I chatted online yesterday with Adobe and I have domain problem

I bought Photoshop 10 and have not been able to login yesterday I chatted online with Adobe and because i used an e-mail address when I upgraded to 10, when I left the company that e-mail address was dead it now causes a problem Adobe tells me because my new e-mail address is not on the same domain, I do not understand why it cannot be linked to my new e-mail, I have e-mailed Adobe about my problem but just thought someone my know how to fix my issue.

Thanks for the quick response to answer your question I do remember my old pasword for that address, I have both serial numbers for Photoshop Premiere Elements10 as do Adobe because they gave my order number, I changed my e-mail over a year ago with Adobe and have been using Photoshop since just ignoring the message that their system was down when trying to sign in.
The lady from the Adobe Chat told me that and I quote " However in order to transfer a product from a Company account, we need the account which should be the same as the former" I was an 100% Realtor hanging my licence with that company I paid for all my own business expenses so this should not stop Adobe from connecting them to my new email account.

I need to chat online with an advisor - I cant find the option anywhere, where is it?

PLEASE HElP - I was chatting with an advisor the other day via chat online to try and fix my iPhone, he told me to install something, restart my laptop which I did then I couldnt work out how to get back onto the chat.

I went to home share and it said that i still had to many computers authorized. I personally have not installed that many. Is there a way that i can look at all of them and choose which one to de authorize?

Adobe flash player,and chat online.

i have problems with watching videos online with nokia 5800, i need a new flash pleyer,i just got this phone 3 weeks ago,i think hes got everithing up to date,the other problem is the java,is enabled,but when i tried to go to websites to chat with people hes telling me that i nee a java browser,where i can download java browser? i tried to update the phone but for uk is not available yet the updates,so now i cannot chat and i cannot watch videos on certain websites,online tv fot example,justintv,i need a new flash player,can you help me? thanks

The phone has a Flash Lite v3.0 player built-in. It supports, more or less, Flash 8 and Flash Video content (but not all Flash 8 features full, nor Flash 9 as on PCs).
The supported video formats for the 5800 are listed on this page:

The page lists these formats as supported: 3GPP formats (H.263), Flash Video, H.264/AVC, MPEG-4, RealVideo 7,8,9/10, WMV 9.
Note that as it has a smaller screen than typical PCs, all video resolutions might not display.
The phone supports also Java, but J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition). Web sites depending on Java usually needs the full desktop PC version of Java, J2SE (Java 2 Standard Edition, also sometimes called just JRE, Java Runtime Environment). The phone does not support J2SE (no phone I know of does).

Not accepting SN and won't connect with chat online

I bought a new computer in April and when I tried to register it wouldn't accept the old serial no. I phoned and after some time, the "tech" informed me that in order to get re-installed I'd have to purchase a new code (or I think he somehow activated me) and it cost me around $200. that was April 27th and I got an email verifying. The C drive had to be replaced as it was bad so another complete re-install and now I'm trying to reach a tech again but in this case when I hit the chat button, nothing happens.
Any suggestions?

HELP !! i cant chat online with the MBPRO ?

i have been trying to get on yahoo chat but can only manage to get on for about 10 seconds b4 just the area that has the chat going on and the names of people vanish.ive called a apple retail store asked them to give it a try and the samething happens. how can i fix this problem on my mac without trying the bootcamp down load? fyi....im very new to computers so please keep any help simple as possible. tyvm

How in the world do you chat with this communications company???? I cannot find it anywhere. I'd rather not sit on phone when I can or could interact with a real person. Certainly not customer focused! Can someone show me the link?

Audigy 2 Mic echo when trying to chat online

Hello, can someone help me? I have an Audigy 2 Dell
When ever i try to talk online with somebody i hear myself a second or so later, this is horrible couse you cant concentrate on the conversation because you are hearing yourself.
I have placed the "REC" on mic and muted the "Playback" Mic in the mixer properties.
I think i didnt have this problem with the drivers that came in the cd but since i have the new
SBAX_WEBUP_LB_2_08_0004.
My system specs are these:

Can't call or chat with Verizon because I can't use my cell (Account, not technical problem)

Dear all,
So I am living in Ireland right now. NOT using my Verizon account at all. (Phone still active, still paying, but using a European cell here.) In the meantime, I need to make a change to my nephew's account, which I pay for on mine. (He got a new carrier on his own a month or so ago and I need to cancel his line.) If I dial any of the numbers for customer service from a land line or from my cell here, it says to hang up and use my cell phone. And I can't do that! I don't have it activated for global services because I'm not using it. Then on top of that, the chat online function seems to be blocked in Ireland. It won't work on any computer I try.
So here I am, I can't call Verizon. I can't chat with Verizon. I can't find an e-mail address. And in the meantime, for the last month I am paying for a phone that isn't being used. Because I can't figure out any way to actually get Verizon to talk to me!! I've tried googling numbers, etc., etc. The 1-800-922-0204 number says I'm not calling from a Verizon cell and hangs up on me. The 908-559-4899 number behaves exactly the same. I tried the Global services number, but they said it's for technical support only, no customer help.

Why is it taking so long to get online using firefox?

It has been taking a long time lately to get online. Today it took 25 min. I deleted firefox several using taskbar manager before finally opened.
