Opportunity group help

Hi,
Opportunity Group drop down menu,  to remove the some of the products.  We do not want historically information to be affected by this change.  We just want to have these products marked in such a way that they no longer show up in the drop down menu, but that previous opportunities that were created for these products remain complete.
Please help me for this issue.
How to hide thopse opportinity groups from drop down list.
Advance thanks

Hi,
You can delete the Opportunity Group contents in SPRO under Settings for Opportunity under Define Opportunity Group, select and delete the groups.

does anybody have any suggestions for how to get help registering our user's group?

  • Trash and user group help!

why do i need to type in password when i delete things? how do i remove it?
and i can't delete items directly from the dock as well. like opening from the downloads folder and dragging the file to trash. i have to bring open up Finder and delete from the folder directly.
another issue is that am i able to remove the gues user from my start up screen? i've already disabled it from the user groups but i still see it in my login screen.
one last problem, is it a norm to have current leakage for the MBP? i've been having frequent shocks from the 2 bottom corners of it when i plug it in to a power source. i bought it from an authorized retailer and using it in the country where i've gotten it from. i've just gotten my mbp about 3 weeks back.
    thanks for replying my queries!

    Hi,
Yeah in ACS 3.1 its under the Shared Profile Components page. In ACS 4.1 its directly under the user groups or under SPC page.
You need to check the box for "define ip based access restriction" and deny access for all other groups to the wireless access points network device group.
    ACS 3.X)
    1. Denied Calling/Point of access restrictions
    2. AAA Clients =UPS_PDU (Power Supplies)
    3. Port = just put a * for all
    4. Src IP address = just put a * as well
    SUBMIT to SAVE
Create a second one for the other group like so:
    1. Denied Calling/Point of access restrictions
    2. AAA Clients =Routers_Switches
    3. Port = just put a * for all
    4. Src IP address = just put a * as well
    Click submit to save it.
Go to the ACS User groups section and select the Network Administrators Group " that don't need access to the UPS's" and apply the NAR you created to that group. Do the same for the other grouping.
    (ACS 4.X)
Go directly under the "user groups" and create the NAR under there. No need to go under the Shared Profile Components section
Hope this helps and let me know if you need further assistance or explanation.

I've tried the documentation, online help, my Crystal Reports book and the web, and can't find the answer!  My problem:My database contains a list of people and events they have attended.  I have created a report which generates a certificate for each person, and lists all the events they have attended.  So far so good. There is a group set on the person's ID field, which is unique.  This works well, except I would like the certificates to be ordered by the person's last name, not their ID number. Thanks in advance

This is for CR XI....   Well if you group by ID, unless you have multiple ID's that are the same, grouping by name won't get you what you want.  Go to Report, Group Expert, select your name field from the list, when you add the field, the group will go to the bottom, of the list, if you look to the right of the Group By window you will see a small blue arrow, click on it, and hopefully the groups will change position.   That should at least get you started.....

  • Group HELP!

Hello all...I have created a General Ledger Interface report in Crystal.  The records are grouped by accounting unit and then account (Balance Sheet account or object code)...to limit the number of lines that are loaded into our financial system (debit and credit amounts for the object are consolidated).  But all records within a accounting unit must have the same doc id and it must be unique from others that are being loaded...trying to use group number but my date is in the header/footer of sepate groups so the group numbers do not match.</p>
This is what my doc id is made up of .  Not all records have a control group so I needed another unique identifier.  Tried to use the group number but the detailed records are in the footer of the account group so it isn't unique. Ugh. Please help.:</p>

    Jennifer,
Try creating a formula similar to this...
    IF IsNull({TableName.AccountingCenter}) OR {TableName.AccountingCenter} < 1
    THEN 0
    ELSE {TableName.AccountingCenter}
This is assuming that {TableName.AccountingCenter} is a numeric field and that 0 isn't already a legitimate AC...
Then group on this formula instead of {TableName.AccountingCenter}.

  • Record group help

    Hi
I have an enquiry form in which there are 2 text items and a push button.User have to input a value in text box 1 and press the button. The sql in the button press trigger will fetch a value from database and displays in text item 2.
But this the performance is bad in that way.
Is there any alternative to this scenario. Can i populate the data in a record group and query against that record group in the button-press?
Your help will be very much appreciated.

And why you think it is bad performance???
If your SQL statement's execution is slow, it will be slow everywhere, regardless where you are executing it, in a record group, PL/SQL, etc....
You should find out why the statement is slow.
There will be no significant difference if you use it in a record group.

  • SSRS 2008 Matrix grouping help

Hi. I have a requirement to create an SSRS report with a tablix or matrix which looks like the image below. My dataset will hold the following column values: Project name, overall rag, cost rag, scope rag, headline and commentary.
The RAG values are all colours which I will represent via a background expression. The grey columns will be static.
The headline and commentary values are long text values and should run under the RAG columns as depicted.
I have no idea how to group and create this in an SSRS 2008 report; please can someone let me know how I should configure this?

We can merge cells in Data Region of tablix. Refer this link
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd207131.aspx
Moreover it is important that we know how the data looks like in Data Set. Post the sample data.

  • Advanced grouping help

    Hi,
My tables holds data like this.
    Region      Agent       Product     Category   Sale
    West     Agent1     P1     C1     2
    West     Agent1     P2     C3     3
    East     Agent1     P4     C4     2
East     Agent2     P1     C1     5The report we want to generate should look like this
Region     TotalSales(Total Sales from this region          Top 5 Agents     $     Top 5 Products     $     Top 5 Category     $
                   West     200          Agent 1     25     P1     18     C1     23
                                  Agent 2     15     P2     15     C2     21
                                  Agent 3     15     P3     12     C3     21
                                  Agent 4     10     P4     7     C4     20
                                  Agent 5     9     P5     6     C5     6
                   East     400          Agent 4          P3     75     C5     123
                                  Agent 7          P7     30     C8     111Basically everything is pivoted on Region,
    Basically what we have is
    Columns 1, 2 - sum(sales) group by region
    Columns 1, 3, 4 - sum(sales) group by region, agent
    Columns 1, 5, 6 - sum(sales) group by region, product
    Columns 1, 7, 8 - sum(sales) group by region, category
I'm on 10.2.0.3 and this has to be in SQL (no PL/SQL). I was thinking on using grouping sets but was getting a little confused. I had a temp table using (WITH AS), first grouped by all the columns then grouping by seperately. I was planning use PARTION and rownum to get the top 5 part. I can do this for each individual group by, but all put together seems a little confusing.
So just wanted to put my question out there in case some one has already achieved this.

I don't think so it is so difficult. Is this what you are looking at? First query gives you data based on the sales. The second query gives the region wise sales with agentid, category and product of the top two sales in each region.

  • Dynamic Distribution Group Help filtering - Need to user CustomAttributes (multiple) and Title (multiple)

    Hello,
I'm having trouble getting this dynamic group to populate.  Any idea what i'm doing wrong?  If I split it up by just running the customAttribute1 items, it populate; if I just run the Title items it populates; putting the 2 together results in
    nothing
    New-DynamicDistributionGroup -name "West-Test" -alias "WestTest" -RecipientFilter {(((CustomAttribute1 -like "021926") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021927") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021928") -or (CustomAttribute1
    -like "021930") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021938") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021939") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021940") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021941") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021942")
    -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021943") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021944") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021945") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021946") -or (CustomAttribute1 -like "021947") -or (CustomAttribute1
-like "021948")) -and ((title -like "S O Manager") -or (title -like "SO R Director") -or (title -like "Manager, A. Services")))} -RecipientContainer "hhmi.org/People"

First off, you are using -like, but not allowing for a choice (for example
CustomAttribute1 -like "021927" instead of CustomAttribute1 -like "021927*", where you would get all CusAttr1's where they start with 021927 - your current setting is no different than
CustomAttribute1 -eq "021927").  If there is only one choice, -eq will work better, if that is your goal.
That being said, have you tried working this with fewer CusAttr1 values, just to see if you can find a match?  Even if you just run the following:
    Get-Recipient -RecipientPreviewFilter { ((CustomAttribute1 -like "021926") -and ((title -like "S O Manager") -or (title -like "SO R Director") -or (title -like "Manager, A. Services"))) }
Using this, you can easily iterate through your CusAttr1 values to see if you can find some matches.
BTW, the same "like" vs "eq" holds for your title field, as well.  If they will exactly equal "S O Manager", use -eq, not -like.  Your filter will run faster.

  • Opportunity assignment -help

    HI,
I try to use opportunity assignment to assign a default user to opportunities different that the creator.
I created a rule with a simple condition that analyze if a box is checked (checked by default at the creation). If it is checked user 1 is assigned as owner.
If not, user 1 is assigned as owner. My rule is defined as active!
I also checked the box reassign opportunity. The process doesn't work when I create or edit an opportunity, I'm still the owner and not the user 1. Do you know why?
    Thanks for your help

    Hey,
Assignment rules take 24 hours before they become active. That could be it.
    Thanks

  • Select Query (Grouping) - Help

    Hi,
    Here is the table (sample)
    Table: AmountCode
    Code Amount1 Amount2 Amount3 Amount4
    ABC 11 23 234 124
    ABC      23      567      567      556
    XYZ      56      234      235      344
    XYZ      55      56      789      7855
    AAA      567      12      234      4367
    AAA      789      98      6577      4368
    BBB
I want to sum different Columns in the above table based on the Code Field (grouping). How to write this query?
    If Code = ABC
    Sum(Amount1) as OutAmount
    Sum(Amount2) as InAmount
    If Code = XYZ
    Sum(Amount3) as OutAmount
    Sum(Amount4) as InAmount
    If Code = AAA
    Sum(Amount1) as OutAmount
    Sum(Amount3) as InAmount
    If Code = BBB
I want to get OutAmount & InAmount from different Table.
    Thanks in advance

    try like this..
for Code = BBB, i wrote general summation...
accordingly you can modify this query...
    with rt as
    (select 'ABC' Code, 11 Amount1, 23 Amount2, 234 Amount3, 124 Amount4 from dual union all
select 'ABC', 23, 567, 567, 556  from dual union all
select 'XYZ', 56, 234, 235, 344  from dual union all
select 'XYZ', 55, 56, 789,7855 from dual union all
select 'AAA', 567, 12, 234, 4367 from dual union all
select 'AAA', 789, 98, 6577, 4368 from dual union all
    select 'BBB', null,null,null,null from dual)

Use GPP "Local Users and Groups" instead of restricted groups... This
will allow you to put all your group configuration in ONE gpo and do
item level targeting for specific groups only.

  • Tried to download but keep getting message:the older version of apple software update cannot be remove contact support group Help

Trying to uninstall and download itunes keep getting message "the older version of apple software update cannot be removed contact support group. There must be a hidden file I can't find.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25 2010. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Update entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
