Order Change vs Order Display in VA05

Does anyone know what would cause an R/3 originated order to open from a VA05 list in Change mode, while a CRM originated order would open from the same listing in Display mode? The orders are the for the same customer, and same order type, however they do not open the same way in R/3. Any ideas?

   By default you can't open orders in change mode, which originated from CRM.
You need to make below settings in ECC CRMPAROLTP table.
PARNAME     CRM_SCENARIO
PARNAME2    INT_CHANGE_ORDER
PARNAME3    <Sales Order Type>
PARVAL1        A
Even you need to follow settings according to the note 888665 to apply cross sytem locks.

That sounds strange .May be it is a bug .lets find out some of the issue before you log to sap support or patch upgrade .
1 Are you using formatted search . check the setup - if it is automatically refresh when field altered or changes,
--If that's the case , change it into display saved user -defined values .

Order change vs. order status

Hi experts,
The Completion Rule for item category has been set as blank, why partial deliveries triger order status to be Completed? How to make order complete until it's completely delivered?
Case:
Aug 5 - create sales order A
Aug 5 - release credit block for order A
Aug 12 - create partial delivery
Aug 15 - change order price
Then, overall order status "completed", reject status "nothing rejected", delivery status "fully delivered", overall blocked status "not blocked", the confirmed quantity in the schedule line automatically shows the partially delivered quantity.
When creating another delivery for order A, the system pops up "No delivery-relevant items in order A, Message no. VL455".

Is it caused by the field "fixed date & qty"? This field defaults as checked. This is a MTS scenario. On Aug 5, the confirmed qty only can be confirmed against delivery date Aug 8 until credit block is released. After 2 partial deliveries, order A is changed price on Aug 15.
Pls correct my assumption as followings if I'm wrong. The change on Aug 15 trigers the similar "availability check" or "order update" again. Because "fixed date & qty" is checked, the total partial delivered qty only can be considered as the confirmed qty against delivery date Aug 8 on Aug 15.
If my assumption is correct. I wonder why "availability check" or "order update" can be carried out. U know, the schedule line category CP does NOT activate "availability check". I simulate the case in the test system (same server) but no such issue occurs.
Any advice?

I'm using FM 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE' to update sales order.
It's working fine even multiful item (delete, add, changing item).
But I need to give simulated information to SAP portal before changing Sales order.
This 'BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE' FM looks like for creating new Sales Order.
Is there any other simulation BAPI FM for Sales order change?

How to change the order of columns displayed in Stacked Canvas

Dear Member,
I have a Stacked Cavas which has many Items. How do i change the order of the Items displayed when the form is opened?
I checked the X-Position in the property palette of each item, all the items have an X-position=0. I am really confused how do i change the order of the columns which are displayed in the stacked canvas when opening the form.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If i Try to use SET_ITEM_PROPERTY('BLOCK.ITEM', X_POS, myXpos);
then it will increment each item X Position. The Total Stacked Canvas width i have is 9 and there are total of 36 items in the stacked canvas each of equal width 1.1,
so the total becomes 38.5 which is greater than 9.
I saw all triggers in the code, i dont see any code which exclusively determines item positions at run time. As i said before all the items have X position as zero but still they come up nicely.
i HAVE A button in the form and following is the code which is written in when-button pressed trigger :
show_view('DETAIL_CNT');
GO_BLOCK('XX_PA_BUDGET_DTL_BLK');
where DETAIL_CNT is the content canvas and 'XX_PA_BUDGET_DTL_BLK' is the data block in which items from both stacked and content exsist.
I dont understand why this is happening.

Firefox changes the "order" of my multiple display from 4-3-1-2 to 2-1-3-4

When my PC starts, the "order" of my monitors in Control Panel | Display | Screen Resolution is: 4-3-1-2
After I start Firefox, it changes the "order" to 2-1-3-4
I have to go into the Control panel and Change the appearance of your displays back to 4-3-1-2
I'm using Windows 8.1 with Firefox as my default browser. Everything is up-to-date.
I've had this problem for a long, long time, I've just never gotten around to seeking help for it. Always having to go into the Control Panel to "rearrange" by monitors is a nuisance.
Any assistance to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated!

I've never heard of something like this. But I suppose it's possible that it has something to do with hardware acceleration. Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
#Open Firefox ''Options'' window (''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux) as follows:
#* In Firefox 29.0 and above, click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and select ''Options'' for Windows or ''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux.
#* In Firefox 28.0 and previous versions, click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
#In the Firefox Options (or Preferences) window, click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select ''General''.
#In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
#Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Can I change the order in which my different e-mail accounts are displayed in TB?

I use TB to access e-mails from 5 different accounts. They are displayed in the order in which I added them but I would like to change that order. Is it possible, please?

Change the search display order

When I do a search in Safari, my search engine selections are always above my Bookmarks and History. Most time, it's the bookmark or history that I want.
Is there any way to change this ordering so that the Bookmarks and History are at the top of the list? Even turning off "Search Engine Suggestions" doesn't really fix the issue as you still get the search engine entry first in the list.

BDC Program to Set Reason for Rejection in VA02 in Sales Order Change

Hi i have a requirement i have to set "reason for rejection" in random line items of Change mode of sales order VA02.
I have to develope BDC for this task and i have the list of all open line items which displays in VA05, can any of them can guide me how to develop BDC which will randomly select line items and set reason for rejection in VA02 Sales Order Change transaction.

As mentioned in the previous reply, you can use the FM:SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE and set the reason code for the line item like for eg: move '03' to IT_INPUT-REASON_REJ. and also set 'U' for update flag in the header structure,
move 'U' to HEAD_INPUT_INX-UPDATEFLAG
this will be best and easy method.
for this, FM,you need to pass the below parameters:
CALL FUNCTION 'SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE'
EXPORTING
   salesdocument                   = old_order
       order_header_in             = head_input
        order_header_inx           = head_input_inx
      TABLES
        return                      = return
       item_in                     = it_input
       item_inx                    = ii_input_inx
       schedule_in                 = schedule_input
       schedule_inx                = schedule_inputx
declare all these structure and internal tables as per documentation of the FM.

Purchase order no not getting displayed in FBL3N for doucment type RE

Dear all,
We have done a settings in FBL3N t.code. We have added BSEG-EBELN in the special fields and saved the layout. The purpose is to make the purchase order number to display when we are executing line item display for GR/IR clearing and Cenvat clearing gl account. Purchase order number is correctly getting displayed in Gr/ir clearing account. But in cenvat clearing gl account the transactions that are related to doucment type SA(that is J1IEX transaction), the purchase order number is getting displayed, but in the transactions that are related to document type RE(MIRO transactions), the purcahse order number is not getting displayed.
We have checked the BSEG table for the gl account. The purchase order number is not getting updated for the MIRO transactions in the cenvat clearing gl account.
Please suggest us so that the above issue can be solved.

Hi,
Could you please add field BSEG-EBELN as a special field in FBL3N (from menu path Settings -> Special fields). Then, select the Purchase order field again from "Change Layout" (Ctrl+F8). Now this field is available for display variants, it has the technical name 1-U_EBELN and the description 'Purchase Document'. The other field has the same description but as technical name
'1-EBELN'. When you create a display variant be aware that you select 1-U_EBELN and not 1-EBELN.

I'm using field symbol as internal table. this table has got a standard database structure.
I want to make the 3rd column of this internal table as 1st colums keeping rest of the columns as it is.

Instead of directly taking the type as a standard structure , declare the FS internal table as type of types structure.
Data: fs_scarr like type_s_scarr.
FIELD-SYMBOLS <scarr2> TYPE fs_scarr
In the types put the third column as first one and use into corresponding in select query
or else
while displaying the internal table change the order of the columns
Loop at itab into fs_itab.
write : col3
col2
col4
endloop.

How can I change the order of phone numbers in a contact?

I have contacts that have more than one phone number (I am sure we all have those in this day and age). The importance of the phone numbers varies over time and I want to have the most important one as first on the list. How can I change the order that phone numbers are displayed within a contact?

Currently, the order in which the phone numbers appear (in a contact) is dependent on the sequence to which you enter them. There is no way to change that order other than re-entering them in the desired order.

How do I change the order of calendars, including some subscribed, in Calendar App?

I have a few calendars synced to iCloud, as well as some subscribed calendars, that are also pushed to iCloud. How can I change the order of these calendars in the list in the Calendar application?
I am aware that changing the order of calendars within the Calendar app will not work; you have to change the order of the calendars on iCloud.com, and the new order will propagate to your devices. But, subscribed calendars do no appear on iCloud.com. I can change the order of my own calendars on iCloud.com, and that relative order does appear in my desktop application; But, how can I position subscribed calendars within that list, given that they aren't displayed on iCloud.com? They seem to appear randomly within the list, and there is no way to control where they appear.

Hi, thanks for your question. Reflow follows the rules of CSS and HTML. There is not a way to swap or move objects in the DOM without using something like Javascript. We've avoided that, and only focus on CSS and HTML with Reflow.
Yes, you can use multiple boxes in different places and change their display as needed. But I might caution against doing this as it may add work for both you and anyone else that may take this design and put it into production. I might take a look at why you want to move the boxes around, and maybe find a simpler or more efficient design pattern to follow to get a result you would be happy with. Hope that doesn't sound preachy, you should try it if you want and don't listen to me. Either way, let me know how it goes!
