I have a 60gb photo, which has been playing up for the last 6 months or so. Thus I have decided to upgrade, but could anyone advise as to how I delete the old one out of my system?
or do I just register the new one?
Will all my music on my computer automatically load onto the new one?
and finally
How do I clear down my old ipod and is there anywhere I can send it or where I might get some money back on it?

Yes that's all you need to do. Connect the new iPod to your computer and follow the on screen instructions.

Yes it will update from your existing library. Depending on the size of your library and the type of iPod you choose you can have it update all songs and playlists, selected playlists only or you can manage it manually.

Restore it. Restoring will erase the iPod's hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings, so if you have songs on your iPod that aren't on iTunes you will lose them if you have no back up. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions and it should connect to iTunes and give you a prompt to automatically update your library onto the fresh installation. Choose no and it will default to manual mode and you can leave it empty: Restoring iPod to factory settings with iTunes 7

Content (apps, music, ibooks, films etc) is tied to the account that originally downloaded it, so if the iBooks app was downloaded using the account that you used to share with your ex then only that account can download updates to it. As it's a free app you could delete it and re-download it under your own account - and then re-download your ibooks into it (or copy the books to your computer's iTunes first via File > Transfer Purchases and then sync them back to the app).

Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them originally. Did you try entering your old password and see if that works?
If you need to sign out of your old account go to Settings>Store>Tap on your ID and sign out. Sign in with the new one.
you can also access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and you will find it there as well.

Ipad continues to use my old Apple ID and password. I can't remember the password. I have created a new Apple ID but icloud is still locked up with the old one. Help.

Last week I changed my Apple ID. I was having some problems with getting "incorrect ID or password" message. sometimes it would accept my info and sometimes it wouldn't. I got tired with messing with it and decided to just create a new Apple ID and password. The new ID has worked ok, but my icloud account still comes up with my old ID. I tried to change that but couldn't without signing in with the old ID. I did several times but I always get the message "incorrect Apple ID and password". I tried using other password but nothing worked. Now I'm not sure what the password is. I have asked for a password reset to be sent to me but nothing comes ( using my regular email ). I have tried using the secret questions and I get them all correct except my birthday doesn't jive with what they say. I really need some ideas. My icloud account is essentially locked to me and isn't backing up my stuff. that's about all I can think of to tell you.

Hunter of Sock Monsters thanks...I did follow your advise. I went to the iforgot site and tried answering the secret questions twice. I got the "wrong answer", so the next time I asked for an email authentication. I am still waiting. I don't know what the usual time for waiting normally is. I am still waiting for an email reply from three days ago. I'm not going to hold my breath. My ipad is out of warranty but I may have to beg for help from support? I'll wait awhile longer. Maybe there is another thing someone could come up with. I appreciate your fast reply Hunter.

I have a BT Infinity router plugged into the Time Capsule, not sure where the radio settings are?
They are able to use the network settings of the TC i.e. they can connect to the internet via the wifi through the TC but when they try and connect to the AirPort Disk this is where it is not allowing a connection.
I don;t have the drive shared out at all at the moment, is this necessary? How do I do this if so?

I figured it out! I changed my email & password at the icloud site, then when I deleted the icloud account on my iphone - it still showed my old email but when i typed in my current password it went through. I was then able to sign back in with my current email and password. That was too easy for the amount of time I have put into this! Glad its finally fixed.

Sorry to ask an obvious Question, but have you signed out in iMessage and iTunes store on your iPad then logged in with the new ID/Password?
It may be that the iPad is remembering your old login in one part of the iPad.

Apparently you have two catalogs now, one from each installation. If you did importing, tagging and editing during the first installation, that will all be in the first catalog. Find the first catalog - it is a file with the suffix .lrcat and the default place for LR to put it is usually your Pictures folder - and (with LR closed) double-click on it. LR will launch with catalog #1 active.

Most pages are defined to be a certain size, regardless of how large or small your monitor is. You can use Firefox's zoom feature (View menu) to enlarge the text and images (or just the text, if you prefer) on a page.
In addition to making individual site adjustments, there are some add-ons that will default every site to a higher zoom level. For example, check out:

Have you signed out of your iTunes account on the device/computer that you are using and signed back in with the updated password ? That should 'refresh' the account on it, and you should be able to use the account's new password to download updates to its apps

You're gonna have to figure out how to call AppleCare & ask to talk to "Account Security". If your english is not good, then find someone to help you. Be prepared to prove ownership & the fact that you purchased this phone from an authorized source in the US. They "may" be able to help you.
Apple does not provide email support.

You may be able to change or reset the password on this old iCloud/Apple ID account, even if you no longer have access to the email address associated with it. Once the password is changed/updated, you should be able to log your iPhone out of the old iCloud/Apple ID account and log in to the correct new account.
