Pagedcollectionview in silverlight

Question

I'm using silverlight Datagrid
For that DataGrid I'm binding the data from database.Very first time it is binding
and the paged collection also grouping accordingly.
itemListView.GroupDescriptions.Add(new PropertyGroupDescription("SkillSetName"));
But When I bind the same data for the next time It is throwing the following error.
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection
The datagrid is dynamic I'm binding as follows
 Binding binding = new Binding();
                        try
                            foreach (var header in SkillcolumnName)
                                textColumn = new DataGridTextColumn();
                                binding = new Binding();
                                GridSkillMatrix.AutoGenerateColumns = false;
                                textColumn.Header = header;
                                binding.Converter = new RowIndexConverter();
                                binding.ConverterParameter = header;
                                binding.UpdateSourceTrigger = UpdateSourceTrigger.Explicit;
                                textColumn.Binding = binding;
                                GridSkillMatrix.Columns.Add(textColumn);
                            GridSkillMatrix.ItemsSource = Skillrow;
                        catch (Exception ex)
Help me out to resolve this issue

Hi,
This is caused by the reason index is larger than the length of the array.
You should check your index in the array.
