I chatted online yesterday with Adobe and I have domain problem

I bought Photoshop 10 and have not been able to login yesterday I chatted online with Adobe and because i used an e-mail address when I upgraded to 10, when I left the company that e-mail address was dead it now causes a problem Adobe tells me because my new e-mail address is not on the same domain, I do not understand why it cannot be linked to my new e-mail, I have e-mailed Adobe about my problem but just thought someone my know how to fix my issue.

Thanks for the quick response to answer your question I do remember my old pasword for that address, I have both serial numbers for Photoshop Premiere Elements10 as do Adobe because they gave my order number, I changed my e-mail over a year ago with Adobe and have been using Photoshop since just ignoring the message that their system was down when trying to sign in.
The lady from the Adobe Chat told me that and I quote " However in order to transfer a product from a Company account, we need the account which should be the same as the former" I was an 100% Realtor hanging my licence with that company I paid for all my own business expenses so this should not stop Adobe from connecting them to my new email account.

    After comparing this new application and the old one, I realized I had a misunderstanding of how the SP.RequestExecutor expected urls to be constructed. I thought it was required to use the SP.AppContextSite() endpoint.
    I was incorrectly constructing a request to the appWeb with a url similar to the following:
    https://contoso-6f921c6addc19f.sharepoint.com/ProviderHostedApp/_api/SP.AppContextSite(@target)/contextinfo?@target=%27https%3A%2F%2Fcontoso-6f921c6addc19f.sharepoint.com%2FProviderHostedApp%27
    As you can see, the @target was set to the appWeb url but infact when making request to the appWeb using RequestExecutor you do no need to do this.  It is simply appweburl + "/_api/contextinfo".  It is only when making requests for
    resources existing on the hostWeb that you need use the AppContextSite and set the @target.

    You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
    You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
    *Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
    *Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
    *Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
    Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":
    *Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
    "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

    I have now recently downloaded 10.0.2 which is confusing in itself, as, as far as I can ascertain that is actually version 11, but I'm not even sure about that.
    Version 10.0.2 is the newest version and the successor to GarageBand '11 (version 6.0.5).
    The '11 is referring to the iLife '11 suit of multimedia application - the older GarageBand was a part of this bundle.

    Yes, simply reinstall from your Snow Leopard installer disc.  The reinstall will not erase the hard drive.  After reinstalling you can upgrade to 10.6.6 with your updater.

    Are you trying to use the phone in Bahrain with a supported carrier there? I suspect not. If you try to use this phone outside of Bahrain, you won't have FaceTime. This is done to prevent folks from simply crossing the border to purchase iPhones in Bahrain...FaceTime is banned in Saudi Arabia & the UAE. Sorry, but you'll only have FaceTime on that phone while using it in Bahrain on a supported carrier's network there.

    I got an address from Applecare, although I can't place my hand on it right now. I didn't bother persuing the letter route myself as I didn't expect much. I know that the location was Cork, Ireland though as that where the UK Applecare is based as far as I'm aware. The best thing to do is to call Applecare (if it's free) and discuss the issue. State that you are not happy wit the fact that you will have to pay to have the problem resolved especiiay if it is an ongoing problem that has not been resolved. I ended up speaking to a senior manager of the Applecare team who then proceeded to tell me about mailing in my grievence to customer services division or something like that.
    If I can find the address I may post it if I'm allowed.
    In the case of age, Schools usually have a 5-year life-cycle as they tend to be used differently than consumer machines, i.e. being used constantly on a daily basis for at least 12 hours with no break. you would expect issues to appear after a few years, but I expect problems that arise through defects to be resolved and stay resolved. As I mentioned we had machines for around 2 years before the lines appeared and sent them to be repaired. I'm happy with that. What I am unhappy about is the fact that the problem has reappeared exactly in the same way and now I'm left with around 7 machines that I either pay loads to repair or, the more likely replace the machines with newer ones since the age is now big enough to warrant the replacement.
    Sorry for the lengthy moan, but these are the reasons I purchased Apple ahrdware in the first place to avoid the "not our problem" stance some PC vendors  usually take, similar to the Dell monitors thread mentioned in here somewhere.

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    A Verizon corporate store can provide you with a nano SIM and activate it for you. Corporate stores do not charge for SIMS. I don't know what a reseller might or might not do.

    From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
    If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:

    If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.
