How can I place orders for additional copies of a photo book already shipped?

Yes, I think that you do have to order/upload for every new address, and when you want to get extra copies.
Part of the reason could be that shipping to different areas costs different amounts, or maybe Apple just doesn't want to have to deal with split orders.

Your profile signature is confusing. There it says "iPhoto '08, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)". But your question mentions older systems: " iphoto 7 and cannot download the upgrade on my OSX 10.6.8 system"
Do you have two different Macs? If you have a second mac with OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), you could upgrade that to MAvericks and buy the most recent iPhoto '11, version 9.5.1 from the App Store. That would be the least expensive solution to upgrade your iPhoto.
If you only have iPhoto 7 on OSX 10.6.8, you can can buy the boxed iLife '11 installer package from Amazon. This will install an early version of iPhoto '11, that runs well with your current system and will let you print your book. You will need to run the iPhoto library upgrader to convert your old library, see: iPhoto '11: About the Library Upgrader
Also, you should be aware, that upgrading your library may change the book layout a bit, because the themes have changed between the versions, so you need to keep a backup copy of the library and iPhoto 7, to be able to compare the upgraded version to the original.

We have ordered a bunch of photobooks this year for Christmas for family and friends. They were a hit! About 6-7 months ago we did our first book to try everything out and unfortunatley mo mother noticed this "older" book and wnated that one as well. Is there a way to print more copies of this older book? I don't have it on the computer anymore but I would hope Apple keeps orders for at least 12 months since these things should be expected? Only the new book shows in the order history.

Unfortunately Apple does not keep the pdf files for later ordering. At least not at this time. For the future you might try what I do. I create a new "book" library just for the book. I first group the photos I want to use in an album in my primary library. I then use iPhoto Library Manager to copy that album to the book library. If I want additional photos in the library I can copy them with iPLM also.
When I'm finished ordering the book, I drag the "book" library folder to an empty CD disk on the desktop and burn it via the Finder and then delete the original book library folder from my HD. Later if I want to order another book I just copy the book library folder from the CD to the desktop, open it via iPLM and order.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application, iPhoto dB file backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

Have problem to order copies of the Book just completed in iPhoto

     My first venture at making a book in iPhoto with family pictures, has, once I understood the practical business of getting pictures organised, been very successful, so I clicked on the "Buy" button and thereafter my efforts to order 3 copies of the book have failed miserably.
     Problem is related to my address. I have lived in France for over 20 years, and although my Mac language and software is predominately English, thought my order would go to Apple France, however I was presented with an address format which explicitely stated "United Kingdom" and would not recognise French postal codes, for the "ship to" address. I couldn't find an alternative, so I had to give up. There doesn't seem to be a way to change from the UK system. The cost is in Sterling, which is not a problem, but delivery from the UK is likely to be several days longer than from within France.
     If all Book processing for Europe is done in the UK, that's fine, but it would help if the system recognised French postal code formats and the my address did not have 'United Kingdom' as a fixture.
     I have probably missed some instruction in the system, but I would appreciate help as to what to do next. (I would rather not have to start again sorting pictures)

I know the horse is out of the barn but this tutorial might be of help for future books: iP12 - Archiving an iPhoto 9 (11) Book for Editing and/or Ordering at a Later Date.
If you're starting over from scratch with a book I suggest you create a new library just for that book. Put the photos you want in the book in an album in your current library and use the paid version of iPhoto Library Manager to copy that album into the book library.
This will keep the book library small for easy saving to CD or DVD or to an EHD. If you delete photos from your full library it won't affect the book library.

Understood, thanks. The books have an ISBN and met Lulu specifications. I dont see the approve button yet. I only see the manage button. Is that what I am supposed to click on ? I ordered the books on february 14 and as of today, february 18, 2015, they're listed as having been shipped though I havent received them in the mail yet. I have published books with Lulu before and mere hours after publishing them, and ordering them, the Approve button was right there and all I had to do was click. Is there a way to contact Lulu about maybe a glitch in the system or an error on their part ? I just want to publish the books and get them on Amazon.com and other sites. Please and thank you.

Keep in mind there will be shipping and applicable taxes which you can find out about by making a book in iPhoto and putting in your information when you go to buy it (it gives you the price total before you actually hit the final buy button).

Ay album do you mean an iPhoto book? The best way is to restore a backup copy of your iPhoto library from just before the drive crashed.
Baring that your only hope is to recreate the book in iPhoto. For future book I suggest you try what is described in this tutorial: iP08 - Archiving an iPhoto Book for Editing and/or Ordering at a Later Date and, if you don't already have one, start a backup strategy for backing up your important files.

Incoming orders in COPA not working if Sales Order blocked for Credit Check

Hi all,
We need to build a report showing all incoming sales order by entry date and/or change date (change of values or quantities later on). COPA allows to do this, but the problem is that COPA line item table is only updated if the sales order is released from credit check (VKM3). I am looking for a solution to be able to record sales orders in COPA even if they are still blocked for credit check. By doing that we will be able to report all sales orders entered from COPA and provide basis for commissions calculation to the business.
I have investigated possible COPA enhancements like COPA0005 but it doesn't seem to be used at the time of sales order save.

As you said , the credit check in the service order is information message "Credit check (maximum percentage for ope
exceeded)" .
If you enter and come out this message then one more message will come , i.e., "The business transaction can not be carried out" detail message - System status CNOK is active (ORD XXXXXXX).
with the above message , system will not allow to do the Service order release.
In this particular case , we have done the VKM1 for the sales order to unblock the order from credit check . But again system is checking the credit check at service order (created w.r.t sales order) . we are not able to control this .
we also suggested the solution to the customer , saying removal of credit check for service orders . But customer requires credit check to happen at both the documents.

First, we need to know if the audiobook chapters are being treated by iTunes as music files or as audiobooks. If they are not audiobooks purchased from the iTunes store, they might be getting "shuffled". You will need to look at "File" - "Properties" (I think - I don't use iTunes under Windows - or right-click on the file and choose "properties") and look at the media type. If it is "Music", change it to "Audiobook". If this is not the problem, or does not fix anything, please post back.
Actually, looking at your post again, a second thought occurs to me - assuming there are less than 100 chapters in the book, just renaming them with a leading zero on the first nine chapters might do it. A computer will alphabetically sort filenames in the order you quote (1, 10, 11, 12, 13, ... 2, 21, etc.) but a leading zero will fix that (01, 02, 03 ... 10, 11, 12)

Just got off the phone with apple support. If the photo book completes the assembly process but fails during the upload process the problem is in their overloaded servers.They just started a free shipping promotion for the holidays which has increased the traffic dramatically. I bought a calendar a week ago and it went right through. I'm going to try again during less peak times.
