Opmnctl @cluster status problem

I aim to create an architecture of Oracle BPEL Clustering. I installed Oracle Application Server and Oracle BPEL Process Manager for OracleAS Middle Tier on three machines. I consider one of these three machines as Load Balancer. My problem is that when I execute opmnctl @ cluster status on a machine, the result of this command is only the instance installed on this machine+.
Thanks for help.

I solved the problem.

  • Cluster status ... slow

I've just built my 4th OES2 cluster, the first with SP2. I'm still building and configuring resources and the SAN 'feels' slow (EMC CX300 / 2Gb fibre). I'm just starting to benchmark it against the other production clusters.
One of the symptoms is that the 'cluster status' command from either node takes 2 or 3 seconds to return the status. On my production clusters it takes less than a second to return status on half a dozen resources. This made me wonder, does the cluster status get it's info from the SBD partition? Would this be another indication of poor SAN performance?

No, "cluster status" just goes in through adminfs, reads a few things from memory (owned by NCS) through the /proc file system, and comes back.
I think the delay is caused by slowness in your file system (which in turn could be caused by other I/Os, SAN included).
You can isolate the problem further by running the following command (as root). Command "echo -n STATUS > /proc/ncs/cluster" bypasses adminfs, and the sleep command is only waiting for the output being put in /var/log/messages.
    "date; echo -n STATUS > /proc/ncs/cluster ; sleep 10; tail -16 /var/log/messages"
It will print out something like this. Please check the time printed out by "date" and the timestamps for the "cluster status" command in /var/log/messages.

  • CUC 10.0.1 cluster status stuck in Split Brain Recovery (SBR) on Primary server - HA reports fine.

    Hi,
Have a 10.01.11900 CUC cluster and everything is working fine (no one having issues with voice mail, etc) but the cluster status reports is not consistent.
DBreplication is showing 2 on both servers.
Primary unity server cluster status shows Primary/split brain recovery.
HA Unity server cluster status shows Primary/Secondary.
utils diagnose test - everything tests fine except the tomcat_connectors test.
test - tomcat_connectors   : Failed - The HTTPS port is not responding to local requests.  Please collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*
We've shutdown the HA server and rebooted primary, and then waited awhile after primary was back up/active before bringing the HA server back up and still same.
We reset DB replication and same.
On the HA server I made the HA primary and the cluster status flipped to Seconday/Primary and I then made primary the primary again, but the primary server cluster status always shows Split Brain Recovery for the secondary/HA server.
No core dumps on either server and all services are started.
Any one seen this before or have any thoughts?  I have a TAC Case on this but so far in same boat.
Would the utils cuc cluster renegotiate command help? Did not replace a server so don't really want to overwrite data to publisher server. Issue seems to be with the publisher since HA shows fine but not sure. I don't want to lose messages/etc so don't want really want to run these commands.
    Thanks.

    Ok, thanks.
The SRM logs indicate the Connection Digital Networking Replication Agent service is not running, however when I start it it stops right away and the cuReplicator log states digital networking is not enabled.
    From SRM Log:
23:47:20.100 |17755,,,SRM,7,<svcmon> checkServiceStatus: started service monitoring
    23:47:20.100 |17755,,,SRM,7,<svcmon> Service Status: 1 service(s) not running. Service name(s):
23:47:20.100 |17755,,,SRM,7,<svcmon> Connection Digital Networking Replication Agent
    23:47:24.674 |28471,,,SRM,11,<Timer-3> [snd] Type: Heartbeat
    From Replicator log:
    admin:file tail activelog cuc/diag_CuReplicator_00000049.uc
    23:42:59.208 HDR|09/14/2014 ,Significant
23:42:59.208 |28914,,,CuReplicator,0,Digital Networking is not enabled. Replicator will stop now.
There is no digital networking setup to other unity systems, and only one location.
Also, the Server role manager can't be restarted from CLI or the GUI so either root or a server reboot.
I compared it to another CUC cluster and deactivated the Digital Networking service and the SRM logs seem happier now, will wait a bit and see if it clears the SBR status up.

  • PF status problem

    Dear All,
I create one AlV report but when i download  from ALV output data  to Exel , exel data is coming blank.
i copy stadard PF status and using in alv report.
All remaining button is properly working.
can you suggest me why exel data is coming blank.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Raju

Try downloading in other formats and see the result. If it's downloading in other formats, then the problem could be with the data in the ALV grid.

  • AFS - ATP "T" Status Problem

    Hi All,
We're having a problem with ATP checks ignoring stock assigned to status T - Temporarily assigned stock/requirements, and double-promising against any quantity that hasn't been yet allocated to R - Reserved or F - Fixed.
For example, batch 0001 has 400 pieces allocated in F status, and 100 pieces unallocated and in A - Available status. If we enter Order 1 for 100 and save, this stock correctly moves from A to T. If another Order 2 is entered however, we are able to put up to 100 on the order and it will allow us to save. If we put 101, 100 will promise, and 1 will reject... when all 101 should reject, since 100 are already promised to Order 1 and we have no stock in A.
I cannot find anywhere in configuration where this T status is now being ignored by ATP checks. Thanks if anyone can help!
    -J

    US,
I suspect you may be dealing with a different issue. We are simply changing the J0 rejection to a different rejection code that won't be considered for ATP again when rescheduling is ran, since J0 is hardcoded to always take part during re-ATP.
As you probably know, J0 is set by the system if there's no availability for the item. If you want items without availability to take part in MRP I propose you either setup replenishment lead times on your materials and have your availability checking rule consider RLT, or you should have future receipts to confirm against, e.g. planned orders, production orders, etc. If you don't have sizing information yet you could use SLH methid 2 functionality.
    I hope this was helpful.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
Check the below link to match your steps and verify according:
    http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/10g/OracleDB10gR2RACInstallationOnWindows2003UsingVMware.php
For practise and test purpose VMWARE is definetly a better choice.Check the below link which can help

Here's a simplified version of the cluster.
I have 2 managed servers that are part of the cluster.I have defined the managed server

  • Invitation Status problems

I have a few problems with the status of events within my calendars. Firstly, when I create a new event with another attendee, then according to the help document named "Understanding symbols in iCal", after the email invitation has been sent the status symbol should change as stated:
"A diagonal upward arrow means "sent."
A diagonal upward arrow appears in the attendees list in the Info drawer next to people who have been invited to an event but have not yet responded....."
However I don't see that change reflected, what I see is a gray line a little like a tilde "~" only less curvy. The email has definitely been sent at this point. This status symbol is not defined in the above mentioned help document. When the email is responded to by the recipient, then again according to the above support document, I should see a new symbol with one of the following meanings:
A diagonal downward arrow means "received."
    An "x" (RED) means "declined."
    A checkmark (GREEN) means "accepted."
A question mark (BLUE) means "tentative."
However, what I am then getting is a question mark, but it's a gray one, not Blue. The email response has come from an Outlook client which has provided the following .ics file contents (certain details deliberately obscured but are correct in the file):
    BEGIN:VCALENDAR
    PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 11.0 MIMEDIR//EN
    VERSION:2.0
    METHOD:REPLY
    BEGIN:VEVENT

    DESCRIPTION:Yes indeed\n
    SUMMARY:Accepted: Xmas Bash
    PRIORITY:5
    X-MICROSOFT-CDO-IMPORTANCE:1
    CLASS:PUBLIC
    ATTENDEE;PARTSTAT=ACCEPTED:MAILTO:[email protected]
    END:VEVENT
    END:VCALENDAR
From what googling around I have done, this seems perfectly valid, but it does not seem to be processing it correctly. As it changes from the "~" to a "?" this would seem to indicate that it realises it has received a response, but cannot process it. To check, I looked at one of my acceptances to an event to see if it matches, and bar a couple of extra lines in both files, the syntax looks consistent. Even so, I tried saving the .ics file and editing it to reflect some of the different date that is created in a genuine iCal reply as opposed to the Outlook ones, lines such as CREATED:20071031T212254Z, and "ATTENDEE;CUTYPE=INDIVIDUAL;PARTSTAT=ACCEPTED;ROLE=REQ-PARTICIPANT:MAILTO:ka..@ be...n.co.uk but it makes no difference.
Does anyone else have this, and know how to fix it?
Many thanks for your patience reading through the above

Slight edit to the above, after some more testing, it appears that the return acceptance isn't being processed at all, and in fact the "~" only changes to a "?" if I update the event and send out a new invite. This kind of implies that event replies are broken in Outlook, but I was hoping all that was behind us now as inviting people to events works both ways between iCal and Outlook, seems the acceptances only work one way though. I'm sure this is to do with the .ics file contents, and if I only knew what was wrong I would be happy to fix it all manually in the meantime.

  • SAPconnect Internet Mail Status Problem

I configured BI 7.0 SAPconnect for sending internet email. I receive the mail in outlook just fine. The problem is in the status field. All messages have status of sent. I would like to know what configuration is missing so I can receive status transmitted.
    Thank You in advance

    Martin,

It would help you to resolve the issue

  • Status Problem

    Hello Experts!
i have a error message when I am creating a Good Rcpt Document (MIGO). of
"Goods receipt for purch. order" is not allowed (WBS TKY.0001.A.2   .01)
    Diagnosis
The current status of object 'WBS TKY.0001.A.2   .01' prohibits business transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order'.
    Procedure
To process business transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order', you first have to change the status of object 'WBS TKY.0001.A.2   .01' to allow the transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order'.
This gives you an overview of the system and user statuses that affect the transaction. A transaction can only be executed if there is at least one status that allows it and there is no status that forbids it.
I have allowd in User status for WBS for goods receipt for Purchase order ...but still problem is there and I am unable to make the GRN.
Please clear me where i am wrong ...and what shuld i do ...
    thanks in advance
    Regards
    SMITH

    Hi,
Step1. Go to the PO in question.
Step2. Go to the account assignment tab and note down the WBS Element mentioned there.
Step3. Go to CJ20N, select this WBS element from step2. And Edit->Status->release
    And now save this Project.
    Step4. Now carry out MIGO.
    Hope its useful.
    Reward points if useful.
    Thanks..

  • Monthly Sales Order query Doc Status problem

    Hi Experts,
I am having an problem while making a total monthly sales order query in which I am not getting the document status which are Open - Printed. Also note that these document which are open printed are not having any target document.
    SELECT T0.[DocStatus],T1.[TargetType],T0.[CANCELED],T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T0.[NumAtCard], T5.[SeriesName], T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocDate], T0.[DocDueDate], T0.[DocTotal],T0.[Max1099]'Total Before Discount',T0.[TotalExpns],T4.[descript]'Territory',T2.[SlpName]'Employee Name'
    ,T0.[discsum]  FROM ORDR T0  ,RDR1 T1,OSLP T2,OCRD T3,OTER T4,NNM1 T5  where  T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry AND T0.SlpCode = T2.SlpCode AND T0.CardCode = T3.CardCode
    AND T3.Territory = T4.territryID AND T0.Series = T5.Series and T0.[CANCELED]='N' and T1.[TargetType] is not null
My mission for the above query is to have Total Monthly Sales Orders with value exluding the cancelled and closed sales sales ( close here means - which are manually done by right click on sales order screen and selecting Close )
Please guied how to solve this issue because in the back end for Sales Order which have turned to deleivery are showing doc status as closed and the sales order which are manually closed are also showing doc status as closed. How to diffrentiate between them.
    Waiting for a positve feedback.
    Regards,
    Rahul

    Try this one:
    SELECT DISTINCT T0.[DocStatus],T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T0.[NumAtCard], T5.[SeriesName],
    T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocDate], T0.[DocDueDate], T0.[DocTotal],T0.[Max1099]'Total Before Discount',
    T0.[TotalExpns],T4.[descript]'Territory',T2.[SlpName]'Employee Name',T0.[discsum]
    FROM DBO.ORDR T0
    INNER JOIN DBO.RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
    INNER JOIN DBO.OSLP T2 ON T0.SlpCode = T2.SlpCode
    INNER JOIN DBO.OCRD T3 ON T0.CardCode = T3.CardCode
    INNER JOIN DBO.OTER T4 ON T3.Territory = T4.territryID
    INNER JOIN DBO.NNM1 T5 ON T0.Series = T5.Series
    where  T0.[CANCELED]='N' and T1.[TargetType] != -1
    Thanks,

  • More Failover Cluster CSV problems

Windows 2008 R2 Failover Cluster for Hyper V using CSVSo I come into work today and one of our two nodes on our HyperV cluster is reporting a memory DIMM error. So I am anticipating that we have to bring that server down.I know from the past that if the server that goes down is the Owner of any of the LUNs then if the other server goes down for any reason, the entire cluster will crap out when the other server comes back up and the owner is still down.So in the past I've been able to use Failover Cluster MMC to right click on a LUN and transfer ownership to the other node.I did that today on my 1st of 4 LUNs and instead of transferring over, it now says "Failed" and when I right click on it, all it has is "Help" , no other action available.I'm doing my googling to figure out what to do but I'm sure this is one of the problems I have...

  • HyperV 2012 R2 Failover cluster, HV problem, all VMs restart

Hello, I have 2 node Failover cluster with two nodes, Hyperv 2012, multipath SAS storage MSA2000. But hardware problem with one node (node2). It shutdown unexpectly. When It hapens NODE1 restar all VMs it is normal? It was configured by cluster validation
tool. There is no witness. I don't clearly understand what happens if one node crash. KR.

As Eric has said it will start the VM's in a crash consistent state on the non crashed host.
But from your example I take your seeing your guests on the non crashed host restart. If this is the case I would say yes! I have seen this happen before. It can happen if your not using quorum because only one node has a vote. I would recommend you create
a witness, on your MSA 2000 carve out 1 GB and do a disk witness. Or if you have a server not in the VM cluster you could do a file share witness, file share is my preferred. Once you have a witness in play you will see all of your hosts having a vote. Look
in the cluster manager at the nodes section. You should see a vote column. Currently it will say 1/0, once the witness is created it will show 1/1.

  • JMS cluster configuration problem

    Problem description:
I have a OC4J cluster with two OC4J instances (referred to as I1 and I2) each having their own JMS Server (referred to JMS1 and JMS2). For certain messaging scenarios (not all) it is necessary that I1 puts a message on a queue of I2.
In order to do that I use the following configuration:
    I2 -> jms.xml
    <jms-server host="[ALL]" port="9127">
    <queue-connection-factory location="xyz.ConnectionFactory" host="I1" />

         <queue name="queue1" location="xyz.queue" persistence-file="queue1.file"/>
When I try to send a message from I2 to I1, using the connection factory stored under xyz.ConnectionFactory I get the following exception:

    Above problem could be resolved.
    1. The problem only occured when sending a message within a transaction. Without transaction everything worked fine.
    2. Due to this strange behaviour we assumed that this is a bug - and it was. This bug has the issue nummer: 5331629. In version 10.1.3.1.0 this issue is resolved. We tested it and indeed it worked as excpected.
