Oracle Attachment Web page URL

Hi all,
sorry for my english.
My scenery: I attach PDF file via API "fnd_webattch.add_attachment" in Purchasing Order documents.
This attach is Webpage type and when i click on "open documents" the EBS open a new internet Explorer page that link to "my_server:8000/html/FAX_SERVER/my_document_001.pdf"
The directory "FAX_SERVER" is my custom dir created on "applcomn/html" standard dir.
So, can i modify the standard funcionality so the link is not on "applcomn/html/" dir but in other custom dir (such as "my_server/xyz/fax_Server" ?
How can I do?

I assume you have the PDF and Acrobat. If not, then forget my suggestion. Open the PDF in Acrobat, use ctrl-D to get the properties page, select the startup or opening tab. Those are the options you have. When done, use Save As to save the PDF.
There may be some control with JavaScript, but you might have to ask in the scripting forum about that.

I call the function module "GOS_EXECUTE_SERVICE" with :

Then, I enter the title and the address.
And, I have the message : "The attachment was successfully created".
But when there's nothing in the attachment list of the billing document.
(Tha table SOOD contains the record )
If any one has some idea about his , how to achieve this functionality, can you please help me.

Problem opening live web page (url) from within keynote

hi.
i encountered this problem during a recent presentation. i have a standard two-monitor set-up, on my laptop viewing notes etc and presenting on the attached monitor. the transitions between my slides are all set onClick.
so, when i encounter a hyperlink in my presentation (of the web page type), when i click on it, i am not taken to the web page, but rather to the next slide.
how do i avoid this? how do i make keynote follow the hyperlink -- i.e. open the webpage during the presentation?

use '_blank' as parameter, not '_self'.

When I publish a Smart web Page to .Mac, it does not show up on my .Mac home page. How do I find out the url to give to friends so they may view the page?

yes but I want a web-based tool that uses URL not like the client server ones. :) which are not allowed by security audit. As a development tools, I believe SQL Developer and TOAD (in addition to SQL*Plus) are what you need (though these are client/server tools).
Oracle Enterprise Manager is a good monitoring tool (but not for development), you as a DBA can use EM and access it through a URL.
I might not necessarily be using sqlplus command. but a stored program like the concurrent fnd programs.There is no standard concurrent request that can help in achieving this.

Automize Create a PDF From Web Page

I am trying to create PDF's from a list of 100+ web pages / URLs.
I would like to automize the process as to save me time.
(I have been doing some research but I am a newbie when it comes to programing / scripting / coding)
My questions are
1) Is it possible to write a script to execute Acrobat's Create PDF from Web Page option in order to automize a long list of URLs?
Something along the lines of .bat file (reading something like)
acrobat.exe "http://www.google.com" "%CD%\GoogleTest.pfd"
acrobat.exe "http://www.yahoo.com" "%CD%\YahooTest.pdf"
2) If it is possible to script / automize Acrobat's Create PDF from Web Page can you lead me to the right direction as to what programs I need to write a script (if any) and any examples of how the script would be written would be extremely helpful

Webarchive as web page insert?

Is it possible to insert a webarchive as a web view in keynote? I can save a webarchive from a page I want to view, but I can't type that url (file:///etc) into the web page URL field in keynote. The particular page is a popup photogallery that saves and opens fine in safari, but I can't seem to use it in any program other than safari. None of the pictures are available if I open the archive with textedit.

Because you're composing the SQL statement with string concatenation, you would put the "N" before the single quote,

However, composing SQL statements with string concatenation is not a suggested practice because it's open to SQL injection (see:

property). If you use parameters, you can specify parameter data type as SqlDbType.NVarchar, which will ensure your text values are passed in as Unicode. Also ensure that the columns in question are defined in the database table definition as Unicode (NVARCHAR
rather than VARCHAR).

Please help me.... I went in page properties and edit the
title, it is also in the code title tag, and the title appears

How to Open an Oracle Apps Screen from a web page

Hi,
We have requirement for Opening an Oracle Application screen (say sales order form) directly from a web page.
I could get the URL of the required screen, but the URL contains an ICX_TICKET number, which is generated dynamically by Oracle Apps. So I can't use a static URL for this.
Do you know how I can use or generate an ICX_TICKET in runtime? My user will have an active Oracle Application screen opened along with web page. He want to navigate to Oracle Apps screen from Web page. Hopes this makes the requirement more clear.

I have identified a function to generate ICX_ticket. By appending this ticket, I am able to open the Oracle Apps screen. Now, is there in implication on the security side, if I go ahead this way?

Getting Error While Displaying web page in Oracle Report 11g

I am new to Oracle reports 11g. I have stuck into an error. While I'm trying to display the web page it says "No such Web command ()".
I am using following URL to call the report.

My second problem is
1) SAP xMII >Navigation services>Navigation do following
a) From the account name pull down menu select everyone
b)In the navigation tree tab page,choose Navigation Item >Add>Child
c)In the loading content dialog box,enter a name , for example,"Test"
d)choose."..."
e)In the File Browse dialog box,open the CM folder and navigate to teh QM folder
Select ZPPWeb.htm and choose Ok
After this I get error message as
"Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible , not enabled or of a type that does not accept the focus".
It does not add my htm file to the navigation link

Opening a secure web page from oracle forms for credit card validation

Hi All,
I searched for the topic in the forms forum but couldn't find a solution.
Requirement: As per some compliance, our application cannot do a credit card validation from our forms application, instead we need to use a java code which a third party will provide ,it's an iframe (they say, i am layman when it comes to Java, don't know what is it), but they say that, within your forms application you call our iframe do the credit card validation over there get a token of response back from us and use this token as a confirmation in your application.
Problem: I could not find a solution anywhere wherein i can call a web page from forms. Now, this web page should be modal, i.e. unless i close this page i cannot access my forms application. Please guide me if anyone has done that.
Secondly if i could make it work, how will i communicate with this external web page, like getting back some token value and use it back in my forms application. I am completely clueless.
As we are using Oracle designer for generating forms, we cannot use a bean type thing as designer does not have the bean-item type defined!
Appreciate if anyone could provide me pointers for a solution to this problem statement.
We are on forms 9i -- Version 9.0.2.11.0

The simple way to do it is to use a PJC (java bean) + apache httpclient library..
If you have a webservice than you can use Axis library and wsdl2java to create java classes from wsdl.
also you can use httpclient library to simulate http protocol (request/response actions)..
(for example.. you have a credit card number.. you post this number to specified URL and then you parse the response from credit card validation server)..
Post here some documentation (specification) on how to call the credit card validation .. (maybe it's a secure webservice?)
