Passing BP Number to PCUI applications CRMM_CONTACT & CRMM_ACCOUNT

Is there any way to pass the BP Number to the PCUI application CRMM_ACCOUNT before it is launched in the WebClient.
I had integrated these PCUI apps into WebClient.I will confirm the BP ,after confirming I will click on CRMM_ACCOUNT PCUI Nav Link,it should display the confirmed BP in the PCUI Application.
How to pass the confirmed BP Number to this PCUI application?

The weblog was very useful. Thank you.
In the current scenario, in the PCUI application there is a button, on clicking which a bsp page is displayed. This is implemented via the Navigation (URL generation) in CRMC_BLUEPRINT table. In the BSP page, on entering the details and clicking on a button, different APIs have to be called based on a flag. The flag is set in PCUI application but I couldn't pass the information from there to the BSP page. Can you please let me know how I can achieve this.

Opening PCUI application from ICWC in new window

Hi all,
In the inbox result list, on clicking sales order number, the PCUI application for Sales order is opened. The navigation link AuiItemsEvPCCUI is called from Agent Inbox to open the PCUI application. The PCUI application is opened in ICWC application itself (in the same view). Is it possible to open PCUI application in a new window?

For WebDynpro application in iView there is a property to set Parameter for WebDynpro application.
Handel these passed parameters in Default plug of Interface Controller.
Note string passed as parameter in iview is case sensitive.

Pass batch number from ECC system to GTS

Hi Experts,
I want to pass material batch number(MSEG-CHARG) to GTS system while creating the material document(GR) in ECC system. This batch number should be displayed in item level at custom declaration screen and should be stored at table /SAPSLL/CUSWLM.
Could you please help me how to do this? actually at ECC side i m not getting the api where i can pass batch number. also at gts how to retrieve the same even if we able to pass the same from ECC

i suggest you to have a closer look at the BAdI for Mapping and Enrichment of Data from Material Documents (MM0C) on ERP site and also at BAdI for Mapping External Data to Customs Declaration.

How to call a pcui application

Hi,
i try to call a pcui application from another web application.
i tried to call the product app for displaying a specific product like this:

but it just shows the empty product application. there's no product selected.
Any ideas?

You need to try to pass the following in the URL
BORTYPE=PRODUCT
BORKEY=0000000000000000000000000000000010770029
I'm not sure if we need this..
CRM_OBJECT_ID=0000000000000000000000000000000010770029
Please have a look at CL_CRM_BSP_FRAME_MAIN
DO_INIT method this will be reading all the query fields passed in the URL.
DO_REQUEST search for convert_from_bor ( line 199 roughly)
have a break point in do_init as well as do_request , you will be able the see whats happening.

Status 51:No status record was passed to ALE by the application

Hi All,
my scenario is file->XI->IDOC.
data is reaching r/3 system, but i see below error in WE02
status 51: Application document not posted
No status record was passed to ALE by the application
registering the function module, linking FM with basic type with direction equal to 2, assigning FM to process code and inbound parameters of partner profiles are configured well.
Plz let me know if i missed any steps.

In WE19, Give the IDOC number & execute ... then put the cursor on the idoc control record . then click on the Standard Inbound push button on the application tool bar.it will show show all the details like partner no,type , message type , process code & function module name ...
now put a break point in the function module .. & debug .
if u r using customised inbound function module , then click on inbound function module .. there u will get a pop screen with FM name & debugging option in both background & foreground mode...

PCUI application URL

I need to incorporate a PCUI approval screen into workflow. Here is the URL for PCUI screen for object 13, and event zcwfe_approvewo.

To generate a webflow task, I cannot have variables in the URL. So, my initial URL would be http://server:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame/entrypoint.do?appl=ZCWFAP_FI_MGR_APPRVL.
Workflow has ability to pass parameters.
Does anyone know how a PCUI application can receive these variables and then build desired URL?
I know I can create a standard BSP page that would receive these parameters, build URL and call it but it doesn't seem like very elegant solution.
Please provide your input and suggestions.

Hi Natasha,
if am not mistaken, your question was about generating a url passing some parameters to it. If that is what is required, you can collect all the parameters you wanted to have in URL in this way and use the FM. Here is a sample code.
concatenate 'crm_bsp_frame/entrypoint.do'
            '?appl=ZCWFAP_FI_MGR_APPRVL'
            '&CRM_APPL_EVENT=zcwfe_approvewo'
            '&sap-syscmd=nocookie&CRM_appl_OBJECT_ID='
             object_id into appl_url.
CALL METHOD CL_BSP_RUNTIME=>CONSTRUCT_BSP_URL
    EXPORTING
      IN_APPLICATION = appl_url
    IMPORTING
      OUT_ABS_URL    = BSP_URL.
BSP_URL has the URL what u require. Let me know if this helps you.

this means that the application has a command line version. check the help file to see if they discuss how to invoke it from command line. they should. in general the unix executable is located in the application package in the standard place so the following might work in terminal
/Applications/Swarm.app/Contents/MacOS/Swarm -difficulty 25 &

Checked to see how much free space there is on the startup disk lately?
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon. Click Get Info. In the Get Info window you will see Capacity and Available. Make sure there's a minimum of 15% free disk space.

If disk space is not the issue, booting in Safe Mode deletes system caches that may help.
A Safe Mode boot takes longer then a normal boot so be patient.
Once you see the Desktop, click the Apple menu icon top left corner of the screen.
From the drop down menu click Restart.
See if that makes a difference ...

There are multiple solutions to this questions a few i will try to answer and then you can take the best required for your requirements.
**Consider that you have a Internal table having document number from other table..
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
       INTO IT_ADRC
       FOR ALL ENTRIES IN IT_DOC
       WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = IT_DOC-DOCUMENT_NO.
**Consider that you have 1 document number then
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
     INTO IT_ADRC
     WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = W_DOCUMENT_NO.

Creation of an RFC to pass notification number from IOMS into SAP. The RFC containing notification number must access notification details via transaction IW23.
Creation of an RFC to pass notification field specific information from SAP to IOMS. Upon accessing the notification inside SAP the following field information must be passed back to IOMS.
can you please help me out with the RFC which would be much helpful to me.
when i give the RFC then through the RFC the IOMS will pass the NOTIFICATION NUMBER. Based on the notication number i have to pass the data that belongs to that perticlar NUMBER.

I dont know what is IOMS and what platform they are using.
If you want to access data from Non-SAP system or Insert from non SAP system, you need to develop remote enabled function modules, check for standard function modules.
Check package IWOC, for standard function modules.

Passing data from one bsp application to another

Hi,
I have few queries that most of you would have done in ur projects:
1. I want to pass data from one bsp application to another:
eg based upon selected row of table view which populates material no and descriprion to another application which open the entire material master data.
Now, i have both the pages in diff bsp applications in place but unable to pass the selected material code to the second bsp application.
Had it been two different pages of same application I was able to achieve it with set parameter()
2. To stop the application from reprcessing the data:
eg: Suppose I have a bsp page where user fill details of a customer and on submitinng the details a customer is created in background and the entire page is disabled by my code. Even now if the user press refresh (F5) button then another customer gets created in the background. So basically i want to avoid the reprocess of the onSubmit event
