Oracle ebs multiple concurrent, locks, user cannot connect to app.

We had experienced outage yesterday afternoon, Oracle EBS app users cannot log into the app. We noticed very high load 70-90% in Grid control, and multiple blocks, a rman job still running and one stats job running. However seems after killing a dbms_scheduler job of app report, we fixed the issue.
However this morning, we still see cpu load of 70% and on grid control concurrent locks and transactions all in huge red.
I would like all Gurus here help me to start how to diagnose in Oracle ebs.
I would like to start from very beginning.
Such as links I can read, what to look at inside the database? on hosts?

I think those sessions we killed are some inactive sessions hanging around since Feb. I am new to this company, so I am not really sure how those jobs started. but seems they scheduled through window control m, something like that.

Last night I digged into grid control, and moved the history data to the date/time of the incident.
and I found out a lot sql tuning advisors during the time being, and several queries showed up in the sql tuning advisor and it required tuning. explain plans shows they are doing quite a lot full table scans for some big tables . I will add a screenshot soon.
So I wonder if those are the main causes.

I would like to know how come there were sql tuning advisors running during times other than 22pm as scheduled auto job. So is that means whenever there is a issue query, the sql tuning advisor automatically kick in?
The advisor basically said need to rewrite the query to take advantage of the indice.

Standard user cannot connect to app store

Does anyone know how to solve problem where a standard user get the message "Could not connect to app store" when trying to connect to app store. I tryed to remove content from keyring and read a number of threads on different forums but I can´t seem to find the right solution. When logging on to the machine as administrator I have no problem connecting to app store using the same apple account.
Any ideas what to do in order to fix this problem. I am running latest version of IOX lion mountain

Sharing only users cannot connect to Lion Server

Dear all,
I stumbled across a funny problem, that I tried to resolve all day. I just wanted to add a sharing only user for my girlfriends new MacBook that she could use to connect to a shared Time Machine Volume.
If I add a new standard user, this user can connect to my server via finder (connect as...) and see the shared drives. If the same user tries to connect to the Time Machine Backup Volume via the settings dialog, it receives an error message (OSStatus-error 5).
If I add a sharing only user, this user cannot connect via finder or Time Machine (same error). The clients console states the following error message:
/System/Library/CoreServices/NetAuthAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/NetAuthAgent[2471] AFP error -5018 mapped to EIO
Does anybody have an Idea?

That is my point. Yes, Apple still lets you add users via users and groups in system preferences but that is not how you should be adding users. I've seen nothing but trouble when that option is used to add users and I believe that the Lion server docs say to not use that. If you are using lion server why not use it the way it was meant to be. Just create a account in OD and only give her access to the Time Machine Service and none of the others.

Users cannot connect over SMB 10.10.1 server.app 4.0 and 4.0.3

I have an issue where users cannot connect to a server for files sharing over SMB.
Info:
All users on 10.10.1
2 Servers on 10.10.1
Server.app 4.0.3 but issue was also present using 4.0
SMB connection works when connecting to the OD Master
SMB does not work when connecting to the OD Replica ServerBut AFP works fine when connecting to the OD Replica Server.
I have destroyed and re-added the OD replica but that did not seem to help

I suspect the problem is to do with Kerberos and in relation to this server being an OD Replica.
I would really appreciate anyone's insight into this.

I have the same problem although I upgraded from Lion Server to Mountain Lion Server. The error appears to go hand in hand with this error.
userInit: CFPreferences: user home directory for user kCFPreferencesCurrentUser at /Network/Servers/fullyqualifieddomainname/Users/user is unavailable. User domains will be volatile.
I've read a number of things to try. A lot of people point to DNS being a problem, but I'm confident this is correct in my environment.

User cannot connect to backend system with user J2EE_ADMIN.

I am using Rapid Installer to initiate the second part of the installtion "ERP 6.0 EhP 3 Self-Service Scenarios and Automatic Roles". When I get to the J2EE User section to enter the parameters, the user is defaulted to "Administrator" and I enter my password. I click next and get this message "User cannot connect to backend system with user J2EE_ADMIN." Any ideas?

If this is a double stack installation, you need to enter J2EE_ADMIN as user, NOT administrator.

'Cannot connect to App Store' - iphone 4s

iPhone 4s, recently updated to ios7. App store worked on the first day - since then, every time i open the app I get
"cannot connect to app store" flash up about 3 times.
Have tried reading up, and doing all the suggested fixes from other posts:
- Connected to itunes and PC
- Advanced date and time 'months' and even 'years'
- Changed the 'cookies' setting in safari
- Many, many 'resets' (holding 'home and lock)
- used 'iforgot' to reset app
none of the above have worked. Curiously, if I use Appsfire (bargain apps, free apps etc) and choose an app from there - it directs me to the store where I can complete a purchase.
just nothing through the app store itself.
Am really hoping to avoid a full restore.

That's because there are not enough apps that use Passbook yet. Wait.

Open Sysem Preferences from your Apple () menu top left in your screen then select the Firewall tab.
Make sure the Firewall is turned off.

Some of the applications on my iPad cannot be updated because the iPad cannot connect to App Store

I don't understand why the applications I have on my iPad don't get updated. Every time I choose Update All, there appears a message saying CANNOT CONNECT TO APP STORE. Is there any problem between my iPad and the App Store or is there any problem with the App Store itself?

So here is the deal.
It won't let me sign in to my appple ID in settings- the password and username is right cos i just used it to sign in here. It says "cannot connect to app store"
I have fibre optic internet and 3G with full reception on both and i am able to go on safari and browse.
I need to update several apps and download some but it won't let me sign in to my apple ID thus not letting me access the store.
I have tried closing the apps, turning off wifi and 3G and turning them on, and restarting my ipad and setting my cookies. No progress.

Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).
