Pass values of a screen-field to another screen's field.

Hello everyone,
Its urgent.
My requirement is as follows.
When I execute the QM02 transaction and enter a notification number, it takes me to the change notification screen (screen no: 7200)
Here, I was supposed to add a button in the application toolbar which would take me to the ZPBR01 transaction.
I created an enhancement and the button has been successfully created.
I created another enhancement to write the logic of this button.
And the button takes me to Create PBR screen.
However , the requirement also mentions that values of material and part from screen 7200 of QM02 to the ZPBR01 transaction.
RQM00-MATNR, RQM00-MAWERK are screen field names (in QM02)
And I want to display them in ZPBR01 transaction's
LS_ZPBR-PART_NO, LS_ZPBR-PBR_TYPE. How can this be done?
It would be of great help if anyone could help me with this.

Hi.
To transfer data from one screen to another program, you could use memory export.
In the first program
export l_value to memory id ‘ZNA1’.
in the ZPBR01 transaction
import l_value from memory id ‘ZNA1’.

If it is dialog programming, then first get the values in first screen and pass those values to the second screen PBO.

I want to pass values to the mb51 screen from my own internal table.
in the program for mb51 there is include programLMIGOTV4 where what is use of following
PBO module before start of LOOP.
METHOD pbo.
CALL METHOD super->pbo.
tv_goitem-lines = lcl_migo_globals=>kernel->s_status-lines.
ENDMETHOD.
Also how can see the method Kernel and what is the use of that....
Also when is the S_Status-lines update in the method Kernel.
Please help me to understand ASAP.

hi.
You can pass values by two ways:
1. use BDC option CALL TRANSACTION of the transaction MB51. But first you will have to see how it behaves during recording in SHDB.
2 . Another is use
SET PARAMETER ID 'MAT' FIELD WA_DATA-MATNR.
CALL TRANSACTION 'MB51'.
This would call the transaction with MB51 screen with material number initialised.
check out screen 1000 of prog 'RM07DOCS' for parameter id's of different fields.
WRK- for werks
LAG-storage location
CHA for batch and so on.

If you dont want to pass values through URL, then you must have to use component Usage with interface node.
Or you can try like this,
by appending field value to url,
Data w_url type string,
w_value type string.
get the url of calling aplication
call method cl_Wd_utilities->construct_wd_url
exporting application name = name of second application( to which u want to pass parameter )
importing out_absolute_url = w_url.
***Make the value type compatible that has to passed with url.
w_string = lv_pernr
***Now attach the parameter and its value with url that have to passed to 2nd application
call method cl_http_Server=>append_field_url
exporting name = 'pernr'
value = ' w_value'
changing url = w_url.
then popup window for 2nd application with above url
lo_window = lo_window_manager->create_external_application ( url = w_url ).
lo_window -> open( ).
***now in wddoinit of 2nd application
data lv_param type string
lv_param = wdr_task=>client_window->get_parameter( ' pernr ').
Now you can use lv_param in 2nd application.

and in this screen i am pulling from SQL view entity, this will have ID field which is common to the previous screen (BrowseEmployee)
Now my question is,
1. If i click the ID 1 employee in the 1st screen here i need to show only the Employee ID 1 details alone.
2. Even i tried to pass the value as parameter to the filters in the second screen, nothing is working out.
so it will be convenient if i pass the value as filter parameter to the other screen.
Can anyone please tell me how to sort out this issue ?

The First Applicant is coming from one sub report and the second applicant is coming from another sub report. It is working fine from Crystal reports. But in the Crystal report viewer i am unable to get the out come as 1,2,3.

Passing value from one mxml application to another mxml application

I am stuck up with a problem.
what i am doing is i have created a mxml application which has user sign form ,
this form accepts username and password and calls a remote object method checklogin()
when it finds correct it must jump to another mxml file after succesful login .
i have created remote object and i want to know how can we pass the username to another mxml application from the resulthandler function which handles the result for that function. Further i would like to ensure that session is handled correctly , whenever i press F5 or Refresh button after login i redirected to the state where i need to login again.

Passing value from sortingtable to field

I'm trying to solve following problem:
I have form with two fields: sorting table that contains list of IDM account ID and text in that is possible manualy write this ID. But I want use function that copy ID from sortingtable to text if somebody click on account ID in sorting table.
I tried use this code:

Passing values to hidden fields in screens

Hi ,
I have designed a screen which has i field which is output only, and two fields which are hidden.. the output only field gets populated when i select value from an alv tht pops up on the screen based on certain conditions.. the hidden fields should also be populated than.. but the hidden fields are not getting populated i think..
i have assigned a t-code to this screen,
and i need to call this transaction from another program passing values to all the fields.. i used parameter id for all teh fields, but values are not getting populated in the hidden and display fields. i gets in when i make it input enabled.. but i cannot let users enter values in 1 field, and i do not want users to see the other field.. What do i do???? please give your valuable suggestions. .a ny idea how to correct the issue?

If you want one of the fields to be grey mode you can do that statically in the screen painter or dynamically in the progarm
in PBO
loop at screen
if screen-name = 'TO_BE_GREY_MODE'.
SCREEN-INPUT = 0
ENDIF
endloop
for hidden fields if the screen name and the variable name in the program are same the data transfer takes place but the users cannot see this.

Problem passing parameter from one interactive report to another

Hi.
I'm going slightly mad over this simple problem.
Apex 4.0.2 installed. Created one interactive report with 4 columns, one is linked to a custom target which is another interactive report where the column is used in the WHERE clause through a hidden field value.
This works fine in other applications on same Apex install, but not in this one.... Writing the hidden field to the screen shows that it gets the correct value from the first report, but the SQL-query returns no rows when querying on the :<parameter_name> value (there are rows in database - query runs fine when hard coding a value).
Tried link column both directly from the column value link definition, and from the report definition - both pass value ok to hidden field, but SQL-query doesn't pick it up.
Tried deleteing and recreating second report page, same problem.
Anyone else had this problem? Are there any properties on the pages/fields that I've forgot to set, that may cause the session value not to be set when the query is running? I've got it working in other apps, and can't find anything done differently there....

Yes, it shows the correct value. Also creating a second text field and assigning it the Source value of the hidden field shows the correct value in the textbox on page load.
It's only the report's sql query that doesn't seem to get the value. Hard coding a document number (without hyphens etc) works fine, I get the expected records - so the rest of the query is correct.
Tried '=' and LIKE - but still nothing...
It's just the sql variable substitution of :P21_DOCNO that under no circumstance will work.... also tried a simple pl/sql block with the variable - nothing.... using the V('P21_DOCNO') - nothing....
It seems like the sql query is parsed and run before the hidden field gets it's value or something....
This is very strange - as it works in another application on same Apex installation.

If you specify this addition, parameters and selection criteria on the selection screen are supplied from an internal table rspar. You must specify an internal table with the row type RSPARAMS for rspar. The structured data type RSPARAMS is defined in the ABAP Dictionary and has the following components, all of which are data type CHAR:
SELNAME (length 8),
KIND (length 1),
SIGN (length 1),
OPTION (length 2),
LOW (length 45),
HIGH (length 45).
To supply parameters and selection criteria for the selection screen with specific values, the lines in the internal table rspar must contain the following values:
SELNAME must contain the name of a parameter or selection criterion for the selection screen in block capitals
KIND must contain the type of selection screen component (P for parameters, S for selection criteria)
SIGN, OPTION, LOW, and HIGH must contain the values specified for the selection table columns that have the same names as the selection criteria; in the case of parameters, the value must be specified in LOW and all other components are ignored.
If the name of a selection criterion is repeated in rspar, this defines a selection table containing several lines and passes it on to the selection criterion. If parameter names occur several times, the last value is passed on to the parameter.
The contents of the parameters or selection tables for the current program can be entered in the table by the function module RS_REFRESH_FROM_SELECTOPTIONS.
Notes
In contrast to selection tables, the data types of the components LOW and HIGH in table rspar are always of type CHAR and are converted to the type of the parameter or selection criterion during transfer, if necessary.
When entering values, you must ensure that these are entered in the internal format of the ABAP values, and not in the output format of the screen display.

Things work fine if I pass values to fields which are on first screen, but I am unable to pass data to fields on next screens.
Taking an example :
tCode for vendor creation is XK01 and it has many screens, now when I call url
