1- When we compile and run the form in forms 10g output in Internet Explorer and Avant Browser. can not see teh taskbar to see the error message, how to check the error when you run the forms in explorer there is no taskbar under the forms
2- When we compile and run the form in forms 10g output is displayed. ... Background has an "Oracle logo" where is the location of this Logo

Check the Module property: Console Window. If this property is null, then the Status Bar will not be displayed during runtime. You have to set this property for each form.

The "Splash.gif" is located in the frmall.jar file. What is it you want to do? Do you want to use a different spash image during application startup? If yes, you can display a different startup splash image by using the splachScreen= parameter in the formsweb.cfg file. The replacement .gif file must be located in the directory specified in the imageBase= parameter. Keep in mind that this file will need to be signed or you will get a security warning.

The error after deploy the adobe reader 11.0.09

I follow the instuctions on the adobe site to depoly the base msi for adboe 11.0.0 and patch the msp for 11.0.9
but when I run the application on the computer i pushed by GPO , i got the following error in event viewer as the adobe crashed on me:

This seems to an ongoing issue (see related discussion link). We've been experiencing the same update lag since last Friday. The new additions to the Collection appear and are accessible in both the iPad and iPhone applications, but even though they additions appear in "Quick View", the material doesn't appear in the Collection itself.     Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    "Develop" menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.

On this document, if you look at page# 14 thru 17, it has the steps I described in my original note with customs code still appearing in the drop down for 'EXCPT' for EAR.
Nevertheless, I wanted to default Type = C50 when the license type for the line on the Customs declaration is 'EXCPT' but if you see the very last screen-shot below, even though the license type configuration has default value as 'C50' it did not get pulled into the line item Documents tab when I tried to pick the category as 'CUII'.
Let me know your thoughts on defaulting the data into Customs declaration for AES filing.
What I want to achieve is the following:
When License type is 'EXCPT', system should default the type as 'C50'
Should put the License type 'EXCPT' into the number field
Should put the actual License# 'ENC' into the Supplement field
Should put the ECCN # '5A002' into the Details field

Not able to see full output when run in backgroun

This is a continuation of my question I previously asked:
I was trying to write a simple list with lot of headings.
For example:

I could not see the list titles after a particular length. So, I adjusted the settings to more than 255 in the report title and yes I can see the full output now. But I can not see the full output (and not able to print full) when I run the report in background.
So what can I do to see (and able to print) the full output even when I run in background or normal mode? I think there should be some solution for this.

Error while running the Oracle Text optimize index procedure (even as a dba user too)

Hi Experts,
I am on Oracle on 11.2.0.2 on Linux. I have implemented Oracle Text. My Oracle Text indexes are fragmented but I am getting an error while running the optimize_index error. Following is the error:

I am unable to figure out what the issue is with this one database!

I was hoping it would be something like a USB device conflict, but now the shuffle is the only thing connected...

Under Part 9. Verify that USB drivers are installed, did you try the steps in If only "Unknown Device" appears? That appears to be your situation.
Also, you said that the shuffle initially worked well enough to do a sync, then it had the same problem again. If you can get it to work again initially, before doing anything else, try the following. Select the shuffle in the iTunes sidebar, under DEVICES. Over to the right, go to the Summary tab. By default, the checkbox for Enable disk use should be unchecked. If so, check it and Apply the change. See if that makes any difference.
(If Enable disk use was already checked, try unchecking it and Apply the change. Basically, set it the "other way" and see if there is any improvement.)
NOTE: When disk use is enabled, you have to eject the iPod in iTunes before disconnecting it physically.
If the disk use change makes a difference, that may provide a clue about the actual cause.
