Page renders when loaded

I have a site that when opening the pages the browser view
remains blank
until the pages are totally loaded. Sometimes it takes more
time and
sometimes less for rendering the same page. I've been
checking the code but
I've not found what's wrong.
The site is located at
http://www.lloretguide.com
It's there some way to make the pages render pregressively
during the
loading?
Regards,
Angel.

The page itself is not too bad -

  • Placement of objects on html page change when loaded to server

I'm having an issue with the placement of my header on my "Gallery" page when it is uploaded to the server.  When I open the file in Firefox and Safari it opens normal, with the header on top and the images for each gallery below (I have yet to add links).  However when I access this page through the server in safari it flips the gallery images and header but NOT with Firefox.  As a note, I've played around with the css a bit trying to solve the problem and I could imitate the issue when I removed the absolute position from the div "gallerycontent".
    Here's the link

  • HTML TAG ISSUES WHEN LOADING SPRY

hello. i'm having some issues when loading spry pages, the
<a href> tags within the fragments of html pages that i'm
loading with spry are deactivating themselves
    http://www.asiwouldsay.com/TEST/"
the zine link is a good example of this as well as some of
the artist pages when adding more html text the back buttons
created stop working. all the pages work when loaded by itself but
    not as spry fragments.
any help? i'm going crazy over here :)
    Thanks in advance

The links aren't deactivated, what's happening is that your
nav bar at the bottom (apDiv2) is absolutely positioned. When you
load the zine page, the container you load it into is stretching to
accomodate the zine content, and goes *underneath* your nav bar.
Now when you click on what looks like a link, your nav bar is
    actually intercepting the click event.
You can see what I mean by giving your nav bar a background
    color.

  • How to kow when a page is complety loaded?

    Hi all.
I have a JEditorPane in which I'm rendering a html page. But I want to know when the page finish to load in the JEditorPane. Is there a method, or trick to know this?
    Thanks.

    There are a couple ways.
    (1) If you are loading the page synchronously:
(a la AbstractDocument.getAsynchronousLoadPriority() < 0), then it is done loading when setPage(URL) returns.
    (2) If you are loading the page asynchronously:
Get the editor kit and wrap the kit using the Decorator Design pattern. Then set the editor kit to be the decorated one.
Make the decorated kit fire an event whenever the read() method completes. Then listen for that event, since that is when the page is loaded.

  • Inconsistent rendering when I reload a page

This is an odd one. I have a page with some dynamic content on it - loaded server-side from an XML file. When I first visit the page, it works fine, but if I follow a link to the same page from inside the site, it sometimes renders correctly, and sometimes not. Pressing 'Refresh' always fixes it.
The easiest way to replicate the problem is to browse to http://temp.healdlaw.com/default.aspx and then press the 'Home' link at the top a few times. I doesn't happen evey time, but around half the time it messes up the rendering of the three panels towards the bottom of the page. If I save the 'broken' HTML source and refresh, then the page renders correctly, and comparing this correctly-rendered HTML source with the one that DIDN'T work reveals that they are identical.
Since the order of the panels is random, and therefore changes occasionally, I am wondering if it is a caching issue, or if perhaps there is something in the HTTP header that is confusing things?
I'd be interested to hear any advice you have to give me!

  • How do I stop Firefox from crashing? It crashes at various times, not when loading any specific pages.

My crash problem has been going on for week, now. I tried uninstalling FF and reinstalling it. I hoped that would fix the problem, but it didn't. Crashes occur randomly, when loading or reloading pages but they are NOT specific pages. The Report ID listed below is just 1 of several reports from the past week.

I am unwilling to attempt navigation away from these sites. The pop-ups that occur on the attempt to leave a site or to close the browser are exit traps offering incentive to stay.
Once upon a time, when the internet was less dangerous, I would be willing to close the exit pop-ups. Now, after twice being infected with malware trying to close the pop-ups, I now force close whichever browser I am using.
Recently, I clicked on the red X to close one pop-up, and it installed a trojan that I had to pay to be removed. When I clicked on 'Leave' in another exit pop, it didn't exit and it turned out I was giving permission to run a script file. Now that criminals have learned these exit pop-ups can be used to force a click action, the sites using them have become dangerous.
If I force the browser to close using Task manager, Please tell me how to stop FireFox from sending me directly back to the same site because it mistakenly believes it crashed when it did not. I forced it to close because I was on a site that had taken control of my browser and was not allowing me to leave the site.
No other browser sends me back to the potentially dangerous sites. I prefer Firefox, but the new version must have a setting that allows me to get safely away from a problem site?

  • Firefox becomes really slow then eventually unresponsive when loading a page with many hires images. Unsual high memory usage up to 2gigs just for firefox. Was never a problem with v3.6.

When loading a page with many hires images, Firefox becomes really slow and scrolling becomes jumpy then eventually becomes completely unresponsive. Unusual high memory usage of up to 2gigs just for firefox when loading these pages. This was never a problem with v3.6.

I encountered the same type of problem. Firefox running terribly slowly and slowing down my entire machine (Core i5 with 256GB SSD). Searching the forums, I found a couple of things about troubleshooting performance issues, one of which was to use '''hardware acceleration''', that is on by default. It was turned on on my PC, '''so I tried deactivating it, and it worked!'''
So doing the exact opposite as Mozilla support said solved the problem. It is really a pain now to work with Firefox. I'm using it because I have no choice, but I'd recommend IE and Chrome over Firefox... Whatever, the market will decide once Firefox has become to crappy...

  • A fix for the Mozilla Firefox SSL Certificate Validation Security Weakness vulnerability? This appears to be an issue with not revalidating certificates when loading HTTPS pages from cache.

We have to close vulnerabilities for PCI & Cybertrust certification. We have upgraded users running Firefox to version 7.0.1 but we are still receiving the message: Mozilla Firefox SSL Certificate Validation Security Weakness. Researching the issue, it appears to be related to certificates not being revalidated when loading HTTPS pages from cache. The bug report I found is:
Bug 660749 - Firefox doesn't (re)validate certificates when loading a HTTPS page from the cache

cookies.squite answer is Today at 5:15 PM .
    New profile, same problem.
We've already established it is not a add-ons problem but obviously there will be less add-ons in this new profile to help exclude.
Since there is two PC profiles on the PC, I tried the second profile, same problem. Used the RESET FF function on the second PC profile...same thing...even followed the instruct for uninstall &re-install...same problem.
    (3) different virus scanners, no hard core problems.

  • JSP on BEA  Weblogic: random error when loading a jsp page that uses a Bean

    Hi!
I wrote a simple jsp page that stores a String in a JavaBean, and then forwards to another jsp page to display that String. The jsp pages are deployed on a BEA Weblogic 6 Server, but I get a weird behaviour when loading the page into my browser. Usually I get an error message:
/Response.jsp(9): class 'query.jsp.QueryBean' could not be loaded
probably occurred due to an error in /Query.jsp line 9:
    <jsp:useBean id = "queryBean" scope = "request" class = "query.jsp.QueryBean" />
But the funny thing is that after reloading the page a few times it eventually works. The bahaviour seems to be totally random - sometimes it works, sometimes it claims not finding the JavaBean class.
    Anyone experienced something similar?
    Thank you very much,
    Charlie

    Is QueryBean.class located under '<appname>/Web_inf/query/jsp/'?
If it is please try changing the package name to something else like com.myclass or something like that.

  • Error message when loading a web page

When I'm online, while the page is still loading I get the following error message : A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
    Script: chrome://fctoolbar51ef49d2624b41948b971c468e9b0efe/content/fctoolbar.js:1
I get this message multiple times while a page is loading. This has slowed down my computer to unbearable and often the computer freezes and I have to restart.

    Hi!
I need to load a GET url that si very long. On other browsers, I can load the url. In firefox 3.6, no.
There is an addons or a plugin so I can extend this limit? If yes, is possible to load automatically this addons when loading a certain page? thanks
The url is sometingh like this (this is correctly loaded, but it could be longer)

Firefox should have problems with long GET data appended to an URL (long would be over 64k).<br />
If there are problems then it is possible that an extension is the cause of that.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]

  • ADF how can i execute a query with parameters when the page renders

    hi
i am using ADF web 11g
i need to execute a query with parameters when the page renders
    thanks

    hello,
I'm a fan of Java code, I really am.
But when you use ADF, you decided to move to a more declarative environment.
So why not do it declarative, the adf way?
In your pagedef insert a action binding.
This can be anything, a call to the application module, a call on the iterator(Like executeWithparams, etc.)
Create an invokeAction in your pagedef and set the condition.
This example refreshes(Action 2 is execute query) the data.
    First the method binding:
        <action IterBinding="PersoonIterator" id="Execute" InstanceName="LSAppModuleDataControl.Persoon"
                DataControl="LSAppModuleDataControl" RequiresUpdateModel="true" Action="2"/>And the invoke action
<invokeAction Binds="Execute" id="refreshData"/>This always refreshes the data on page entry, but anything is possible, you can set condictions for the invokeAction.
    -Anton
PS Yes I know that pagedefs become backing beans in the end and yes that is Java code, but if you wanna play the ADF way, the goal is the reduction of Java code and the increased performance of declarative programming.
