Pay First and Complete Rest of form later

Hi,
I am trying to force our customer base to pay first and then complete the rest of the form. How do I implement this logic with purchase fields?
My form consists of multiple pages and I want the user to pay first on the first page. After successful payment processing, I want the users to visit the second and the third page?

Hi,
Regarding your case, You might be able to setting the purchase fields in the first page, then setting skip logic rules, make the page go directly to confirmation page(submit form). This will let customers to complete payment firstly.
Then you can setting a redirect URL in option tab, to reload the fillable form page within 5 seconds after payment is completed. but if you want the users to visit the second or third page, you have to setting a another rules as a conditions to go to page2. For example, if users select choice1 will go to page2, otherwise, go directly to confirmation page.

As per the OP's requirement he has to print 3 copies of the invoice. Which according to my understanding should be printed at the same time ? May be i am wrong in interpreting this.
You must be knowing you can control the print params of the SmartForms in CONTROL_PARAMETERS where you set the NO_DIALOG & in the OUTPUT_OPTIONS pass the number of copies.
I think the solution you have proposed the "Original Copy" will be printed only once. (Correct me if i am wrong)
Every time the user prints the invoice again he will be getting a "Duplicate Copy". If this is what the OP wants the logic is perfect

I have a situation where the customers will make an order from us and they will pay us in full upon making the order. As such, we are required to invoice them first and make the shipment later.
They required us to ship the goods to them in partial shipments. How should we handle this in SAP?
With what order type can I invoice in full first, then make partial deliveries?

Now I agree with you. SO -> Pro-forma -> Delivery -> Invoice. Not bad.
I suggest them instead of adding one more step. They can customize a layout for SO so that "pro-forma" step can be eliminated
The print-out (or output) of SO can be designed to look like a pro-forma.
After all Pro-forma is not going to serve any other purpose.
So we are back to square-one
SO(with customized layout) -> Delivery -> Invoice

Hi,
The form data will send out email when first time data is saved, but when the user save it for the second time or third time, it won't send out emails automatically, you have to click on the resend email link to have the email sent again. For the subsequent saves, they can use the link provided in first email to retrieve web data. Please check with your users if they have run into this situation and are expecting emails from second or later saves.
If it is not the case, please send me the link of your web form to [email protected] and I would like to try it.

This itextsharp is third party control, for this issue, I recommended to consult the control provider directly, I think they can give more precise troubleshooting.

I have developed a form with fields hidden by default, that become visible based on box ticked or radio button selections.
My problem is that, when I close the form and re-open it, it comes back to it's default presentation, regardless of the information already recorded in the form (including in the now hidden fields.
How to correct that

I've had the same problem. This solved it...
Go to the "Form properties..." in the File-menu. Select "Run-time" to the left and in the box "Scripting" Preserve scripting changes to form when saved: choose Automatically (Script-based state changes are saved locally in an insecure fashion. This option cannot be used for certified forms).

I'm confused - If I go online to pay my bill, and it's one day after the due date, the current bill and full amount due would be the same? If the current bill is not the "full amount due", then what is the extra amount that's snow showing past due?
Also, when I go in to pay my bill, I show the Current bill amount, total amount due (which are the same), and then a box where I can type in the amount I am paying, with the default amount being already filled in with the total amount.
Is this a pre-paid or a post-paid (contract) account?

There's nothing you can do about it. Report the problem to the organization. They need to fix it and send you a new version of the PDF.

How to display four rows in one table and the rest in another table?

Hello everybody,
I am trying to solve a problem that I cannot find any direct answers to. In essence the problem goes like this:
1) I want to populate two tables from xml data.
2) The first table should only diplay the first four rows of data.
3) The second table should display the rest of the rows (starting from row 5).
I can create the first table so that it only shows up to the first four rows.
I cannot find a way to set up the second table so that it shows the rest of the rows starting at row 5.
To illustrate the problem I have attached my livecycle template file with the two table definitions and the corresponding xml data. If you put these two files in the same directory and open the pdf file using LiveCycle designer you should see what I mean. (The table with column heading 'Item List 2' shows all of the records in the xml file when I only want it to show records 5 and 6)
Some other niggling issue I have come up against is the data displays differently when I open the pdf file with Adobe Acrobat pro and then use the Forms/manage form data/import data menu to bind that xml file. ( For some the 'Item List 2' table does not display any data) Does anybody know why that is occurring?
Any help on this would be very much appreciated because it will help me get past a significant issue I am running into with a complex form I am trying to build for a client of mine.
Note: I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9 and the Adobe Livecycle is version 8.2.1

First solution is you can play with predicates:

after that you will have to use addInstance and assign all fields by scripting. It is hard way.
Second solution you can simply hide unneccessary rows by putting initialise script on item row:
if (this.index <4){this.presence = "hidden" }
