Payables Employee Listing Report Doesn't Reflect End-Date

We are running apps 11.0.3 on HP-UX 11, 8.0.5 database. When we run the Employee Listing in AP, the employees we have end-dated continue to show up when we run the report for only 'Active' employees. We don't have HR installed, so I don't know where else to end-date the employees (other than the employees screens in AP) so they won't show up on this report.
Any ideas?

In the "Enter Employees" screen within Payables, current practice is to end-date an employee when they are terminated in the Employment Dates field (there is a from and to field; the from is populated with the sysdate as employees are added). If you click "More" and go to the Person Information form, you can also From-To date the address detail. I tried end-dating this, but it didn't show up on the report either.
As mentioned before, we don't have HR installed (maybe a partial but there was no activity there) so Payables is the only place we maintain employees.

    Hi,
    The "eul5_batch_reports" holds the data about the scheduled report and if you don't have any so you will not have any data.
    Take a look at "EUL5_QPP_STATS"

  • SCCM 2012 - Endpoint Protection Reporting only using static end date

    I have created a subscription to the Endpoint Protection/Antimalware Activity Report built into SCCM2012/Endpoint Protection.
    My problem is that I am having trouble getting the dates to work correctly.  I want to have the report automaticlly emailed out every monday morning with the status from the last 7 days (i.e. since the last monday report). 
    However the subscription seems to want a static end date.  That is, every monday when the report runs it gives me a status report from the exact same 7 days.  Not the most recent 7 days. 
    How do I go about changing this so it is useful and that every monday it runs, the report it creates/sends is from the the last 7 days?

    I hope this helps (I am still testing it) but I did this by:-
    "Editing" the default report such as "Antimalware activity report".
    To avoid corrupting this default report before you change anything select SaveAs and call it something like "Antimalware activity report
    for the last 7 days".
    Open Datasets, StartEndDates and replace the query with this for the last 7 days
    "select DATEADD(day,datediff(day,0,GetDate())- 7,0) as StartDate, DATEADD(day,datediff(day,0,GetDate()),0) as EndDate"
    Then open Parameters, StartDate and under General change it to "Hidden".
    Then open Parameters, EndDate and under General change it to "Hidden".
    Save and test
    I had to set the "default value" on each parameter, per Lillonel:
    StartDate : =DateAdd("d",-7,Globals!ExecutionTime)
    EndDate : =Globals!ExecutionTime
    It looks like it is using a 7 day window now.

    I have a segment tree with 2 branches. The first branch is assigned to treatment A, the other one to treatment B. If I load the campaign then 2 lists are generated and the number of clients reflect the treatment splits. However if I launch the campaign then the produced 2 vendor lists contain all clients of the segment tree. I expected that the vendor lists will also contain only as many clients as many I assigned to each treatment. Am I wrong or I'm missing something in the configuration?

    I didn't remember if I already tried it, anyway, I tried now:

  • Customer Receivables Aging Report doesn't show correct data

    Hi Experts,
    I have some problem when executing Customer Receivables Aging Report.
    I'm using 8.8 PL14.
    (It should be bug this is very strange ...)
    I can't get same result even if I run it continuosly when I selected option "group by Customer" .
    Total amount of balance due is change each time because of BP shown in the report is change.
    I also got the message " Data is not available, modify selection criteria and re-enter" even though I never change selection.
    During executing this report, no Invoice and JE and banking data were input.
    Please advice if you know about this error or having something information.

    Hi,
    The latest patch level available for B1 8.8 is PL16. it will be released on week Oct 25-29, 2010. You may directly upgrade to this latest patch level to solve the issue. If you want to try using query SQL to generate the aging report, there are some threads discussion about the query. You may search it in the SBO reporting and printing forum.

      We have a customizing process on our HR portal about performance appraisal with ADOBE form. The manager can select the employee list by choosing level one employee list or level 2, 3...employee list. For example, one general manager A can choose manager B as N1 employee or engineer C under manager B as N2 list.
      The situation is, when one of our general manager want to display N2 employee list, it needs to spend a lot of time since there are many emploees under his position, sometimes it will time out. I tried to get the SQL trace from ST05, and there are always one SQL statement during the N2 employee list select process is to select data by jion table HRP1001 and PA0001.
      I have no idea how can I improve the seletion process to make list easlier, please give me your command if possible.

    It seems you are using your own ABAP / recursive logic to retrieve 2 or more levels below the department head.
    Had you explored using standard SAP structural authorizations in your set up ?   Just my 2 cents.

  • Reduce Working Days by Emp Start and End Dates

    I'm banging my head trying to get this working. The set-up:
    DimResources table with various employee information including a Start and End Date.
    A Calendar table with FullDate, Year, Quarter....WorkingDays (1 for working and 0 for non-working) and WorkingDayNumber (working days increased by 1, weekends are not).
    Page View report with page view filters for Business, Role, Month, Week, Year.
    In the calculation the denominator is total working days for the period * 8. Works great. Further reduced by any submitted time off. Again, so far so good. The part I'm having trouble with is trying to further reduce total working days by
    the number of days the person wasn't available in a month, defined by the person's start or end date.
    The calculated field works great when only 1 person is selected. As soon as more than 1 person is selected or the slicer is cleared, an error is thrown.
    Any ideas on what is wrong or better ways to accomplish what's needed?

    ok, but this is not a running total but just a sub-total/grand-total
    so what you can do is the following:
    create two measures - first calculate the workdays per ressourcen and second use SUMX() to get the sub-/grand-total if multiple employees are selected (e.g. subgroups, groups,division, etc)

    I have a problem for prompts related to start Date and End Date selection i.e
    Start Date                   End Date
    01-Jan-2007                 31-Jan-2007
    01-Jul-2008                  31-Jul-2008
    The issue is if the user select the Start Date from a list of values(prompt) the End Date LOV's should appear only from its related Start Date i.e
    If Start Date is selected as 01-Apr-2007 then End Date LOV's should start only from 30-Apr-2007
    and the End Date LOV's should be seen only for the next 12 months i.e only till 31-Mar-2008
    Please suggest me how I can resolve this prompt issue

  • How Do I Filter a Report Using a Multi Select List Box and Specifying Date Between Begin Date and End Date

    Hope someone can help.  I have tried to find the best way to do this and can't seem to make sense of anything.  I'm using an Access 2013 Database and I have a report that is based on a query.  I've created a Report Criteria Form.  I
    need the user to be able to select multiple items in a list box and also to enter a Begin Date and End Date.  I then need my report to return only the records that meet all selected criteria.  It works fine with a ComboBox and 1 selection but can't
    get it to work with a List Box so they can select multiple items.  Any help is greatly appreciated while I still have hair left.

    Let's say you have the following controls on your report criteria form:
    txtStart: text box, formatted as a date.
    txtEnd: text box, formatted as a date.

    I created new infotype and when employee leaves its end date is changed for leaving date.
    When leaving action is deleted ther is some least of infotypes that user can sign so the end date of selected infotypes will be changed to 31.12.9999. How can i add my infotipe to this list?

    Maintain IT 0041 where in that table maintain employee start date of hiring and leaving date of employee bze in IT 0000 the dates will change as per action lets say if employee hire that date will be in IT 0000 action and if employee gets promotion date or leaving date that will store in IT 0000 by delimiting other actions
    So maintain IT 0041 where you can pull dates from there if you maintain
    End date will always be 31.12.9999 so check action start date you will get in sequence

    Yes, It is available standard report using T-code ME2N - Purchasing Document (PO) Per Document Number, enter the T-code and provide the following input data's are as follows.
    Scope of List                 :  ALV ( for Ms-Excel format report)
    Plant                               :   __________ to __________ (if required)
    Document Date              : ____________ to ___________ (if Required)
    Execute the report shown by default in excel format and if required PO validity start and end data, you have to select Change Layout button and open new window options screen right side field option as Validity Per.Start, Validity Period End, Commutative number field data's are selected and click <--- arrow button and then click bottom tick marked button. Now, the report shown your requirement.

  • Profit Center Report doesn't show data

    Dear Experts,
    I've posted some data thru FB50 in FI, with different cost center assignment 1201 and 1202.  Both cost centers are assigned to profit centers, YB110 and YB120 respectively in master data.
    Then, I tried to run a profit center report, S_ALR_87013326 from Profit Center Accounting (PCA) module but doesn't show any data.
    Do I need to do any period-end processing in order to get the data out from PCA report?
    By the way, the selection required for plan version, I just keyed in '0'.  Not sure of the number, where to find the plan version as I didn't create any plan before this.

    If you see the screen shot I attached, it has the text "(new)" against the Folder name...
    All new gl reports are under such a folder to differentiate... You cant deactivate any reports from the Standard Menu... You can just control it by authrization....
    You can also ask your BASIS guy to display only the authorized trans on the user screen so that they are not able to see the std set of transactions

  • BW Employee Hierarchy report to be specific for the users.

    My BW system contains the data from HR. There is a report which displays the list of all employees in a strict hierarchial manner with the topmost position being assigned to the highest designation.
    Now the change to this report should be done in such a way that the user who logs in should be able to see only his/her group. That is all the employees who report to him should be displayed with this user at the top.
    Is it possible ? I can create a new report also if required.
