Parsing WSDL in JAXWS

I want to use jax-ws for my project, I don't find what is coming newly in jaxws instead of JWSDL.
I know in prior version it is possible to parse WSDL with jWSDL (JSR-110) but it is doesn't exist in jaxws and there is no notes about it anywhere :(

I though JWSDL is java api but it provided from IBM so I can use JSR-110 API with jaxws :)

  • Random Bingads WSDL errors: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from...failed to load external entity, Could not connect to host, Parsing Schema: can't import schema from

    Hi,
    I am developing a web tool that accesses client's Bingads accounts via OAUTH2 granting. I am downloading data from clients daily.
    Generally it worked, but for 2 days I am experiencing a weird issue, that in random times (but more and more often though) I receive random error messages from Bing server. I am pasting below a few example from my logs (with timestamp and request/response).
    Must note that I launch these requests from the server where we have the webapp but also I launch it locally. The same is the result.
    The timestamp is in France time (GMT+1).
    Thanks ahead!
    Best regards,
    Steve

    Hi,
    1. I am using the older version of the PHP library provided by Bing (updated on 1/20/2014), so that is doing the WSDL loadings. I initialize the proxy calling OpticoBingAdsClientProxy providing what it needs, and then do the requests.
    2. I have a cron that reads data from client's accounts. I make several calls, like get search query report, get keyword performance report, get keyword bulk data. As the script progressed the first 2 worked and the third gave error. Or in other cases the
    first request failed. The calls have quite some time in between them since I process data (sometimes even 160 seconds)
    3. I did not change the code ion terms of requests, since as I said I use the PHP library (same credentials, ...).
    As of today (2015-01-16 10:30 GMT + 2) running my script, still have the same issues.
    Thank you!

  • Error while parsing wsdl while creating logical port

    Hi all,
    I have a ABAP consumer proxy created. Now I want to create a logical port in SOAMANAGER.
    When parsing the wsdl, the error is:
    SRT Framework Ausnahme. Fehler beim WSDL-Parsen: Fehler in Base-URI: Relative URI testtt.wsdl erfordert Angabe einer absoluten Base-URI
    which is in english something like:
    SRT Framework exception:Error parsing WSDL: Error in Base-URI: Relative URI requires absolute base-URI
    Do you have any idea? The wsdl is very simple, just one binding, no nested schemas, no reference to https site.
    Thanks in advance,
    Rolf

    Further investigation gave SAP_note 1327511 (Limiations and common problems in ABAP WSDL processing). Did not find any problems with that.
    I also checked the wsdl with the report RSSIDL_DESERIALIZE_DEMO - it's ok!
    BTW, the system is of Release 700-Level 25. Here's a part of the wsdl:

  • Inside EM Console Test Service button-- Parse WSDL Failed to read WSDL

    Hi,
    I have SOA 11.1.1.5 installed. Have HTTPS setup also. I have multiple partitions and am facing an issue to access wsdls of all the processes deployed under that partition.
    In EM Console when I click any Process under the partition in question then click Test and get a screen whith a button Parse WSDL when I select that button
    I get the below error
    oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL from

    at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
    ............................All the Processes deployed in other partitions works fine and can access the wsdl just fine it's only this one partition where I am facing the above issue.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Here are the steps I took so far but no luck
    I went ahead deleted the custom folder that holds all xsds, wsdls from MDS and re-imported into MDS.
    Undeployed all the processes and deleted the partition through EM.
    Logged into MDS and ran delete from MDS_PATHS where path_fullname like '/deployed-composites/CustomServices%';
    Again created the same partition through EM and deployed the Process but ran into the same issue.
    As all the processes deployed in this partition have there schemas stored in MDS and are not part of the Project. So looks like it's not able to access the MDS for the referenced objects and so the wsdl load fails. But even if I deploy any other simple process that doesn't refer to MDS this also doesn't load the wsdl but if deploy the same process in other partition it works fine so wondering if there's anything with the Partition even though I deleted and re-created but somewhere it still keeps something.
    But any process that refers MDS if deployed in any other partition also doesn't work.
    So facing 2 issues why anything deployed in that particular partition doesn't work and second why any process that reference MDS for any objects doesn't work regardless of which Partition it gets deployed.
    I really want to solve this rather than doing a complete reinstall which to me may endup in the same scenario.
    When a paste the wsdl url in a browser this is what I get

The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding addressInside the EM when click Test->Parse WSDL I get the below error

  • APIs for parsing WSDL

    Hi
    Does 'Java technologies for Web services" have APIs for parsing WSDL files? Are there any open source implementations for parsing WSDL files.
    Thanks
    Pradeep

    At present there is a JSR in the middle of being reviewed which is an API to handle WSDL files. JSR 110 gives all the important details. It will hopefully be release soon. What you could do is because WSDL is a xml-compliant you can produce your own xml parser specific to WSDL using JAXP.

  • Parsing WSDL file

    Hi
    I would like to parse WSDL file to extract port, binding, Namespace element from it. I have only WSDL location as parameter to my method. Any idea how i could do this.
    Thanks

    Hi,Daredavil, I think it maybe a classpath exception.as you can see the Javax/xml/namespace/QName part at the end of your error message.I opend the wsdl4j.jar file,i can't find the javax.xml.namespace.QName class.so matybe you didn't have this class on the classpath.you can find this class in jaxrpc.jar file in the JWSDP lib,or in the Axis lib.
    and i am also sorry for my english,i am a Chinese boy,hehe:)

  • Can't parse WSDL when useProxy=true

    Hello everyone.
    I'm using Flex since 1.5 and now try to migrate Flex2.0.
    Most of our application need to access data via WebService,
    and we use <mx:WebService> tag to access them.
    In our Flex1.5 environment, we also use Proxy service of Flex
    (with specifying useProxy=true), and it works fine.
    But in Flex2.0, our mxml application can't parse the same
    WSDL when useProxy=true!
    On the other hand, our application can parse correctly when
    not using proxy service. (useProxy=false and set crossdomain.xml on
    the root of datasource Web server.)
    I'was so confusing that I captured HTTP traffic between
    client application and server( both FlexDataService and Data source
    Web Server), with ServiceCapture.
    When useProxy=true, at first, client application sent request
    to Flex Data Service to get not only calling the SOAP operations
    but also calling WSDL itself. After that, Flex Data Service
    returned the response message as WSDL data, and I found the WSDL
    data was broken.
    When useProxy=false, of cource, the WSDL was passed
    datasource Web Server correctly and application could parse it
    without problem.
    These parse error depends on the WebService.
    I wonder this is some bug of Flex Data Service or not.......

    Hello, everyone.
    After that, I tried to change the encoding of WSDL, which was
    broken when useProxy=true, from UTF-16 to UTF-8.
    And I could get correct WSDL data from Flex Data Service's
    proxy.....
    It seems when the encoding of WSDL is UTF-16, the parse is
    failed, but I'm not sure this problem is happened commonly and this
    is some of the bug of Flex Data Services.

  • Manual Webservice -  TechnicalException: IO Exception while parsing wsdl

    Hi Gurus,
    I have been following the tutorial [Generating Webservice Manually for a Rule project (XSD)|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c082390a-035f-2b10-dc9d-befec4aff998?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true]. Steps has been followed as described, but  WSNavigator shows the following error when the service is selected.
    com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.query.exceptions.TechnicalException: IO Exception occurred while parsing file:http://host:5xx00/demo.comp%7Eloaneligibility/GenericService?wsdl&mode=ws_policy
    I guess the bug is in GenericWebService.java or in the wsdl. How can I figure out what is went wrong ?
    I am in NW CE 7.2 & NWDS 7.2 SP01 PAT0001
    Also wants to know whether provision of generating webservice for Rule project is available in NWDS 7.2 apart from webservice generation tool.
    Thanks in anticipation.
    Nikhil

    Hello Nikhil,
    Were you able to generate the web service using the feature to expose rules(using XSDs) as web serive?
    To resolve this exception you recieved while manually trying to create web service, we suggest the following steps -
    1. Add the design time dependency of tc/brms/facade to the web module created
    2. Add the deploy time and run time dependencies of tc/brms/facade to the EAR DC created.
    3. Build and Deploy these DCs
    Do let us know if the issue was resolved. Else, I suggest you raising an IT ticket for help from NW BRM team.
    Regards,
    Arti

  • Mediator Transform Mapper not parsing WSDL correctly?

    I'm using JDev 11.1.1.5.0 to build a SOA composite. I've defined the WebService wsdl using the JDev widget for creating a wsdl and generate the following:
    <?xml version= '1.0' encoding= 'UTF-8' ?>
    <wsdl:definitions
    name="LogWriter"
    targetNamespace="http://oracle.com/sca/soapservice/sqSOASandbox/LogWriter/LogWriter"
    xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"
    xmlns:inp1="http://xmlns.oracle.com/singleString"
    xmlns:tns="http://oracle.com/sca/soapservice/sqSOASandbox/LogWriter/LogWriter"
    >
    <wsdl:types>
    <xsd:schema xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
    <xsd:import namespace="http://xmlns.oracle.com/singleString" schemaLocation="xsd/singleString.xsd"/>
    </xsd:schema>
    </wsdl:types>
    <wsdl:message name="requestMessage">
    <wsdl:part name="logLevel" element="inp1:singleString"/>
    <wsdl:part name="sendingApp" element="inp1:singleString"/>
    <wsdl:part name="logMessage" element="inp1:singleString"/>
    <wsdl:part name="logTimestamp" element="inp1:singleString"/>
    </wsdl:message>
    <wsdl:portType name="execute_ptt">
    <wsdl:operation name="execute">
    <wsdl:input message="tns:requestMessage"/>
    </wsdl:operation>
    </wsdl:portType>
    </wsdl:definitions>
    I then create a FileAdapter and create its WSDL using a sample, comma-delimited file.
    I next create a mediator, create the connections from web service to mediator, and from mediator to file adapter.
    Now, I run into a problem when creating the web service-to-file adapter mappings - the xsl building tool seems to mis-parse the web service wsdl. Can't supply a screenshot, so will try to record what the JDev widget shows for the web-service wsdl in the "left swim lane":
    *<sources>
    - *in.sendingApp
    --- <>inp1:singleString
    - *in.logTimestamp
    --- <>inp1:singleString
    - *in.logMessage
    --- <>inp1:singleString
    - <>inp1:singleString
    Note that one would expect to see - *in.logLevel as the second-to-last line, with the last line being a child of the logLevel element. The representation of the file adapter interface in the "right swim lane" looks fine.
    Is this a known bug?

    I am seeing this issue with 11g also...does anyone have a resolution?

  • Parseing wsdl for elements of types

    Hi,
    I am using org.apache.axis.wsdl.symbolTable.gen.Parser.
    For some reason I am unable to get at the elements
    in the <types> section of the wsdl.
    Here is a basic set of calls I am using.
    Parser p = new Parser();
    p.run("afile.wsdl");
    SymbolTable s = p.getSymbolTable();
    QName qn = new QName("{a uri}nameOftheElement");
    Element e = s.getElement(qn);
    Node n = e.getNode();
    n is null and nameOftheElement is a complex type
    with children.
    What am I missing?
    Mike

    Hi,
    Part of the answer lies in the
    org.apache.axis.wsdl.symbolTable.SchemaUtils class.

    Can you please elaborate a little more on the following
    if you want to parse the XSD you have to take the string between the <type> </type>
    - How do I do this ?
    takes the wsdl as string, takes the position of <type> and </type>. Now you can simply remove all the rest and keep all the string inside these 2 word.
    and add all the namespace of the wsdl (this step is very important, otherwise it not works).
    - No clue about this. Please explain.
    This is a tricky way that i discovered.
    SimpleXML wants all the namespaces involved into the Types. Sometimes these namespaces are written in the top of the wsdl but you don't have these information in the XSD.
    So replace the XSD header adding (replace the string) all the namespaces found inside the wsdl.
    Note:- I've been working on this for the last 3 weeks but no success and nobody ready to help. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

  • How parsing wsdl file?

    I would create a wsdl parser. I use the wsdl4j library and for now I have only write this few line of code:
    import javax.wsdl.Definition;
    import javax.wsdl.WSDLException;
    import javax.wsdl.factory.WSDLFactory;
    import javax.wsdl.xml.WSDLReader;
    public class WSDLParser {
         static String wsdlURI = "http://www.xmethods.net/sd/2001/DemoTemperatureService.wsdl";
         public static void main(String[] Args) throws WSDLException{
         WSDLFactory wsdlFactory = WSDLFactory.newInstance();
         WSDLReader wsdlReader = wsdlFactory.newWSDLReader();
         try{
         Definition definition = wsdlReader.readWSDL(wsdlURI);
         catch(WSDLException e){System.out.println(e.getMessage());}
    When I run this code( I use eclipse as editor) to see if there is any error the response is this:
    Retrieving document at 'http://www.xmethods.net/sd/2001/DemoTemperatureService.wsdl'.
    WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Unable to resolve imported document at 'http://www.xmethods.net/sd/2001/DemoTemperatureService.wsdl'.: Javax/xml/namespace/QName
    How I can resolve this error? Anyone can help me?
    Excuse me for my bad english but I'm an italian boy!
    Hi!!!!!

  • Can we generate XSD URLs of an App directly without parsing WSDL

    Hi,
    I am from ATG-applcore team, having a query related to webservices XSD URI and MBean server
    I have a Model project that has webservices created for application modules and deployed in Weblogic server.
    I am able to get list of all webservice URIs of this App from MBeanServer.
    Also i have a list of XML schemas used by these WSDLs in a flat file.
    Can I get XSD URIs directly some how, without crawling through the WSDL URIs recursively untill all XSDs are found ?
    Please suggest a way to get/generate XSD URIs, given WSDL links, XSD names, MBean server handle.
    In my test App, I observed that by appending ?XSD=xsdName to end of one of the WSDL URI, gives a working link to the XML schema.
    This link works even though the WSDL does not import that XSD.
    http://hostName/context-root/WSDL1?XSD=XSD1.xsd
    http://hostName/context-root/WSDL1?XSD=XSD2.xsd
    http://hostName/context-root/WSDL1?XSD=XSDN.xsd
    My project:
    I am having two Web services Dff1RefService.wsdl and Kff1Ref1Service.wsdl as part of an EAR, deployed in Weblogic server.
    Dff1RefService.xsd and Kff1Ref1Service.xsd are the corresponding imported XML schemas.

    http://10.229.171.91:7102/FlexUI-Demo-Model-context-root/*Kff1Ref1Service?WSDL*
    http://10.229.171.91:7102/FlexUI-Demo-Model-context-root/*Kff1Ref1Service?XSD=Kff1Ref1Service.xsd*
    Now the below links also work
    http://10.229.171.91:7102/FlexUI-Demo-Model-context-root/*Kff1Ref1Service?XSD=Dff1RefService.xsd*
    http://10.229.171.91:7102/FlexUI-Demo-Model-context-root/*Dff1RefService?XSD=Kff1Ref1Service.xsd*
    This woks even though Kff1Ref1Service.wsdl does not import Dff1RefService.xsd.
    Is this behavior valid for all cases, or this a one-off case seen in my App?
    Please suggest a way to get/generate XSD URIs given - WSDL links, XSD names, MBean server handle.
    Thanks,
    vikranth

    Logged ER 8675884 against weblogic team, got a reply that no magic algorithm exists to get list of all XSDs.
    A sample aglo is given in the bug page, that basically traverses through the wsdl-xsd hierarchy and collects all XSD URI.
