Oracle Widgets - "Service Level & Monitoring" 8869802

Hi There
I would like to query if anyone has used Service Level & Monitoring Widget with 11.1 OMS Version on AIX ? Because when i looked at downloading a prerequisite patch 8869802 , it says 10.2.0.5 release. Has someone got any issues deploying this patch in 11.1 ?
Many thanks
PKM

  • Service level monitoring

    Is there any standard SAP transaction which can indicate how many percent of the scheduled delivery quantity as given in the scheduled lines of the sales order in VA03, has been invoiced (or serviced) and categorize the rest of the quantity as non-serviced ? it should be able to predict either material no. wise or customer wise. Is there any transaction for the same, or should a report be developed manually ?
    please clarify.

  • Service level agreement application

    we are considering investing in a service level agreement application through which we can better monitor and deliver more consistent, and predictable performance levels to our Oracle end users
    there are few applications that can do the job, including mercury, bmc, infovista.
    for the mercury solution there is a good online webinar coming up
    https://placeware.viewcentral.com/events/cust/single_event.asp?cid=mercint&pid=2&payment_type=USD&cbClass=16&signupkey=V-SLM
    has anyone used any of these applications for service level monitoring, and can share some thoughts on the selection process?
    thanks,
    Joe

  • Is there any report for service level agreement monitoring?

    Regards,
    Lament

    Hello
    To configure the SLR Report, goto transaction DSMOP or DSWP
    in soution overview, choose your system (i'm suposing you already configured monitoring for your system)
    goto tab Solution Monitoring, choose operations setup on the left, and Service level reporting on the right.
    there you can activate service level reporting, and customize your report.
    If you need more help, let me know.

    Do you think it is helpful to you? or the client?
    By the way, at 5am-7am the apps/db services are shutdown to give way to a "cold" backup. You noticed that
    most of the services during this time have exit status "1". Except for addisctl and adcmctl , they are still "0". Can you tell me why
    even if the apps is shutdown, this two services when tested their status....it is still "0"?
    Thanks a lot,

  • SCOM 2012 Service Level Dashboard

    I have been tasked with creating a Service level dashboard for SCOM 2012. After reading up on various blogs and sites around methods and BI / reporting tools I am no closer to knowing what would be the best solution, and would appreciate some guidance.
    I want to create SLO groups for applications - Exchange, AD, SQL, SCCM etc. and have a high level heat map with measures like CPU util, Disk space %, latency etc. updated every minute and displayed in each block (preferably using corners of a single block),
    and if possible to add a bootstrap style icon into each block.
    I would like drill down functionality on each group that then breaks down into another heatmap (per server).
    And then to drill down further which displays a SLD type dashboard on that instance.
    I am comfortable with creating the final level SLD using widgets, would it be possible to use Visio for the heatmaps ?
    I have looked into using Power View, would conditional formatting be a better option ?
    Id like to publish the dashboard into Sharepoint.
    Would appreciate your feedback. Once i know which solution to look into, it would become much easier to focus my attention.

  • How to configure Service Level Reporting???

    Hi All,
    I have to configure Service Lever Reporing (SLR) on my solution manager for managed systems. Can any one please help me in configuring it? A Step-by-step explanation will be a great help.
    Waiting for your kind responses.
    Regards,
    Faisal

    Hi Jared,
    Thanks for sharing the link. I have gone through the link.
    However, when I edit the "Setup Service Level Reporting" by click the link under "Solution Monitoring->Service Level Reporting" under "Operations Setup", I could get the screen where in I found the below details:
    1. Setup SL Reporting (On the left Pane)
    2. Variants Administration (under the above head tree)
    On the right pane, I could find:
    1. Name
    2. Type
    3. Weeday of Processing
    4. Active
    5. Date of Next Report
    I could successfully give the above details and saved it. However, I dont see any provision for seleting the system SIDs as mentioned in the help.sap.com site proposed by you.
    May you help me in selecting the System SID for which I need to declare SLR?

  • Confirming method to secure web services through oracle web service manager

    Hi All,
    I am just wondering about the method to secure web service through oracle web service manager.
    I have a unsecure web service "helloworld" which is deployed on JWSDP1.6 toolkit.I want to secure it through oracle web service manager.
    Inorder to secure this unsecure web service,I use gateway(web service manager for securing web service using message level security through certificate).
    So when client want to access the helloworld service,it contacts the gateway securely and gateway intern connect to original web service after decrypting and verification of the signature.When gateway gets response from the web service,it signs the response message and then encrypt and passs on to the client.
    So my question is,is it the right way to secure web service?
    As I am getting the following fault exception :
    <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
    <SOAP-ENV:Body>
    <SOAP-ENV:Fault>
    <faultcode "http://schemas.oblix.com/ws/2003/08/Faults">c</faultcode>
    <faultstring>Step execution failed with an exception
    </faultstring>
    <detail></detail>
    </SOAP-ENV:Fault>
    </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
    I checked the log at :

    but there is no helpful information available.Thanks for any help.

    I suiggets you're using MSIE
    The Microsoft Java Machine has some differents with standart Sun JVM, so the "Diagram" applet doesn't work
    Install the Sun Java SDK v 1.4.1 or high. You may get it from http://java.sun.com
    Check the box "Use Java2 v.1.4...."

  • EIM 4.3 - Service Levels

    Hello,
    I have been looking at setting service levels within an integrated EIM environment, and I can't seem to make the correlation between configuring them in my workflow and reporting.
    In my workflow, I setup two SL's.
       1 - Total Case Activity Time - 8 hours
       2 - Total Activity Time - 2 hours
    I can see how to setup alarms to notify my supervisors if I am going to exceed my SL set above.
    For reporting... I don't see where these service levels are tied into my reports. It looks to me like I need to set a service level manually for each report I would like to do.
    I figured Service Levels were kind of like call types, in that I would run a service level report and it would return data based on emails hitting that service level, etc.
    If someone has created reports based on the service levels they entered in their workflow, can you let me know what you chose?
    Thanks!
    Barry

    Hi Matthew,
    Unfortunately the service levels you enter are just for monitoring and notifying. The actual reports you run, you need to specify the service levels in there manually.
    Other than that, I have found no other work around, or had the opportunity to engage eGain directly to try to talk about this.
    Thanks!
    Barry

  • SCSM 2012 Relationship between Incident and Service Level Instance Time Information

    Hi,
    I am using a runbook similar to
    this one, but am getting many different Incident relationships.
    For testing, I want to initiate the runbook not with a Monitor Object looking at the Service Level Instance Time Information class, but manually with an Initialize Data action.
    Can someone advise how to do this? What 'GUID' does the Monitor Object look at and pass on to the runbook?
    Or perhaps a powershell snippet that shows how the relationship works...
    Thanks,
    Joe.

    Try this:
    SELECT dbo.MTV_System$SLA$Instance$TimeInformation.BaseManagedEntityId, dbo.MTV_System$SLA$Instance$TimeInformation.DisplayName,
    dbo.MTV_System$SLA$Instance$TimeInformation.StartDate_6F33A83B_41D9_A782_379E_A75CA15145F3,

    FROM dbo.MTV_System$SLA$Instance$TimeInformation INNER JOIN
    dbo.RelationshipView ON dbo.MTV_System$SLA$Instance$TimeInformation.BaseManagedEntityId = dbo.RelationshipView.TargetEntityId INNER JOIN
    dbo.MTV_System$WorkItem$Incident ON dbo.RelationshipView.SourceEntityId = dbo.MTV_System$WorkItem$Incident.BaseManagedEntityId INNER JOIN

    Anyway, when I have a look on Management system, agent Tab, I cannot configure my monitored targets and I have a small message in red under my machines :
    Communication from the Oracle Management Service host to the Agent host failed. Refer to help for details. UnknownHostException sending request :: chsunnprod01: chsunnprod01
