:
