Open sales order report with billing date.

Hi,
I want to know if there's an available report for open sales order with billing date field.
Thank you.

Hi,
If your case is "Order-related" Billing, you can use the T.Code "VF04" for this purpose.
One more way is to go for a custom report.
Make a copy of code of the T.Code "VA05n"(Program Name is "SD_SALES_ORDERS_VIEW").
Change the code as per your requirement to display the field "Billing Date" in the report.
Check with your ABAPer if you wish to go for a custom report.
Regards,
Krishna.

  • Open Purchase Orders Report with Confirmation Dates

    Hi Friends,
I have searched a lot for the following need and I have found nothing. I was wondering if there ia any report that I can show the scheduled delivery dates from a Purchase order. I have seen in ME2L that by placing EINT in scope of list I can see the schedule lines. However, if there is a new delivery date due to supplier confirmation that have been placed in PO with the indicator AB this is not appeared. At the same time if there is a partial quantity that has already been delivered then it does not appear as well. So, I need a report with all the scheduled delivery line plus the open quantity.
    Many Thanks in advance,
    Ioannis

It is very strange. Because what I see is that in this report the confirmation date is not appeared although the schedule line is appeared. Then If I go to change the confirmation date in PO for second time then it is appeared. I have no idea why this is happening

Does anyone know of any open sales orders report ? VA05 ? Table join between VBAP-VBAK ?
    Thanks

    Hello,
Does anyone know of any open sales orders report ? VA05 ? Table join between VBAP-VBAK ?
If your basic requirement is find out the open Sales Order then you can look out for the below standard report:
    VA05/VA05N
If your requirement involves some values to be included then kindly urge you to go for SQVI technique involving tables like VBAK,VBAP,VBUK and other Sales table based on requirement.

    Hi,
    Try this:
    SELECT T0.CardName,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%2\]') Item1,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%3\]') Item2,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%4\]') Item3,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%5\]') Item4,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%6\]') Item5,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%7\]') Item6,
    (Select SUM(isnull(T1.quantity,0)) from RDR1 T1 WHERE T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry AND T1.ItemCode = '[%8\]') Item7
    FROM ORDR T0
    WHERE T0.docdate between [%0\] and [%1\]
That might be the only way close to your requirement.
    Thanks,

  • Sales order report with order attachments

    Hi All
I am writing a program for a 2 part report that gives a list of sales orders with attachment flags and a list of invoices that do not have the output processed due to the presence of attachment flag.
Firstly i need help regarding few queries in the process of writing this program.
    1. How can i distinguish between a sales order with attachement and one without an attachment.
    2. What is the related field for attachment in sales header/sales item table(s) or any other sales related table which will contain information of the attachment in the sales order.
    3. If I have an attachment in sales order, will it have an effect in the output being processed for the invoice for that order.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hello Erik,
is there a sales order report with the complete line-item pricing
breakdown. For example, In VA05 I'm only able to get the Net
Price and Net Value as an output. I would also like to view the
breakdown of the conditions (e.g. disounts, tax, etc.)
Is there another report in SAP that will show this? Or a backend
table I can pull this information from to create a query?
The best way to handle your requirement is to create a Custom report using the standard table for Sales Order i.e. VBAK and you can pick up the Document Condition Number. You can pass this number to table KONV and pull up all the values for the active contion type which was responsible for Sales Order price calculation. Please reach out to a ABAPer to develop this sort of a custom report.
Just FYI, if you want to check out all the value for a specific condition type, then you can use the standard report i.e. V/LD.
Please update your post after carrying out this exercise.

    Hai,
Join VBAK & VBAP and store data in an internal table GT_VBAP to get Sales order numbers, items, materials.
Get Open Sales order items from VBUP into GT_VBUP  where VBUP-GBSTA  NE  'C'.

  • Delivery in open sales order report

    Hi All,
In VA05 transation - in open sales order, my client wants the number of material delivered for a partial delivered sales order. Or is there any other way where we can see the open sales orders and the quantites partially delivered for a open sales order.
    Rewrad points for helpful answer.
    Regards
    Ashis

    Hi
VA05 is a standard report provided by SAP and if your requirement doesnot satify with that you have to develop your own with the help of the abaper by passing the requirement to the abaper (this is a customised report.).
Every report will have an input screen and an output screen with a logic (programme) to generate the report. Pass the requirements of the client, like how the output screen should be, what are all the fields and tables that are to be hit to get the required data, to the abaper.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Read Sales Order Price with Pricing Date (PRSDT)

    Hello ABAP Gurus,
I have once requirements and is, I need to extract sales order prices with a given Pricing Date (PRSDT).
Could you please tell me if these is Function Module or BAPI that I can use?
    Regards,
    Murali

Maintain a condition record for Rs.10/- with a validity date (only as an example) as 1st March'14 to 15th March'14.  Another condition record for Rs.15/- with validity date as 16th March'14 to 31st March'14.
Now create a sale order for 500 nos. with one line item and change the pricing date as 15th March'14.  Similarly, create another line item for the same material with 500 nos. and here, change the pricing date as 16th March'14 at line item level.  By doing so, system would fetch the pricing in billing accordingly.
I told as per my knowledge System will bring old price only for reserved stock if you want to apply new price for reserved stock just 411 e return the stock from reservation and now create sales order
    i hope this right
Your understanding is incorrect.  System will never validate pricing based on age of the stocked material but based on validity period what you maintain in condition record.

  • Third Party GRN Posting Date to be Copied to Sales Order Line item Billing Date

    Hello Experts
I have a client requirement where in they want to bill line items in the sales order ( third party process ) to the end customer in sync with the GRN posting dates happened in the PO
For EG if GRN happened on 1st July 2014 then Billing Date should come in as 31st July 2014 so when they execute VF04 giving from and to dates as 1st july to 31st corresponding sales order can be invoiced
Actual problem is for suppose if i create a sales order in the month of june say 26th basing on the factory calendar setting and invoicing list maintained in the customer master system defaults the billing date to 30th June 2014 , and the same when user runs VF04 from 1st June to 30th June this sales order shows as due and mistakenly end user invoices the customer ( whereas logical GR would have only received in July 1st )
My requirement is similar to below threads but i am unable to find answer how to copy GR Posting date to Billing Date of the sales order line item
use GR Doc date as billing date
3rd party sales process (w/o ship notif) - Billing

    Hi Lakshmipathi ji,
As my requirement is to update the billing date at the sales order line item level , As a process user goes in executes VF04
    For Ex
Sales Order Created Date is 1st June 2014 then System Defaults Billing Date at line item to 30th June 2014
Now when i do GRN suppose on 1st July 2014 for that line item , system should trigger a code where in check the posting date of the GRN and override the same in the Biiling Date field of the sales order line item
So when VF04 is run for a month All the GRN which are recieved in the month of July are invoiced in July
Please share me your thoughts do we need to check any userexits from MM side which reads the posting date of GRN and then copies in to my third party sales order
    Regards

  • Change delivery date on sales order -- change of Billing date on item

    Hi,
We are trying to change a delivery date for a sales order's item, if we do so normally the billing date on that item's billing tab will change automatically also.
Now, for a specific sales order the billing date in the billing tab is not changing.
We compared 2 sales orders .. the same statusses - no blocks - ... and with one it works (changing of the billing date) and with the other it does not work..
    Please help !
    thanks a lot!

    Hi,
    Check the following.
If invoice dates are defined for the customer, the system proposes the billing date from the invoice date calendar. If no invoice dates are agreed, then the actual goods issue date is formed on the basis of delivery related billing. In order related billing, the billing date of the order forms the basis of the billing date.
If you are billing services, the system proposes the date of services rendered. You can change the date manually in the sales document.
If you are using a billing plan to bill a project, the system can propose billing dates for the billing plan on the basis of planned or actual dates in the corresponding milestone.
In a billing plan for a maintenance or rental contract, you can specify rules by which the system determines billing dates on the basis of other dates in the contract.
