Pan and Zoom, not working on Ipad 2

Hello,
Im having trouble getting a "pan only" to work on an image, on Ipad 2, it works fine when I preview it on my Mac, but when I go to double check it and preview it on my Ipad 2, tapping the image does nothing but bring up the preview app menu, and page srubber bar (the thing that lets you scrub page left and right).
All Im doing is creating a container/frame and inserting an image within that, its no bigger than 1024 by 1024, and selecting pan only. The magazine its self scrolls left and right. Like I said, it has no issue being previewed on a Mac, the trouble is on Ipad 2.
Am I doing something wrong? If so, is there a tutorial (in book form?) other than videos(where there is no trouble shooting)?

I am trying to create a scrollable frame for my iPad presentation.
First created blank frame, then a larger textbox, cut the textbox, pasted it into the smaller frame. When I go to the 'Overlay Creator' and open 'Pannen en zoomen' (Dutch for pan and zoom), all options are grey and not selectable.
I watched many tutorial, all explaining the same, seems so easy, but I guess I'm doing something wrong, or maybe I have an old version.
See screenshots.
I tried different selections of the containerbox (with open and closed arrow, frame box, container box), but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
I also just downloaded the 'AdobeDigitalPublishingPatch-All' for any updates, but still not working.

Pan and Zoom not working or publishing. Help!

Did a "paste into" with a text block into a shape. The Pan and Zoom function is grayed out. It does show if I paste into with an image, but not text or other shapes, etc.
Also, on my iPad I have the latest content viewer app, but when I publish and download I get a message on my iPad that says I need the latest version. This only happens on my computers at school. Anything I published from home works fine. I also have the pan and zoom function at home.
I have all of the latest versions. 1.9.1, CS5.5.2, and the latest app on the iPad.
I even tried a reformat, install OS, CS5.5, updates then latest producer tools and folio builder and still have had no luck. Very frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this?

Export and zoom not working

Hi,
I'm having problem when export and zoom the crystal report. Error "Missing parameter" occur when i click the export or zoom button. The error only occur when I group the data using a datetime variable. For grouping using integer, it was working find. Any idea on why this is happening?

have you tried to replicate your issue in one of our sampels reports. If yes, in which?
The samples reports are the only reports we can try to reproduce the error and to answer your question.
Please try and post to us in which sample you found the same/similar wrong behaviour

Imessages and facetime not working on ipad 3 mini since update to 8.3

brand new ipad 3 mini i-messages and facetime was working until update to IOS 8.3. can anyone help. I've restored ipad and set up as new but still same.

If none of this suggestions help, you are in the same boat a bunch of us are in! We all have newish devices (mostly iPad mini 3) and suddenly can't get into FaceTime or Messages. There's no slider and the sign in just dumps us back to sign in or gives a network error message.
If that's what's happening, it's probably an AppleID problem. Mine isn't working for FaceTime or Messages on any iPad, but my friend's works on mine. If you go to page 18, you will see what we've tried after 8.2 upgrade

Facetime and imessage not working on ipad

I updated to ios 7.0.2 and now my iPad iMessage and Facetime isn't working. Also, my iPad used to sync with my iPhone and the iPad phone number would show up in my iPhone. Now that's not happening either since the update. I reset the ipad, started over from scratch and set up from the beginning but nothing...
I have also watched YouTube video and follow the set up instructions but still no iMessage and Face Time.

Try Reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

Safari Pinch and Zoom not working on one web site

Now I thought the zoom in/out feature just worked when ever you wanted on Safari. Well I heard about the iPhone-version of the MacTech web site, so I went to check it out. Well now I can't zoom in/out on that site. It's totally ignoring me, so I opened another Safari window and went to a different site; low and behold the zoom works fine. So I go back to MacTech, and still the zoom doesn't work. So what gives?
This really s* since if I've viewing the MacTech website while holding my iPhone vertically I can't shrink the page down to see everything and I'm forced to scroll side to side.
I really hope that Apple hasn't provided web sites a way of blocking our zooming, as it is a fantastic feature.

It's the user-scalable that's the problem. Apple considers the default (per their web coding rules at http://developer.apple.com/iphone/designingcontent.html to be yes.

IMessage and Facebook not working on iPad

On my Ipad i cannot use iMessage.
I have used it before and everytime I try to use it I have to sign in. I put in the right password however it wont verify the email and I'm back to square one. This is very frustrating.
Also with facebook, the app doesn't work. It will sign me in for about 5 seconds then log me out. I have even tried using safari and I can't log in.
I have tried turning off and on the wifi on my ipad, turning on and off the router, turning on and off the ipad, deleting the facebook app, checked my email and junk email for any emails on verifying the email for imessage and throwing my ipad accross the room in frustration. OK i didnt do that last part but I'm very close on doing so.
I cannot log into facetime either.
I also have the latest software update.

Go to Settings > Safari > Accept Cookies and check that it's set to "From visited" (default) or "All". If it's set to "None", it could cause some of the above issues.

Calendar and email not working on ipad

What's going on....can't use ipad now.

In Settings>Mail, Contacts... there is a section that lists email accounts that the Mail app accesses. You should have one for Yahoo, just look through its settings and be sure you have the right servers (outgoing and incoming) listed. You get those addresses from Yahoo, go to their web site and look around for info on accessing their email servers.

ios 8.0.2 läuft immer noch nicht, appel online support funktioniert auch nicht! 8.0.1 hatte auch probleme! downgrade auf 8.0.0 funktionierte nur zeitweilig. als 8.0.2 rauskam funktionierten die apps im os 8.0.0 plözlich wieder nicht mehr! nach ubgrade zu 8.0.2 habe ich probleme bei allen apps die eine serversynchronisation benötigen. wann behebt appel den mist den sie gerade programmieren?

Thanks for your response. "Camera Uploads" is a folder in which Dropbox deposits all my photos and movie clips from my cameras. It is a rather enormous folder likely exceeding several gigs of media.
The file path is
/Users/bpg/Dropbox/Camera Uploads/
I really don't know the difference between "media" and "events". I consider media a group or bunch of photos and movie clips. I consider "events" a specific bucket or container of photos and movie clips. If I should know more, a reference to documentation or an explanation of the difference would receive "This helped me." If you could explain how to get FCPX working again (it just won't do anything beyond the splash screen), I will provide "This solved my question."

Disconnect the iPad, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!, reconnect and follow the prompts.

Pan and Zoom-I get a warning that my system does not support OpenGL

I'm using PSE 8 on a Windows 7 64 bit system. Whenever I view my photos in full screen mode and try to change the transitions to pan and zoom, I get a warning that my system does not support OpenGL. I have an ATI Radeon HD 5770, updated to the latest driver, and I believe that does support OpenGL. If I ignore the warning and select pan and zoom anyway, the slideshow cycles through hyper fast then locks up.
Any idea what is going on?

What TC do you have? Model number direct from the base is a big help, it will be A1 followed by 3 numbers.. eg
A1409 Gen 4.. The new AC is A1470
How is it setup?
I need the whole network setup. what modem/router, how is the TC connected etc??
I also need to know what IP the ipod gets, so I can see what mode the TC or network router is working in.

Try this. Go to Settings>FaceTime >Off. Reset the iPad and then go back and turn FaceTime on again. See if that fixes it for you.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Ignore the red slider bar if it appears.
