ORABPEL-10903 when installing AIA 2.0.1 rollup patch = build failed

Hello,
When installing on a RHEL 4.7 Linux server the AIA rollup patch 2.0.1, I got this error very often (even if the OUI said the installation is OK, the installActions logs are not OK):

At the end of the install process, OUI says the installation was fine, but it's not what the installActions log says...
What do you think of that?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
We did go further into the installation process, but we still got this same old error at the end (after more than 6 hours!!!)... :((
Checking the processes status at the end of this installation, we can see the oc4j_soa server and HTTP server are Stop and Down which is not good:
dvedvb40:oracle:/exec/applis/tbaia/products/oracle/10.1.3.1/OracleAS/opmn/bin> ./opmnctl status

    Thanx Marc. ^^
    For now, we want to use the SOA Suite with our BRM 7.3.1 instance, without upgrading to 7.4.
    It's why we are still using the AIA for Comms 2.0.1.
    Someone else succeeding in the installation of 2.0.1 on a similar Linux machine did see those same strange Windows-like paths... it seems not to be a real issue then.

  • Error when installing 9.0.1.4.0 patch set for the Oracle Database Server.

    Hi to all.
    Currently, i am trying to install patches for portal server.
    The server OS is Sun Solaris 8.
    We are using Oracle9iAS.
    Now, we are installing 9.0.1.4.0 patch set for the Oracle Database Server.
    We managed to install the patch, but have problem with the Post Install Action.
    We managed to run
    -ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RESTRICTED SESSION;
    -@rdbms/admin/catpatch.sql
    -ALTER SYSTEM DISABLE RESTRICTED SESSION;
    -CONNECT / AS SYSDBA
    -update obj$ set status=5 where type#=29 and owner#!=0;
    -commit;
    But, when we come to the next command, which is to shutdown, it gives us like
    this..
    SQL> update obj$ set status=5 where type#=29 and owner#!=0;
    1402 rows updated.
    SQL> commit;
    Commit complete.
    SQL> shutdown immediate
    Database closed.
    Database dismounted.
    ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
    ORA-01219: database not open: queries allowed on fixed tables/views only
    We tried to startup the database..it gives us this error..
    SQL> startup
    ORA-01081: cannot start already-running ORACLE - shut it down first
    So, we tried to shutdown again..
    SQL> shutdown immediate
    ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted
    I been informed that this is maybe a Database problem related. Any ideas?
    Best Wishes,
    Rushdan Md Saad.

    Patchsets could be obtained (only) from http://metalink.oracle.com
    You need to have valid CSI for access.
    P.S: Sorry Werner, I didn't see you post.

  • Problem when installing a new version sdk into flex builder 3

    i downloaded flex sdk 3.4.0 and unzipped it under the "sdks" floder,i think there should be an "Add" button to let me select it,but the button was gone.
    any help please?

    Hi Matt,
    Following your observation I have copied the folders:
    /templates/client-side-detection
    /templates/client-side-detection-with-history
    /templates/express-installation
    /templates/express-installation-with-history
    /templates/no-player-detection
    /templates/no-player-detection-with-history
    from Flex sdk 3.3 to Flex sdk 4 and that solved the issue.
    Thanks a lot for your help.

    Damn, I broke my system. Error: Could not replace directory /lib with file. glibc was removed, but not reinstalled. See you later.
    Edit: Fixed with rescue cd. (remove /lib, extracte whole glibc-package to /, reboot, reinstall glibc)

  • ORABPEL-10903 failed to read wsdl

    I have a process flow that was working nicely. I added one property in an XML document and now the process won't compile. I have removed the new line and I still receive this error. The error is:
    Error: [Error ORABPEL-10903]: failed to read wsdl [Description]: in "bpel.xml", Error loading schemas from wsdl. Error while loading schemas from wsdl file at location "file:/C:/OraBPELPM_1/integration/jdev/jdev/mywork/SalesForceDemo/SalesForceCreate/SalesForceCreate.wsdl". The reason is no protocol: XMLSchema.dtd. Please verify the schemas defined in wsdl. . [Potential fix]: If your site has a proxy server, then you may need to configure your BPEL Server, designer and browser with your proxy server configuration settings (see tech note on http://otn.oracle.com/bpel for instructions).
    I don't know where to look to fix this problem. Does JDev keep some compiled classes around somewhere that need to be cleaned up? This is the second process that this has occurred on. The last time I had to recreate the entire process to get it working again.
    Any help would be greatly apprecated.

    Hi
    I am getting this error when I am trying to invoke a synshronous "CreditRating" service.
    A problem occured while connecting to server "localhost" using port "9700": bpel_myOrderBooking_1.0.jar failed to deploy. Exception message is: ORABPEL-05215
    Error while loading process.
    The process domain encountered the following errors while loading the process "myOrderBooking" (revision "1.0"): Failed to read wsdl.
    Failed to read wsdl at "http://127.0.0.1:9700/orabpel/default/CreditRatingService/CreditRatingService?wsdl", because "Failed to read WSDL from http://127.0.0.1:9700/orabpel/default/CreditRatingService/CreditRatingService?wsdl: HTTP connection error code is 502".
    Make sure wsdl is valid. You may need to start the OraBPEL server, or make sure the related bpel process is deployed correctly.
    If you have installed a patch to the server, please check that the bpelcClasspath domain property includes the patch classes.
    Also,my Integration server connection is showing

  • ESB Console Error while trying to install AIA FP 2.2

    Hi all
    I am installing AIA FP 2.2 and while installing I am getting the following error:
    "Design time cache has not been initialized"
    also
    When I log into my esb console I am getting this error:
    Designtime cache has not been initialized Please look in logs for following signs of failure. Fix them and restart. (a) Database access errors (b) ESB Bootstrap errors (c) OC4J class load errors (d) Product installation errors (e) Export ESB params and verify if host and port parameters are correct. Please contact Oracle Support if unable to fix the issue.
    Any suggestions to solve this issue?????
    Regards
    Senthil R

    Hi Senthil,
    As mentioned in the message below, please examine the logs and see if you are getting any errors. Most likely your ESB engine initialization is failing while server bootup. If there is no error in the oc4j log, OPMN log and FP install log and the propblem persists, please contact your Oracle Support by logging an SR.
    Regards

  • ORABPEL-10903 while deploying SOAOrderBooking

    I've seen multiple posts regarding this error but they don't seem to apply to my installation. We are doing a remote deployment, thus hostname is not localhost. But, the deployment logs seem to want to deploy to localhost. The error appears during the "Compiling bpel process SOAOrderBooking, revision 1.0" step. We do not have embedded spaces nor do we have a proxy. Here is the log:

  • Failed to install AIA extension to JDeveloper and open FP demo sourcecode

    Hi,
    I successfully installed FP 11.1.1.4 on Oracle linux (I didn't use OER). Then I want to open the source code of AIA FP Demo 11.1.1.4 in JDeveloper 11.1.1.4 and rebuild it.
    I used "Help->Check for Updates" to install "AIA Composite Application Framework" and "AIA Service Constructor". After restarting JDeveloper, I can't find these extensions in JDeveloper from "Help->About->Extension". I tried to install these extensions from local file. Still the same result, no error during procedure and nothing happened after restart.
    I reinstalled JDeveloper, the same problem. I even installed JDeveloper on another machine running Mac OS, still the same result. BTW, SOA composite extension is successfully installed.
    When I open the jws file shipped in FP demo in JDeveloper, it always pop up a error like this".....adf/META--INF/adf-config.xml is invalid". Actually there is not adf-config.xml included in the original source code? JDeveloper automatically created a adf-config.xml which seems not compatible with the source code.
    Anyone can hlep me out? I google AIA Demo error , find nothing useful.
    Thanks a lot!

    Hi there,
    I have just tried it. First I updated 'AIA Composite Application Framework','AIA Service Constructor' and 'SOA Composite' plugins. After the restart plugins were not installed and I could not create SOA or AIA project.
    Then I installed 'SOA Composite' plugin. After restart it was ok. Then 'AIA Service Constructor'. After restart it was OK. Finally I was going to install 'AIA Composite Application Framework' but I noticed version is 2.4 which I guess is not needed in 11g.
    Then you should navigate into Tools, Preferences, SOA and add <JDEV_HOME>/jdeveloper/lib/aia.jar to make the functions available to all projects.
    When you import jws it will be successfully migrated but you get an error that adf-config.xml is invalid.That file is not in original source codes but it is created during migration process. To fix invalid msg you have add link to metadata store into that file.

    Milan

    Let's take an example. There are 2 BPEL process's, BPEL1 and BPEL2 in which bpel1 invokes the bpel2. Whenever a schema (ex: test.xsd) used in bpel1 is referred in bpel2, if you are making any change in the schema in bpel1 and try to deploy it, it gives the Error ORABPEL-10903....
    Solution is
    1. you need to copy the changed test.xsd in bpel1 to bpel2.
    2. Deploy the bpel2
    3. deploy bpel1
    Hope this would help.
    Thanks,
    Sen.

  • Failure ORABPEL-10903

    Hi everybody,
    i have an issue with BPEL files i created using ProVision 5.1 (www.proformacorp.com). ProVision generates a *.wsdl file, a *.bpel and a build.xml from existing workflows. When i try to compile these files with Oracle BPEL Designer, i get the following error:
    Buildfile: C:\Workspaces\Oracle BPEL Eclipse 3.2\workflow1_1\build.xml
    main:
    [bpelc] BPEL-Validierung nicht erfolgreich.
    [bpelc] Validierung der BPEL-Quelle nicht erfolgreich. Fehler:

    There is another thing: how can i change the language of the Oracle BPEL Manager? (I would like to get the obant and the compiling output in english, not in german).
    EDIT:
    i'm using Oracle BPEL Manager 10.1.2.02 on BEA WebLogic Integration 8.15, Oracle BPEL Process Manager 2.2 Designer on Eclipse 3.2 and j2sdk1.4.2_12.

    Your definition in wsdl is incomplete. You have to properly define your operation. There should be at least input message defined. And offcourse message types. Have a look into this example.
    <portType name="CheckoutFlow">
    <operation name="initiate">
    <input message="tns:CheckoutFlowRequestMessage"/>
    <output message="tns:CheckoutFlowResponseMessage"/>
    </operation>
    <operation name="continue">
    <input message="tns:CheckoutFlowContinueRequestMessage"/>
    <output message="tns:CheckoutFlowContinueResponseMessage"/>
    </operation>
    <operation name="submit">
    <input message="tns:CheckoutFlowSubmitRequestMessage"/>
    <output message="tns:CheckoutFlowSubmitResponseMessage"/>
    </operation>
    </portType>
    Language for bpelc compiler is issue of JVM. And JVM is getting locales setting from your system.
