OWA_COOKIE.GET and error message ORA-01403

Hello Everyone,
I have a process Get Username Cookie as below:

When the process run, it raises an error message,
"Invalid PL/SQL expression condition: ORA-01403: no data found Invalid PL/SQL expression condition: ORA-01403: no data found"
How do I not show this error on the screen but something more meaningful?

I think error do not come from that code you did post.
Check what is that process condition.

I see that you're having an issue with the webcam.
Could you provide me with a model and product number of your notebook.
So that I may look into this further to try and provide you with more helpful instructions.
Also, this Document should help you out. If it doesn't let me know the full model name and i will find a document for your notebook.
What i consider doing is the section that says "Reinstalling the original webcam program that came with your computer".

How are you trying to update? You can't do it with wifi. The easiest and safest way, is to open iTunes and don't connect the phone. Download the update and connect when it is complete.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

This is the error message I get when I try and open Firefox:

wsock32.dll is a Windows System file which is used to connect to the internet. if you are seeing this error message then its probably because either your Antivirus program might have moved this file to the Virus Chest or this file was Deleted mistakenly. Try Restoring this file from your Anti Virus software or check if it is still available in the Recycle Bin folder.
If above suggestions don't work, see this:

I need to help with splash top / quick start. I am getting and error message when run the app.
