Parallel purge strategy for SOA 11g

Hi All,
we want to implement parallel purge for our environment.
we have gone through whitepaper : http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bpm/learnmore/soa11gstrategy-1508335.pdf
but when we are trying to execute below querey we are getting error:

If anyone has implemented parallel purge please suggest any solution to implement the same.

You need to be more specific.
First, you said that you wanted to purge your database, and then the tablespace, and finally, some tables...
If you want to flush data from a table completelly, use TRUNCATE TABLE.
If you want to remove some rows of that table, use DELETE FROM TABLE WHERE [your condition here]
