Outcome Sequence of Human Tasks changed REJECT,APPROVE once deployed

Dear All,
We have setup the human workflow, and the outcome list we choose as APPROVE,REJECT and in our Jdeveloper it is in the same order. But once deployed, the order gets changed to REJECT,APPROVE in the tmp folder of the server, and accordingly the approver gets REJECT as the first item in the select list.
Kindly show us the light to disable this conversion.

Hi,
hope you are using 11g Jdev..
What is the mode of deployment you are using?
you said some temp folder, will that present in Project file? or you are refering to server folder??
If you are using Scripts to deploy then try to deploy the service usig tool itself or import it as jar. and check this.
then if u r not facing any issue, check your deployment script properly.
Thanks,

  • Designing Sequence of Human Task

    Hii All,
    I want to design a BPEL work flow for for LOAN approval process where user submits application and if system checks for all required fields if found correct then
    it goes as a task to user RM and if approves it it goes for another user AM for approval otherwise it rejects with reason stated.here two human task are involved can anyone please help me and tell the steps i should follow to design this.whether i have to make nested human task or any other process is there in human task.
    thanks and regards,
    Deekay

    Another option is that while designing human task you can have two stages instead of one.
    - Open Human Task from Composite.xml
    - Expand 'Assignment and Routing Policy'
    - Select 'Stage1.Participant1' that is the first stage activity
    - Click on th '+' icon under Assignment and Routing
    - Select Sequential Participant Block. In the popup select your second participnat/block.
    - Go to advanced section of this popup, and check 'skip', Specify a skip rule for this stage. You can choose the outcome from first stage and match it with 'Reject' to skip this stage

  • Human Task change task title dynamically

    Hi,
    I have a BPEL Human Task with several steps in SOA 11.1.1.7.
    I try to change dynamically the task title according to the Participant Name or stage .
    I tried different solutions(swicth, updateTask service) but I am unable to get the participantName or the stage name before entering in the initiateTask function.
    Please can you give me a clue of how it could be done?
    Thank you!

    Hi,
    Could you please check in wftask and wftask_tl tables whether the title has been updated?
    Also, could you please check "Reevaluate the translation every time" in HT and try again?
    You should try this.

  • Issue with 'Show approval controls in task details only' in Human Task

    Hi,
    In human task, for the approval controls / outcomes to be displayed only in the task details (Not in the task summary, actions menu), the below option was selected and it was working perfectly in SOA BPM worklist application (11.1.1.5.0). But when we migrate to 11.1.1.6.0, this was not working...
    Option to be selected: .task > Assignment > Configure Assignment > Assignment > Show approval control controls in task details only.
    We are anyhow planning to test in 11.1.1.7.0 also, but do anyone knows why its not working in 11.1.1.6.0?

    I'm facing the same issue in 11g PS5. Any update on this?

  • CATS Hours change by Approver In Detailed Approval View

    Hi,
    1.Is it possible to change the Hours in detailed Approval view?
    In CATS Approval WD, When Approver clicks on hours It will takes to Deatailed approval view, There is it possible to change the hours By Approver?. I need an option to change the hours entered by employee while approving.
    Suppose Employee entered 10 hours for particular day and Released, When Approving Approver wants to change it to 9 hours and Approve. Is this possible in CATS approval via Portal?
    2. How can I Change (Reject/Approve) the old records of workitem executed already in the past?
    Approver might approved/Rejected some hours in the last month, Now he came to know that its wrong,
    How can he reset that hours to Reject/Approve in the portal?
    Can Anyone help in this?
    Regards

    Hi Ramesh,
    Probably transaction CATS_APPR_LITE will help. Using this report you can reset the approval. But you can do it from backend.

  • Unable to select an outcome in human task

    Folks,
    I’ve been trying to get a simple human task to work but as of yet I am unable to. I’ve followed the instructions in the BPEL Process Manager Developer’s Guide (10.1.3) and am using the “Auto Generate Simple Task Form” to create the display.
    I can deploy the process without incident and am able to claim the task and see parameters passed in. I am not, however, able to see or select the outcome (which I have defined as ‘Approve’ and ‘Reject’).
    The .task file is as follows:

    Is there any update to this thread? I am seeing the same or similar problem. I'm using BPEL 10.1.3.3.
    I've created a task with two possible custom outcomes "BE" or "NOT_BE". Anyone in the oc4j-administrators group can claim the task instance. I use the auto task form generator.
    As in the thread, I can claim the task instance (as oc4jadmin) and the task form displays (including one parameter that I defined in the payload); however, the only Task Action available in the dropdown list for selection is "Release". My expectation would be to see "BE", "NOT_BE", and "Release" as available actions.
    Using bpeladmin yields identical results.
    Here is my task definition:

  • How to change the response of human task if we are using the skip rule

    Hi,
    We have developed the request workflow in OIM11g for this we are using the Beneficiary Manager approval composite to approve the request by his manager.
    We are using the skip rule in the human task component to skip the user if the requester is beneficiary manager.
    After the skip rule is executing the the request is going to failed state because of the response it is sending to the OIM
    The skip rule is working as expected but the response sending to OIM is COMPLETED instead of APPROVE.
    Please let us know the steps to change the response to Approve after the skip rule is executed or how to add the response COMPLETED in OIM.
    Thanks

    You will have to write a conditional block outisde the task where you would check if the skip condition is met and if yes then you will have to hard code the approved conditions into the payload for the task outcome.
    <assign name="SetAutoApproveConditions">
                            <copy>
                                <from expression="string('APPROVE')"/>
                                <to variable="ApprovalTask_1_globalVariable"

  • Human Task - Custom buttons outcomes doesn't visible

    Hello,
    I made a simple human task with custom outcomes (Aprovar and Reprovar) in portuguese - brazil. It's equals Approve and Reprove.
    But my 2 buttons doesn't visible.
    <af:commandToolbarButton actionListener="#{invokeActionBean.setOperation}"
    text="#{wf:getResourceValue('Aprovar', 'bindings.customActions')}"
    disabled="#{!bindings.Aprovar.enabled}"
    action="#{invokeActionBean.invokeOperation}"
    partialSubmit="false"
    *visible="#{wf:isCustomActionAvailable('Aprovar', 'bindings.customActions')}"*
    id="ctb1">
    <f:attribute name="DC_OPERATION_BINDING"
    value="bindings.Aprovar"/>
    </af:commandToolbarButton>
    What's errors could happening ?
    Thanks.

    I found a solution.
    In the task file (xml), there is a parameter called <enableAutoClaim>true</enableAutoClaim>
    Could anyone explain me why this works ?
    This is a bug ?
    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:BSLT61xE8pcJ:download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e15176/human_task_bpmpd.htm+enableAutoClaim&cd=4&hl=en&ct=clnk&client=ubuntu
    In the link above, there is a citation "the enableAutoClaim is TRUE by default".
    But my buttons APPROVE and REJECT only is displayed when i explicitly set this parameter.
    Thanks

  • Reject flow with Human Tasks

    Hi, I'm trying to model something similar to picture 10.1-1 in the %BPA_SUITE_HOME%\doc\en\method_manual_s.pdf. The only diference is that I use Human tasks instead of processes.
    I describe my model a bit:
    * I have 2 pools.
    * In each pool I have one Human Task (A and B):
    - HT A fill in a document with data
    - HT B validate the data and let the flow go on or ask HT A for more information.
    * HT A sends a message (through a message flow connection) to HT B
    * In case HT B rejects the document, it goes back to HT A. I modeled this by putting an XOR (data-based) Gateway and a message flow to HT A. In case HT B accepts the document I put a sequence flow to another activity in the same pool of HT B
    Is the model clear? In case it is clear, I explain the error I'm getting:
    When I try to transform BPMN process to BPEL process, I get a pop up that says:
    "Unable to perform transformation.
    Internal error.
    There are semantic errors in this model. The errors have been displayed on the model"
    After that warning a signal appears on the upper-right corner of HT A with the following tooltip:
    "This node is being cross-referenced. Please remove one of the incoming connections"
    is it posible to go back to (reinstantiate) a Human Task?
    Thanks in advance.
    Neuquino

    This relates to a (structural) problem translating between BPMN and BPEL: BPEL has no goto, BPMN does. (See my blog about the subject: http://www.approach-alliance.nl/index.php?option=com_jd-wp&Itemid=2&p=31 )
    From a business process point of view: is the task you redirect the flow to, exactly the same task? I think not. The first time it is called, it involves filling out the form. The second time it is correcting the form...
    So if you change it to: HTA1: fill out the form, and in case B rejects the document, a new task: correct the document. This is also relevant from a management point of view: you want to minimize the correction, not the occurrences of filling out the form...
    Hope this helps,
    Lonneke

  • Missing Outcomes for Human Task in Auto-Generated ADF Project

    Hi
    I am using SOA Suite 11g (11.1.1.5) and have created a Human Task in my composite application and then auto-generated the appropriate task form using the wizard which has been successful and created the ADF project.
    My task has 3 outcomes the responses of which are then mapped out in the BPEL process.
    When the human task is raised it puts a notification in the BPM worklist as expected however the 'Actions' list on the notification is blank? I was expecting there to be 3 values in the Actions list one for each of my outcomes.
    I have tried re-building the ADF project from scratch from the task flow but still no joy.
    I have not changed the ADF project over its default.
    My next step is to look into the binding on the Actions picklist but I thought this was standard functionality and that the wizard handled this at the point of form generation.
    Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    Hi
    User error.
    I had sent the task to a group rather than a user. Before the task outcomes will display in the ADF page a user must first claim the notification using the 'Claim' button. On re-selecting the notification the task outcomes display as buttons.

  • How do I make a two tier approval proces for a human task?

    Ok I want to have a human task that when submitted has to be approved by a Reviewer and a Manager.
    If the Reviewer rejects the task, its truly rejected, but if the manager Rejects the task its sent back to the Reviewer for additonal work.
    The built-in management chain operator doesn't support the reject path I've mentioned above. What's the best way to do what I'm trying to do?

    That all depends on the drivers for that mouse. If it doesn't come with OS X drivers then you're stuck with the built-in OS X generic mouse preference pane or a third party driver.
    Give USB Overdrive a try. It might let you do what you want.

  • AD - 'Change First Name' process task is rejected by default - OIM 11.1.2

    Hi All,
    I wanted modification to be auto provisioned to AD account when user attribute is changed.
    For this created 'Change First Name' process task and made entry in "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" lookup def.
    I followed the link Enabling update for provisioned user in OIM11g
    When I changed first name of a user from identity console, 'Change First Name' process task is assigned to XELSYSADM. But the status of the process task is Rejected. Also, the changed 'First Name' value is not updated in the process form of the user. Hence the change is not reflected into AD.
    Please tell me why the status is Rejected and changes are not reflecting.
    Also, Please provide the solution to auto provision the modifications into AD.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Thanks much kevin,
    One more query.....
    In my case when 'city' attribute is changed its invoking 'Change city' which inturn invokes 'City updated' process. Now when city is updated I need to updated 'Organization Name' in AD process form and make it reflect in AD.
    For this, I created 'Change Org Unit' process task which will populate 'Organization Name' field in process form, so inturn it will invoke 'Organization name updated' process task.
    I made 'Change Org Unit' process task as dependent task for 'Change city', so once the 'Change City' process task status is 'C', it will invoke 'Change Org unit' process task.
    But, 'Change Org unit' process task is not being invoked.
    Could you pls provide me solution.
    Thanks in advance...
