OSB - Looking for howto's on multi machine message delivery.

Hi.
I am very new to Oracle Service Bus.
I want to setup two machines, A and B.
I want A to take service calls from BPEL, deliver them to B and have B deliver them to their final service, returning the reply back to A and finally BPEL.
The communications between A and B can be unreliable, ie, B can wander off into the ether, for long periods, days, weeks, before returning.
There is no expectation that A will ever 'disappear' and will always be there to talk to BPEL.
Is there a howto or something that I can use to setup something like this?
Am I even on the right track?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou, just the sort of thing I am looking for, advice on telling me what I am doing wrong.
So, you are saying that I don't have OSB on Machine A but only have it on Machine B, listening on the end of a JMSQ.
However, my end game scenario involves a central machine A with many satellite machines, B, C, D, etc.
As I am a complete noob at OSB/WebLogic, I figure, for administrative purposes, I would have an OSB on A which was the administrator of the domain, which extends out to B, C, D, etc.
So, in that case, OSB on A's sole role would be admin server whilst on B, C, D, etc, would be the actual processing. This would alleviate me having one admin console for each machine.
Does this sound logical?
To the above end, I am playing with OSB 10gR3 and I can create a domain using the configuration wizard and boot the admin server.
I seem to have endless problems trying to start up a managed server for the domain. I always get a message similar to the following
"Authentication denied: Boot identity not valid; The user name and/or password from the boot identity file (boot.properties) is not valid. The boot identity may have been changed since the boot identity file was created. Please edit and update the boot identity file with the proper values of username and password. The first time the updated boot identity file is used to start the server, these new values are encrypted."
I have tried re-creating the boot.properties file, as per other posts on in these forums, to no avail.
I have tried a cold install of OSB, run the config wizard, add a machine and managed server within the config wizard and the thing still wont boot.
I have tried creating the server and machine using the admin console web pages, no success.
I just can't seem to get a managed server to boot, out of the box!
Once again, thanks for your help.

  • Stuck in "Looking for Backup Disk" in Time Machine with Time Capsule

I too am having a "Looking for Backup Disk" message going on forever . . . .
I have the following showing in my log (which is for a backup that started almost 6 hours ago . . .)
    Starting automatic backup
Attempting to mount network destination URL: afp://Toni%20Way;AUTH=[email protected]/Data
Mounted network destination at mount point: /Volumes/Data using URL: afp://Toni%20Way;AUTH=[email protected]/Data
Disk image /Volumes/Data/Toni’s iMac.sparsebundle mounted at: /Volumes/Time Machine Backups
Backing up to: /Volumes/Time Machine Backups/Backups.backupdb
I am not getting successful backups.  I first thought it was a problem with the WD hard drive I had so I invested in a Time Capsule thinking maybe it would work better with the Mac (i.e. Apple to Apple).  I got a few successful backups when I got the Time Machine on June 12th but none since.  I only just noticed that I wasn't having successful backups as there was no notification.  I have tried a Full Reset as per these instructions with no success:
    http://pondini.org/TM/A4.html
    Help!

I've successfully changed the name of the Time Capsule to "Toni TC" but still no success.  It is still sticking at Looking for Backup Disk.
Still have a space in the name.. No spaces. No non-alphanumeric.
Not that I think that is your problem.
From the log the actual unit is mounted and you have everything working but not actually able to copy packets across the network.
I have an ethernet cable running from my cable provider's router to the Time Capsule and then an ethernet cable running from the Time Capsule to the iMac.
This is good... also turn off wireless in the computer to force connection by ethernet only.
But when I go into Disk Utility, it isn't listed in the left hand side.
Only the sparsebundle will list and only when it is mounted.. TC is a network drive not a local drive. It will not show up in disk utility.
Let me suggest you erase the TC and start over.. sometimes it is the only way to get things going again.
    A4 reset of TM. http://pondini.org/TM/Troubleshooting.html
And do a verify of the local disk.. A5.
I would also like you to test copying a single large file to the TC.. create a new directory in the TC from finder.. and copy a single large file.. 1GB sort of size and get actual speed measurement from Activity Monitor.

  • Looking for most Mac-compatible Multi-function

I've been using an HP OfficeJet 7410 as my multi-function, and while it worked fine with a PC, it has one large flaw when used with a Mac: scanning to a .pdf from the document feeder results in cutting off text at the bottom of the page. (Note: it doesn't do this when scanning from the glass - only from the feeder.)
I've tried all sorts of remedies, but none works, and I've started seeing posts on various forums in which Mac users complain about this, so it seems to be some sort of incompatibility.
Which leads me to seek advice in finding the best multi-function (print, copy, scan and fax) with document feeder, and duplex printing ... for use with a Mac. I don't do much photo printing - mostly text - but good photo quality would be nice to have.
    Any advice?
MacBookPro (Intel)   Mac OS X (10.4.10)

What do you want it to be able to do with your mac? At this time there isn't really anything else. Motorolla has 2 that it worked with apple on but they are extremely limited. Other than that most phones will support music and such via simple drag and drop with USB connection.

  • Looking for some help with an error message when exporting master file. I'm stuck and would even pay to get this sorted out!

Hey guys, I'm really in a bind here and need some urgent help tonite. I would even be willing to pay for some actual help and not some vague information that i may not be able to understand if we could do something via skype or some other way that would be much quicker than a message board. Of course I have to have the project done by tomorow . so I'm new to fcpx, but have succesfully exported 2 other projects. I've also ran into this predicament before (error message not allowing me complete export) and have been able to solve that by converting the files i imported off my camera (canon g20) to a different file type (prores).
so where I'm at now: i have a 13 min short, all shot on my canon g20, imported and converted to prores422 with the brorsoft video converter with all the shots in a single event in fcpx. i'm using fcpx version 10.0.08. I have one main video track in my timeline that is completely full of very fast edits. (all quick 2-5 second clips, sped up shots in 2x, 4x, or 8x, tons of transitions, titles, and a little fx. theres 2 audio tracks, one is narration/speech and the other is an ongoing music track that constantly ducks everytime the subject speaks (tons of ducks/edits). Have you seen mtv cribs? Well i filmed an EXACT replica. So If you've seen one of those episodes, its literally the same exact same thing. I have all of my work completed, everything has been fully rendered, and i have it exactly as I want it.
I'm including all this information in case it may help. my successful projects ive exported in the past were rather simple, and this one is very complex and full of edits. here is what it looks like in the timeline:
Ive tried exporting the master file using almost all the different ways with no luck. My primary objective is to get it on youtube by any means by tommorow for a showing to a potential buyer (long story) and so I've been told using the h.264 is the best format for that. This, along with the other methods give me the same error message:
It think it gives this error message when i reach 24% everytime during export.
So first of all, what is that error message? Do i need to be concerned about the specifics of it, or is there something major that I'm missing? Like i said, i dont care how, but I need to get this video up on youtube tonite for an important viewing tomorrow. Conceptually, I think if i can figure this one out I shouldnt have any more trouble in the future doing something so basic, yet critical, such as exporting my 40+ hours of work for someone to see.
anyway, I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge with this software, and for my extremely long winded question which will probably have the opposite effect for me as most wont want to take the time to read all this, BUT i figured if i was as thorough as possible it might help actually getting a concrete answer, instead of a "read the manual, exporting is on page 37." or "use the share button on the right of the timeline then just click export master file and it will work everytime."
Cheers everybody, and thank you. Like i said if someone is up, and willing to talk via skype, phone, messanger or any other method that works for you I would be totally down and will compensate you generously for your time. thanks again.
    Taphabit

boom! that advice was correct and worked. i was able to export the full project as a quicktime movie and it can be uploaded to youtube.
NOTE, theres is definately quite a few noticeable audio glitches/lags/pops that werent there before doing this. I believe, and will test to make sure, that having a project such as this one needs to render before exporting. I'm not sure if the advice requires the project to be unrendered before exporting for a specific reason, because if it will export fine after rendering the project that's the way to go. like i said the edited version i have in my timeline plays back perfectly but this exported version has quite a few noticeable audio glitches (a few video glitches too). I'm going to retry doing the first few steps of your advice, but then at the end render, then export and compare the results...
OK, so this leads to a big question, Is this something that is standard for everyone when trying to export? If its not, what causes this error?
is there any way of preemptively avoiding it in future projects?
thanks again, and hopefully this information will help others as exporting seem to be one of the biggest problems in fcpx. any word on a new patch or firmware update?

  • Looking for an example of using a Message Driven Bean.  Anyone?

I see that iAS 6.5 does NOT come with the newest PetStore which includes a Message Bean. I have build and deployed a MDB and I see it in the iAS admin tool but it never is automatically started (like the manual says it should)and therefore is never listening for a JMS message. The same bean (different deployment descriptor of course for iAS-ejb-jar etc) works on JBoss just fine.

    Hi Mike
You could save the workflow as an application and then write a simple script that tells the application to launch multiple times.
But you'll find it many times faster to do it the other way round, and run a looping AppleScript from a single Automator action.
(Your iPod must be set up in disk mode.)
set ipod_name to "Name of your iPod goes here" -- edit this line and put the name of your pod in inverted commas
tell application "Finder" to set ipod_ready to exists disk ipod_name
    if ipod_ready then
set text_folder to (choose folder with prompt "Choose the folder containing notes for your iPod.")
set file_names to list folder text_folder without invisibles
    repeat with file_name in file_names
    set file_path to text_folder & file_name as string
if file type of (info for file_path) is "TEXT" then
    tell application "Finder"
move file file_path to folder "Notes" of disk ipod_name
    end tell
    end if
    else -- ipod not mounted
display dialog "Mount your iPod first!" buttons {"OK"} default button 1 with icon caution giving up after 5
    end if
Copy and paste this into a Run AppleScript action, edit to supply the name of your own ipod, and see how it goes.
    Hope this helps,

  • Looking for Mac software that manages text messages on Nokia 6300

iSync only manages contacts and calendar. How do I send and receive text messages on my Mac? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone in the forum can give a hint. I have been using Nokia PC Suite in VMWare Fusion and it was very slow and annoying. Thanks in advance.

    1) it can't read text messages from my Nokia phone;
If you look at the compatibility list you'll see that its because your phone does not provide a public way to read SMS over Bluetooth. So, nothing that can be done about that.
    2) I am still trying to find out how I can send a message to many recipients at the same time.
Just enter more than one number into the TO field of a message. You can also send to Address Book groups.

When we try to open smart objects from withing Photoshop CC, they're looking for Illustrator CS6. On machines where Illustrator CS6 is uninstalled we get errors. All the file associations in Bridge are correctly set. Is there a way to change the file associations for smart objects?
    Thanks,

Editing smart objectrs uses the system wide associations, not the ones from Bridge, so you need to adjust that for the *.ai file type.

  • Time Capsule, Looking for backup

Since the recent software update my timecapsule isnt backing up anymore, my drive seems to mount and appear on the desktop and i can see the drive but all i get is looking for backup, in the time machine prefrences i have tried re selceting disks and a few other things but still no joy, does anyone know if this a a bug in recent software and if so how to report to apple, if not any ideas to fix this world be great.
in finder i can see the time capsule drive and drag and drop files in and out with no problem
I have macbook 2GHz intel core 2 duo 4GB Ram running Mac OS X 10.7.3
    Time Capsule is running 7.6.1

I have had a similar problem with Time Capsule, Time Machine and Mac OS 10.7.
In french, Time Machine was telling "Recherche du Disque de Sauvegarde" which seems to be similar to "Looking for Backup Disk" and couldn't backup anything.
I've resolved it (while keeping the last backup) with following what is described there :
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/17239743#17239743
Below, what I have done in details :
To your own risks... (risk of erasing everything on the mac and of deactivate some functions... and to be unable to recover anything)
It has worked for me but it couldn't for you.
1/ Deactivate Wifi on the Mac
2/ disabled the backup from the preferences panel
    No pending backup.
    Open "Terminal" app
    3/ disabled spootlight:
    sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.metadata.mds.plist
    (described here : http://osxdaily.com/2011/12/10/disab...mac-os-x-lion/)
4/ delete the following hidden folders from the diskboot and external drive backup (.Fseventsd and. Spootlight-V100)
4.1/ delete .Fseventsd on the mac, enter :
    cd /
    ls -l
(you must find .fseventsd and .spotlight-vt100)
    sudo rm .fseventsd/fseventsd-uuid
    sudo rmdir .fseventsd
    4.2/delete spotlight-vt100 of mac :
    sudo rm -dR .Spotlight-V100
4.3/ delete .fseventsd of Timecapsule :
    cd /Volumes
ls -l (you have to look for the backup directory)
cd Cop* (because for my computer : the name is 'Copies de sauvegardes de Time machine' and it is the single directory name begining by Cop)
sudo ls -l (check presence of .fseventsd et Spotlight-vt100)
    sudo rm -dR .fseventsd
    4.4/ delete .spotlight-vt100 :
    sudo rm -dR .Spotlight-V100
5/ Restart Time Capsule and mac
    6/ spootlight rehabilitated (details here :http://osxdaily.com/2011/12/10/disab...mac-os-x-lion/) :
    sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.metadata.mds.plist
and index launch (found here : http://www.printedbyerik.com/2011/08...index-on-os-x/) :
    sudo mdutil -i on /
It took 4 hours for 500Go
7/ at the end : put an internet cable between Mac and Time Capsule (it is mandatory)
Launch a backup in Time Machine preferences.
For my computer : 15 hours for 70Go.
3 backup since without any problem.

    Hi,
I just picked up a Mac Mini to use in my Living Room with Front Row. When I first launched iPhoto to get my library set up, I got a message saying "The current screen resolution is not optimal for iPhoto". I clicked OK and was able to do everything I needed to however when I started Front Row, I was unable to view Photos if iPhoto wasn't running until I cleared this message.
My screen resolution is set to 800X600 and I can't increase it because if my TV so I'm looking for a way to override this message automatically.
I have a second Mac Mini on order for my basement and I'm going to have the same issue there. I was unable to find anything on the discussion board aside from a tech bulleting saying the display resolution needs to be 800*600 or greater.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

  • JMS bridge and MQSeries. looking for statistics

              Hi !
I have to use Weblogic 7 SP4 in cluster with a distant MQSeries queue manager.
I know I can't have a "exactly once" quality of service. I use a MDB (deplyed
on each instance of the server).
I'm looking for statistics about how often a message can be treated 2 (or more)
              times.
Thanks a lot for any help !
              Florent

    Hi Florent,
Since these are MQ messages, it might be possible to find
such statistics in MQ. Also, I think that MQ stores a
redelivery count in their messages - so you can likely
instrument your application code to get at the count.
Note that 7.0 actually does support exactly once with WL MDBs driven
by MQ. If you use transactions you can infer some stats on redeliveries
by checking the relevant transaction statistics for rollback counts.
I'm attaching some notes on JMS integration for your
              convenience.

JMS Integration of Foreign Vendors with BEA WebLogic Server
The following notes are derived mostly from "http://dev2dev.bea.com/technologies/jms/index.jsp".
For additional questions, a good forum for WebLogic questions in general is "newsgroups.bea.com". These can be mined for information by using Google's newsgroup search function.
              JMS Integration Overview
              - For integration with "non-Java" and/or "non-JMS" platforms, see "Non-Java Integration Options" below.
              - For a foreign JMS vendor to participate in a WL transaction it must support XA. Specifically, it must support the javax.jms.XA* interfaces.
              - In WL versions 6.0 and up it is possible to make synchronous calls to foreign JMS vendors participate in a WL transaction as long as the foreign vendor supports XA.
              - WL 6.0 and 6.1 MDBs can be driven by foreign vendors non-transactionally. They can be driven transactionally by a select few foreign vendors (MQ is not part of the select few)
              - WL 7.0 and later, MDBs can be driven by foreign vendors transactionally and non-transationally.
              - WL 6.1 and later WL provides a messaging bridge feature. Messaging bridges forward messages between any two JMS destinations, including foreign destinations, and can transfer messages transactionally or non-transactionally.
              - WL 8.1 JMS provides additional features that simplify transactional and JNDI integration of foreign vendors. See http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/jms/intro.html#jms_features
              Integration with 8.1 Details
A good overview of 8.1 JMS interop capability is the presentation "Integrating Foreign JMS Providers with BEA WebLogic Server" here:
              http://www.bea.com/content/files/eworld/presentations/Wed_03_05_03/Application_Servers/1097-Foreign_JMS_Providers_WLS.pdf
This document refers to helpful new 8.1 features, which simplify integration. These include:
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/ConsoleHelp/jms_config.html#accessing_foreign_providers
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/jms/j2ee_components.html#1033768
And are also summarized here (under interoperability):
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/jms/intro.html#jms_features
Also read the extensive MDB documentation, which extensively covers integrating foreign vendors:
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/ejb/message_beans.html
The 8.1 features are likely sufficient for most 8.1 integration needs, and you may not need to refer "Using Foreign JMS Providers With WLS" white-paper mentioned below.
Integration with 6.1 and 7.0 Details
Read the "Using Foreign JMS Providers With WLS" white-paper:
              http://dev2dev.bea.com/products/wlserver/whitepapers/jmsproviders.jsp
Note that this white-paper does not take into account 8.1 features.
For 7.0 read the extensive 8.1 MDB documentation, which largely also applies to 7.0:
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/ejb/message_beans.html
              Non-Java Integration Options
              - WL JMS has a JNI based C client which is available for Windows and some UNIX platforms. This C client supports 7.0 and up, and will be officially packaged with WLS in 9.0 (virtually unchanged). The C API is currently only supported through the jms newsgroup. See "JMS C API", here:
              http://dev2dev.bea.com/technologies/jms/index.jsp
              - WL supports direct Windows COM access through its "JCOM" feature. This doesn't include the JMS API, but one can invoke EJBs which in turn invoke JMS. See
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs61/jcom.html
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs70/jcom/
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs81/jcom/
              - Similar to JCOM, but more advanced, WL supports IIOP standard based access on multiple platforms. You can use the BEA Tuxedo C client for this purpose (no license fee). This doesn't include the JMS API, but one can invoke EJBs which in turn invoke JMS. See
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs81/rmi_iiop/
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs70/rmi_iiop/
              http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs61/rmi_iiop/
Unlike most other approaches, the IIOP client approach also allows the client to begin and commit user (JTA) transactions (not configured).
              - If you already have a BEA Tuxedo license, one option is communicate through BEA Tuxedo (which has various APIs on Windows) and configure a WebLogic Server to respond to these requests via the WTC bridge. Search for "WTC" in the BEA docs. Unlike most other approaches, the Tuxedo API approach also allows the client to begin and commit user (JTA) transactions.
              - Another approach is to interop via web-service standards. Or even to simply to invoke a servlet on the WL server using a basic HTTP call from Windows. These in turn can invoke the JMS API. There is a white-paper on "Interoperability Study of BEA WebLogic Workshop 8.1 and Microsoft .NET 1.1 Web Services", that demonstrates web-services here:
              http://ftpna2.bea.com/pub/downloads/WebLogic-DotNet-Interop.pdf
              - Yet another approach is to use a third party product that is designed to wrap any JMS vendor. There are even open source versions. In no particular order, here are some examples: Open3 WinJMS, CodeMesh, Active JMS, SpiritSoft
              - Finally, there are .NET/C/C++ integration libraries that not specific to JMS, some examples are JNBridge, Jace, and CodeMesh.
Notes on MQ Remote Capable XA Clients
Until recently, IBM MQ JMS clients could not work transactionally unless they were running on the same host as their MQ server. This is a limitation unique to MQ that was relaxed with the introduction of IBM's new "WebSphere MQ Extended Transactional Client". See:
              http://publibfp.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/csqzar00.pdf
The product is new, and for some reason, configuration of this client seems to be tricky, even when WebLogic is not involved at all. Oddly, the main sticking point seems to be simply making sure that class paths refer to the required IBM jars:
              - Required on WLS where MQ objects are bound into JNDI:
              com.ibm.mq.jar, com.ibm.mqjms.jar
              - Required only if MQ objects are bound into JNDI on a different server:
              com.ibm.mq.jar
If there are problems when using this client, first get it to work using a pure IBM client without any BEA classes involved. Once that is working, search the WL JMS newsgroup for answers and/or contact BEA customer support.
              Notes on Oracle AQ Integration
If problems are encountered integrating Oracle's built-in queuing (Oracle AQ) JMS client, there is publicly available wrapper code that can aid integrating AQ directly into MDBs, JMS, or the messaging bridge. The solution is titled "Startup class to bind AQ/Referenceable objects to WLS JNDI", is not supported by BEA, and is posted to:
              http://dev2dev.bea.com/codelibrary/code/startupclass.jsp
              Caveats:
The solution doesn't directly support concurrent consumers. Perhaps Oracle requires that concurrent consumers each have a unique JMS connection? As a work-around, parallel message processing can be achieved indirectly by forwarding AQ messages into a WL JMS destination - which do support concurrent processing.
Up-to-date versions of Oracle may be required. For more information, google search the weblogic.developer.interest.jms newsgroup for "Oracle" and "AQ".
The solution doesn't seem to support transactions, it may be possible to extend it to do so.
              MDB Thread Pool Notes
WL7.0SP? and WL8.1 and later support the "dispatch-policy" field to specify which thread pool an MDB uses to run its instances. In most cases this field should be configured to help address potential performance issues and/or dead-locks:
              http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/ejb/DDreference-ejb-jar.html#dispatch-policy
(Note that "dispatch-policy" is ignored for non-transactional foreign vendors; in this case, the MDB "onMessage" callback runs in the foreign vendor's thread.)
              MDB Concurrency Notes
Queue MDBs driven by foreign providers can run multiple instances concurrently. Topic MDBs driven by foreign providers are limited to one instance (not sure, but transactional foreign driven topic MDBs may not have this limitation). The size of the thread pool that the MDB runs in and the "max-beans-in-free-pool" descriptor limit how many instances run concurrently.
Design Guide-Lines and Performance Tuning Notes
The "WebLogic JMS Performance Guide" white-paper contains detailed design, performance, and tuning information for Clustering, Messaging Bridge, JMS, and MDBs.

  • IMac Mail always looking for mail...

Mail is always looking for new messages - how do I stop it? It is constantly grinding away, trying to find new mail. Force quit stops it, but as soon as I open Mail again, it begins looking for mail to load. New messages come through okay, but it doesn't stop after they are loaded.

Thanks, but I did that - selected 'Manually', then Force Quit. When I reopened Mail, all was quiet. It wasn't looking for mail. Then I clicked on 'Check for new messages'. It downloaded new messages and kept on spinning, looking for others. It doesn't stop. I don't know why...

  • Guarranteed Message Delivery with OSB 11g

    Hi,
I'm currently working on a scenario with OSB that requires me to set up guaranteed message delivery. The business scenario is that on one end I have a flat file polling service and I have to transform this data into XML and store it to DB. Concisely, this is the scenario: Flat File -> Proxy -> Business -> JMS Queue -> Proxy -> Business -> DB. The entire process works fine till the time I turn the DB off. In that case, I get a load of erro in the log, and the message in the Queue sits there indefinitely, Even after the DB has been restarted. The only way the message gets stored into DB is by performing a complete server restart, which, needless to say is not acceptable. Stopping and starting the proxy and business services do not work, either.
I'm using an XA data source for the DB connection pool and the default XA Connection Factory for OSB JMS transport. After delivery failure the message sits in the queue with "receiving transaction" state string. On inspection of the server logs I found that WebLogic can't connect with the datasource even when the database is completely restarted. It requires a server restart for the connection pool to work properly again.
Could anybody please provide some insight as to what I'm doing wrong?

Jms:///CF/QName works when we OSB clusterOSB JMS transport is implemented as Weblogic MDB's under the hood. From weblogic 9x onwards , mdbs bind to co-hosted destinations by default.
So if you have a distributed destination and mdb's are deployed to the same cluster ( happens when jms proxy service is deployed to the cluster) , then it is guaranteed behaviour that the mdb on ms1 binds to dd member on ms1 and mdb on ms2 binds to dd member on ms2. So you will end up seeing 16 consumers ( by default, if you have not configured any work manager to restrict concurrent threads) on each of the dd member.
we have both BPEL and OSB cluster so when BPEL posting a message how to avoid the racing condition in OSB . as both will look for same QUEUE..Make sure the connection factory used by bpel has load balancing turned on and server affinity turned off. This will ensure a pretty load balanced distribution of the messages to the dd members in the cluster which will be then processed by the proxy service hosted on the same managed server instance.

  • AE CC Multi-Machine Rendering: Still asking for Adobe ID on Render Engine App Launch

    Hi everyone,
I'm sure this is a fairly simple fix, but I have looked for quite a while through blogs and AE documentation and I just can't get it figured out.
I'm trying to set up my first multi-machine render farm with AE CC. All machines for the render farm are running Windows 7 and are networked via Gigabit Ethernet Switch. I understand that I can have CC installed on 2 computers with my membership and then I can install a number of Render-Only instances of AE. The problem is I am trying to set up one of my 3 machines in render-only, yet I am still being asked to sign in with my Adobe ID when I launch the Render Engine App. I can't sign in a third time or it will ask me if I want to sign out of all of the other computers that are licensed under my name. I've attached screenshots of what it shows.
I have already put the ae_render_only_node.txt file in the correct place as per the Adobe documentation (C:\Users\<myusername>\My Documents)
Any thoughts? I'm guessing I'm doing something dumb, but I just can't pinpoint it.
    Thanks for any help!

One thing to check: in Windows Explorer, go to the Tools menu > Folder Options. Disable "Hide extensions for known file types". Having done so, is the file still named "ae_render_only_node.txt", or does it have an extra .txt on the end?
If not, what happens if you move the file to the alternate location? C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Adobe
