APIs for parsing WSDL

Hi
Does 'Java technologies for Web services" have APIs for parsing WSDL files? Are there any open source implementations for parsing WSDL files.
Thanks
Pradeep

At present there is a JSR in the middle of being reviewed which is an API to handle WSDL files. JSR 110 gives all the important details. It will hopefully be release soon. What you could do is because WSDL is a xml-compliant you can produce your own xml parser specific to WSDL using JAXP.

  • APIs for Parsing JRA Recording Files (Any documentation?)

    Hi,
    I have a JRF recording file with me and using which i need to generate custom report using any scripting language like PERL or Ruby etc without using JRocket Mission Control. here in my custom script i can use any APIs provided by JRocket to parse JRA recording file and get different statistics data.
    So here i want to know what all APIs does JRockit provides for parsing JRA recordings and getting different statistics data from JRF recordings which can be consumed by some other scripting language and NOT through JRockit Mission Control.
    Please share any documentation link or document having detail of available APIs from JRockit for parsing JRA recordings and getting different statistics data.
    Thanks,
    Piyush

    Just in addition to my previous comment.
    I have JRA flight recording files with me for parsing.
    Thanks,

  • Random Bingads WSDL errors: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from...failed to load external entity, Could not connect to host, Parsing Schema: can't import schema from

    Hi,
    I am developing a web tool that accesses client's Bingads accounts via OAUTH2 granting. I am downloading data from clients daily.
    Generally it worked, but for 2 days I am experiencing a weird issue, that in random times (but more and more often though) I receive random error messages from Bing server. I am pasting below a few example from my logs (with timestamp and request/response).
    Must note that I launch these requests from the server where we have the webapp but also I launch it locally. The same is the result.
    The timestamp is in France time (GMT+1).
    Thanks ahead!
    Best regards,
    Steve

    Hi,
    1. I am using the older version of the PHP library provided by Bing (updated on 1/20/2014), so that is doing the WSDL loadings. I initialize the proxy calling OpticoBingAdsClientProxy providing what it needs, and then do the requests.
    2. I have a cron that reads data from client's accounts. I make several calls, like get search query report, get keyword performance report, get keyword bulk data. As the script progressed the first 2 worked and the third gave error. Or in other cases the
    first request failed. The calls have quite some time in between them since I process data (sometimes even 160 seconds)
    3. I did not change the code ion terms of requests, since as I said I use the PHP library (same credentials, ...).
    As of today (2015-01-16 10:30 GMT + 2) running my script, still have the same issues.
    Thank you!
    Steve

  • Parsing WSDL in JAXWS

    I want to use jax-ws for my project, I don't find what is coming newly in jaxws instead of JWSDL.
    I know in prior version it is possible to parse WSDL with jWSDL (JSR-110) but it is doesn't exist in jaxws and there is no notes about it anywhere :(

    I though JWSDL is java api but it provided from IBM so I can use JSR-110 API with jaxws :)

  • Java API for running entire ".sql" files on a remote DB ( mySQL or Oracle)?

    Hi,
    Would anyone happen to know if there's a java API for executing entire ".sql" files (containing several different SQL commands), on a remote database server ?
    It's enough if the API works with MySQL and/or Oracle.
    Just to demonstrate what i'm looking for:
    Suppose you've created sql file "c:/test.sql" with several script lines:
    -- test.sql:
    insert into TABLE1 values(3,3);
    insert into TABLE1 values(5,5);
    create table TABLE2 (name VARCHER) ENGINE innoDB; -- MYSQL specific
    Then the java API should look something like:
    // Dummy java code:
    String driver="com.mysql.jdbc.Driver";
    String url= "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/myDb";
    SomeAPI.executeScriptFile( "c:/test.sql", driver, url);
    Thanks.

    No such a API, but it's easy to parse all sqls in a file, then run those command:
    For instance:
    import java.sql.*;
    import java.util.Properties;
    /* A demo show how to load some sql statements. */
    public class testSQL {
    private final static Object[] getSQLStatements(java.util.Vector v) {

    Hi Everyone, I am new in Business Catalyst, but, my company is working with BC for a while. I have a task to import external data (such as catalogue, products, orders, shopping cart etc) to business catalyst native tables via SOAP api.          $errorlogText=date("Y-m-d h:i:s A"). "=> Error occurred while inserting data to business catalyst. \r\n";
      echo $errorlogText. " See log for errors.\r\n";
      echo $sf->getTrace();
      //fwrite($errorLogFile,$errorlogText. "Error Dump: ". $sf->getMessage());
      return;

    Hi BCMan, Thanks for replying. Yes, the error is from BC side. The format was invalid. I fixed the issue today. Actually, I was pushing data from my PHP server to BC host system using SOAP api. I am still getting format errors, but I am able to insert data into products table.
    One more question if you don't mind. Is it possible to use JQuery/Javascript to push data into BC tables in real time (while browsing products table) using customized pages? There are documents to solve this. However, I could not find examples of how I could fetch data from JSON file using JQuery and then populate products/catalog/order tables.
    I appreciate your help.
    Thank you.

  • Make a Reference Quicktime Movie using QuickTime API for windows?

    Hi all,
    Does anyone know how to generate or modify a QuickTime Reference file?
    I try to generate a QuickTime reference file (.mov) that will point to external video clip Avid OpAtom such as
    \Avid MediaFIles\MXF\V1.mxf,
    \Avid MediaFIles\MXF\A1.mxf,
    \Avid MediaFIles\MXF\A2.mxf.
    I can use Avid News Cutter (NLE) to export a Quicktime reference mov file that point to external OpAtom mxf files.
    My questions are:
    1. How can I use QuickTime API to generate the same QT reference?
    2. Can we use QuickTime API to parse or modify the Avid Generated QT reference file?
    If I want to change the referenced external video source location info can we use QT API to do that?
    3. I have tried John Cromie's "QuickTime for .Net and Com Developers" using AxQTControl1.URL to parse a QT reference file, however, I can't find out where the external source clip location info in this object!!
    4. I have tried Legacywindowsqttools Dunpster but still can't parse the location info.
    Does anyone know where the external source clip location info hide in QT API object?

    Insert a Shape and re-size & position it to cover the movie. In the Inspector > Graphic tab, set the Opacity of the Shape to 0%. Then hyperlink that transparent Shape.

  • How can we use Essbase grid API for VB

    Hi Experts
    I am developing a custom application to talk to Essbase in VB6 environment.
    I need to retrieve data from the essbase. When i am using EsbReport to execute the report script query, it takes a lot of time to parse through the returned output and even sometimes, the application prompts "Out of Memory" error.
    1. Is there any faster way to extract data from Essbase using VB APIs
    2. I was going through Grid APIs which gives the ability to extract data from Essbase in Grid format in a comparatively faster manner. Do we have any such Grid APIs for VB? or is there any way to use C grid APIs in VB program?
    Please help :(

    Hi,
    Its hard to say if there is a faster way without knowing how you're doing it now. A few questions:
    - why are you using the API to get at Essbase Data, especially if you've already defined a (some) report scripts?
    - if you want to use provider services, vs having to ensure all the libraries and the client are present, why not use the JAPI?
    - Without seeing your code, its hard to know why you're getting out of memory errors. What are you doing with the data as you're parsing it from the report?
    Grid API exists for the C API, and more noteable the JAPI, but not VB(I'm surprised the VB api still exists).
    Why not just use the Java API?

  • System Configuation API for Configuration Management

    Hi all,
    I've been toying around with the system configuration API for a little bit now and I see it as a great way for companies to use it as part of an overall configuration management utility. For example, if a customer wants to build up a new test rack with the same hardware aliases, configuration, and installed NI software then the system configuration API helps with most of this. I've already created a simple utility that can be used to query the currently installed hardware (of a local or remote system) and then programmatically rename the aliases based on a loaded configuration file or manual input. Likewise, the MAX export/import functionality can also be used. My application of this would primarily be non-RT and mostly PXI products but a good design could enable it to work for both.
    So, my question to the community is actually on the side where I haven't used the System Configuration API yet which is querying the installed software on a system. The software querying functionality of the System Configuration API is really only geared towards RT targets and not Windows based controllers. I'd like to be able to export a list of installed software/drivers on an older system and then compare it with what is installed on a newer system to make it easier for customers to determine whether they have everything required. I know that the MAX export or report has a list of installed software but is parsing this the best way of retrieving installed software (It's a beast of a file)? Does anyone have a better method?

    Not sure if the attached VI will work across various Windows OS's since it uses a powershell command and I also don't know how well the command used will work across 32/64 bit applications...But, so far this little VI I came up with is returning the software that I want to query. Hope this is usefull for others and, as always, suggestions for improvement are welcomed!

  • APIs for XML file creation

    hi,
    can anyone tell me whether there is any Java APIs for creating XML file( similar to the one used for parsing).
    thx in advance,
    -Soni.

    Hi,
    you can try the org.apache.xml.serialize.XMLSerializer which is included in the Apache Xerces Package (http://xml.apache.org/xerces). This Class allows you to serialize a org.w3c.dom.Document to a OutputStream which can be a FileOutputStream.
    Check out this code:
    OutputFormat format = new OutputFormat();
    format.setDoctype("mapping","mapping.dtd");
    format.setEncoding("ISO-8859-1");
    format.setLineWidth(100);
    XMLSerializer ser = new XMLSerializer(new FileOutputStream(f),format);
    ser.serialize(doc);

  • Inside EM Console Test Service button-- Parse WSDL Failed to read WSDL

    Hi,
    I have SOA 11.1.1.5 installed. Have HTTPS setup also. I have multiple partitions and am facing an issue to access wsdls of all the processes deployed under that partition.
    In EM Console when I click any Process under the partition in question then click Test and get a screen whith a button Parse WSDL when I select that button
    I get the below error
    oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL from
    https://host:port/soa-infra/services/SServices/ServiceFileList/ServiceFileList_client_ep?WSDL:WSDL not found

    at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
    ............................All the Processes deployed in other partitions works fine and can access the wsdl just fine it's only this one partition where I am facing the above issue.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Here are the steps I took so far but no luck
    I went ahead deleted the custom folder that holds all xsds, wsdls from MDS and re-imported into MDS.
    Undeployed all the processes and deleted the partition through EM.
    Logged into MDS and ran delete from MDS_PATHS where path_fullname like '/deployed-composites/CustomServices%';
    Again created the same partition through EM and deployed the Process but ran into the same issue.
    As all the processes deployed in this partition have there schemas stored in MDS and are not part of the Project. So looks like it's not able to access the MDS for the referenced objects and so the wsdl load fails. But even if I deploy any other simple process that doesn't refer to MDS this also doesn't load the wsdl but if deploy the same process in other partition it works fine so wondering if there's anything with the Partition even though I deleted and re-created but somewhere it still keeps something.
    But any process that refers MDS if deployed in any other partition also doesn't work.
    So facing 2 issues why anything deployed in that particular partition doesn't work and second why any process that reference MDS for any objects doesn't work regardless of which Partition it gets deployed.
    I really want to solve this rather than doing a complete reinstall which to me may endup in the same scenario.
    When a paste the wsdl url in a browser this is what I get
    Error 404--Not Found
    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
    10.4.5 404 Not Found

The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding addressInside the EM when click Test->Parse WSDL I get the below error
    The WSDL document could not be parsed
    The following error occured while parsing the WSDL location -
    WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL

    oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlparser.ParsedWSDLFactoryImpl.getParsedWSDL(ParsedWSDLFactoryImpl.java:87) at
    As am not sure if this could be due to MDS or something is corrupted on the mid-tier.
    Any help is really appreciated.
    Thanks

  • Is there any Sun Java's official SVG API for Java SE?

    Hi, I'm still learning Java and SVG.
    Currently I want to build a kind of client-server application transferring SVG files.
    I'm using JSR 226 to parse SVG files in my Java ME client, but I dont know what API I should use to parse SVG files in my Java SE server.
    I want the server to read a large SVG image file and then parse it and divide it into some small linked SVG image parts before it can transferred to the client.
    Does Java SE have a standard API for SVG? Bcause I only found Batik..
    thnks in advance.

  • Question about Java API for XML schema?

    Hello, everyone!
    I am looking for a java api for XML schema. I hope the API is capable for parsing the structure of element
    or complextype declarations in XML schema. So for example, if I specify a name of an element or
    complextype defined in a schema, the name, dataype and other constraints of contained child elements can be returned.
    Does anyone know if there exists such a paser?
    Thanks very much!
