Orchestrator - SCSM List not updating

Hi,
When updating or adding a list item in Service Manager it is not showing in Orchestrator.
For instance, I added a new support group that will trigger a task whenever a ticket is assigned to that Support Group. On the Monitor Object task when I select Support Group as a filter, it shows a list without my newly created Support Group.
I have an SCSM connector to Orchestrator, but when I run it I see no change.
Is there something else that I have to try?

Yes it's a real problem ... you can try this
In order to force SCO runbookactivity (i.e. Get Object) to re-read a class property:
1. Open an activity
2. If the activity had any filters, make a note of them
2. Under Class field, click on Brows button and select the same class
3. If the activity had any filters, they would be deleted at this point - re-enter the filters.

    Wish list is not updating.

    Count me in the same boat.  I'm an iTunes Match customer.  While listening to iTunes Radio I push the star and then choose to add to wish list except it never adds.  Doing the same function on my Mac works fine. 
    I found a note from Apple that stated you can only add "albums" to your wish list on iOS 7, not songs.  That then begs the question....why add functionality that is purposefully intended to add songs in your own UI????

    I have a question from user about Global Address Not updating in Outlook. We have a user whom name was changed, how ever his new name didn't appeared on Global Address List in Outlook client
    I did explained to him that Outlook require about 48 hours to reflect a new update Global Address List then he asked me why previously (24 hours) his old name also disappear from Global Address List.

    Please check whether the new name is updated in Global Address List when the user accesses his mailbox from OWA and Outlook Online mode.
    If the new name is also not changed in GAL for OWA, please refer to bawzman's suggestion to run cmdlets to update globel address list in Exchange server.
    If the issue only happens in Outlook cached mode, the issue should be related to Offline Address Book which is used for Cached mode as Globle Address List. We can manually download it and update the address list by clicking Send/Receive > Send/Receive
    Groups > Download Address Book to have a try.

  • Main Listing not updating for Mister Ron's Basement

    Hi All,
    I don't know if anyone's able to help on this -- it may just be one of those mysterious things that there's nobody to complain to about it.
    Still, Mister Ron's Basement, which has been seven days a week faithfully since August, has NOT updated in the ITMS listing since Saturday, December 24. This makes three in a row that haven't shown up yet. Changes I make to the tags don't show up either -- HOWEVER, all the new episodes come through in the subscription section of iTunes.
    Maybe ITMS has trouble dealing with numbers beyond 228? Up until now, the listing has displayed the LAST 100, and older ones have scrolled off the bottom. I put up #231 last night, and will put #232 tonight.
    BTW, Mister Ron's Basement is composed of my readings of public domain humorous short stories -- it is thoroughly researched, and lots of fun. Whatever ITMS is doing, it doesn't seem to be hurting my download numbers -- I had 5558 downloads on Monday, and 7554 on Tuesday...

    iTunes might be just falling behind in their updates.
    Why not fill out a complaint at:

    You'll probably get a canned response which has nothing to do with your issue, but at least it will open up an email dialogue with someone on the other side to look into the problems you are having.

  • Sharepoint 2013, MS Project 2013 - Task List not updating when the project file is changed

    I have created a SharePoint task list and timeline from a MS Project 2013 file on my PC. I have then created a new Project file from that task list which then places the new project file in the site asset folder and provides me with a synced copy. I now
    only use the SharePoint copy of the project file in my MS Project as any change I make to the project file should be reflected in the Task list and vice-versa
    However if I add some tasks into the middle of the project with MS project, the SharePoint Task list is not updated to show these additional tasks. If I open the SharePoint task list with MS Project - from the task list toolbar - the project file shows the
    added tasks.....so the MS Project file in the site asset folder is correct  but the tasks in the SharePoint task list is not being updated
    Anyone seen this before ?

    Hi Esben,
    According to your description, the error occurred when opening the task list with the content approval enabled in Project.
    Per my knowledge, when we enable the content approval for the task list, the field named Approval Status which is required will be created in the list.
    However, if a project plan doesn’t contain a field that is required in SharePoint, the plan won’t sync.
    The error occurs because of the required field Approval Status when the content approval is enabled in the task list, so we need to add the required field as a custom field in Project.

    We are doing mass listing by WSM3. after executing this , message shows article listed.
    when we check it shows.
    but if we are adding new site to assortment, again do listing by wsm3, message shows article listed. 
    but at new site it is not listing.

    Once you run the WSM3 even you add new site it will run a background job & list automatically.
    you should have an entry in table WLK1 for an article & assortment combination.
    If you are getting the article not maintained error then it means that the article is listed but the MARC table is not updated.
    for that you have an sap correction note to generate the missing article segments.
    If this does not solve your query, Pls  let me know exact error.

  • Satellite S55 DVD Directory List Not Updating

    New install of a Toshiba Satellite S55.The drive seems to work ok, but the file listing does not u.pdate when you insert or remove a dvd.If there is a DVD in the drive, Windows Explorer shows the contents.  Pull out the DVD, and Windows Explorer still thinks the drive is there.  Ditto in the other direcection - inserting a new drive, you need to force Windows Explorer to update. This is particularly a problem when you try to install a multiple disk application - the system does not update that a new disk is in the drive and keeps insisting you need to insert the next disk. Is this a Driver update issue? A DVD drive issue? A Windows issue?Help !!!!! Dave

    I think its a lower upper filter issue and I think you could solve this following this step by step instruction.
    First of all remove the ODD (CD/DVD) drive from the list in device manager.
    Then access the registry and remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values completely from the following registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    Finally you should reboot the unit.
    After that windows will recognize the ODD again

  • Smart List not updating on iPod (Classic)

    I've got an iPod Classic with my entire iTunes library syncing to it. I'm running iTunes 11.0.1.12 on Windows 7.
    I have a Smart Playlist that I have been using for several years, and until recently, when I sync the playlist to the iPod, it updates while I play music. The Smart Playlist is actually based on another one, but this is basically how it is set up.
    "Jamz" is actually another Smart Playlist
    So when I play the songs from the "Jams 5 star" playlist, normally once a song has been played, it no longer qualifies for the list, so it gets replaced by a new one. This has been working on my iPod for a long time. However, I recently noticed that it was no longer updating, for me to update the list, I have to now sync the iPod with iTunes.
    As I am away from home for work a lot, sometimes for weeks at a time, it is important I get this fixed, but I can't seem to find the problem. I have some other playlists that are working properly on the iPod, this one (and others that are very similar) are not working, and I can't figure out why.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have a smart playlist of podcasts syced to my iPod Touch that has worked with iOS 3 and works with iOS 4, using the settings described here: http://bit.ly/c9GoOF . The key is to check "Live updating". Once the podcast finishes playing it drops off the playlist as expected.
    I had the "bright" idea of also including a playlist identical to the first but with "Live updating" not checked (see http://bit.ly/922a2L ). I did this so that I had a playlist containing the already-played podcasts in case I wanted to go back to listen to them again.
    The trouble is that this playlist doesn;t sync properly with iTunes. The only fix I found was to sync twice: Sync once, right-click, edit the Smart playlist, make no changes and press OK, and sync a second time.
    Has anybody seen this behavior?

    My Recently played list in iTunes will not show any songs recently played songs in my Nano.
    Why? How do I fix that?
    I've "repaired" iTunes, and updated my iPod to the lastest version.

  • Select List not updated by htmldb_collection

    I used the Collection Showcase as a template to do a collection, When I edit a collection Record from a populated form that contains a select list. when I changed the value in the select list and processed htmldb_collection.update_member API, the report that displays the values in the collection retains the old value for that record when the new value is in the session state.
    Note: Also the Collection Update fails on occasion display the Error Collection_Name cannot be Null. Why would this occur?

    How do I generate all the page item attributes to send you? What do you mean by "see the page" - do you want me to submit the generated HTML source?
    In the meantime, I have dropped the select list item and am now re-creating it as follows:
    - Click the Item Create icon
    - Choose Select List
    - For Select List Control Type, accept the default of Select List and click Next.
    - Item name = P1_SALESMANAGER_SHOW and click Next
    - Choose a named LOV, enter null value / text and click Next
    - Accept default item attributes and click Next, then Create Item
    This is exactly in accordance with the instructions for the example page in Chapter 2 of the 2-day Tutorial.
    Run the page, exactly the same result. Clicking Debug shows that P1_SALESMANAGER_SHOW .value is set to null, even though I have picked one of the displayed values.
    I need to do a proof-of-technology demo of HTMLDB to my managers this week so would really appreciate your advice to get this going.

  • External list not updating on published page

    I have a problem with adding an external list on a page.
    I have created an external content type in SharePoint Designer och created an External list from it. The list shows and updates as it should.
    When I add an external list web part to a page and check in the page it works as well. But when I publish the page, the web part doesn't update to show the result. It just shows the updating icon. I have tested with pages that do not require publishing and
    everything works just fine.
    Have anyone experienced this? Is it a bug?

    If you edit the web part, in the properties pane there is a AJAX Options section. Disable the first option and you would be good to go. You may explore these options further if you are interested.

  • Reading list not updating via iCloud

    why isn't my reading list on my IPAD syncing to my iMac thru iCloud?

    Just as a heads up I went to the Apple Store for help.  They were not able to do anything and said that it appears to be a problem on iCloud's end.  They had me use expresslane.apple.com to create a phone appointment with Apple.  They said it would have to go to Apple's engineers.  (And that making the appointment this way would make it so I wouldn't have to do with Apple trying to charge me for help on devices out of warranty.)
    I set up the phone appointment for this last Sunday and spent approximately three hours on the phone.  The first Advisor wasn't able to assist me.  She transferred me to a senior advisor who had me restore my iPad and iPhone to new, etc.  Unfortunately, she could not get the bookmarks syncing.
    After the phone call she was going to forward everything over to the engineers.  It's been three days and I have no solution yet.  They sent me an e-mail today saying to back up my devices and that they were going to try to restore the bookmarks...  I'll update this post if I get anywhere further.

  • Messenger policy contact list not updating

    We are currently using GW MSGR 2.0.4. I created a policy in consoleone assigned users and contacts. However when I update the locked contact list it doesn't update the used by users contact list. I restarted the agent and that did not work either. Any assistance would be apreciated.

  • Dropdown list not updating when bound db changes

    I hope someone can help me.  I have a form created by Livecycle Designer ES.  It contains a dropdown list populated by a bound to a database table. All works well until the database table is altered.  The dropdown list does not reflect the change.  It is as if the values were snapshotted when the was saved in Livecycle.  I have been unable to find a way to make the list update. 
    Details:
    LiveCycle Designer ES version 8.2.1 - part of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 with the latest updates.
    The table is contained in a SQL Server 2008 R2 database. 
    The data connection: OLEDB Database,
    Provider: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
    Connection: UFN
    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for helping. I'm using Acrobat to view the PDF form. Thus, shouldn't have any problem connecting to the database.
    I've captured some screenshots as below and hope it helps you understand my situation better.
    This is my Access database
    This is my PDF. Added a data connection "Product" using SQL Query "SELECT ProductCode, ProductName FROM PUB_Product WHERE ActiveInd=yes" whereby it will only extract the "active" products.
    Binded the product code dropdown list with "Product" data connection to populate the list.
    The output of the PDF form. Only the active products are being listed.
    Now, if let's say I add a new product to my PUB_Product table, the dynamic form will straight away list the new product but not the static form.

    In order to see the new product listed in the static form dropdown list, I have to re-open the form in Live Cycle and just simply save it. So my question is, is there anything I can do to skip this "open and save" step?
