Payments 4 years for nothing

Hi I am really upset.  I was not aware that I paid for something that I have not used for 4-5 years.  I just learned that Skype is still drawing money of my account, even though I have not used it one single time for all these years.   I know part of it is my own problem, as I said yes to something many years ago.    But what bothers me the most is, that they do not give a warning.  They just renew your account for one year, with an E-mail and no turning back!!   I have of course hurried to finish the subscriptions,but Skype still draws the money, unless I can get my bank to stop them, which I will try. This is really bad business methods, Skype,  And you will never have me or my relavtives as a customer again.   Best regards,AK Lindinger, Denmark

In our country, the device must be changed with new one if the same problem occurs in 3 months. Because i know the customer satisfaction of Apple, i didn' worry about it but Bilkom refused my will... I spoke with them for 2 months but nothing happened, they just told me, it' not our problem.
    Because of this speech, i sued them on June 2011... Last week, i won the case but just for the return of invoince... It costs 3.200 Turkish Liras (1.800$) and there's no 24" iMac unused... Bilkom again refused to give me an iMac... I thought that Apple's customer satisfaction can't be like this... I didn't write anything to Apple till now but if i can't get an iMac, i must return to normal PC after 2 years... And i don't want that... I offered an iMac 27" with core i7... No matter Bilkom accepts or not, they don't care of me... I'm a customer, they should do... I've never seen such a like company. I hope the real Apple will help my problem and save me from Bilkom...

    Unfortunately, you are not communicating with Apple here - we are all other users volunteering our time to help with technical problems.

    Although, it appears that your problem is with a third party store and that you have won in court - did you get your money back? 24" iMacs have not been made since 2009 or 2010. Now there are 21" and 27" iMacs.

    Howdy--I'm a student trying to buy a year subscription to Creative Suite and was stuck on the payment processing page for what seemed like hours with no resolution.     I wish that were true. 
    In fact, it is not.  Now almost twenty hours after paying I cannot use my order.  I am close to canceling it and asking for a full refund. 
    Your "order history" pages take forever to load.  When they do finally load  the "download" link does not work.  It goes to the following:
    413
    Header Length too Large
    Adobe should do itself and its users (and potential users) a favor: simplify and redesign your website.  Or hire someone who can. 
    This level of delay and these problems are simply unacceptable.  And I will certainly not consider your ongoing subscription (which your site continues to push above all else) when a simple online order is this screwed up.

    Following Logic can be use:
    1. Validate the company code (BUKRS ) & Purchasing document type (BSTYP = F) from EKKO table for the Purchase order number (EBELN).
    2. Check the entries for the Purchase order and the item number in the Purchase order history table ( EKBE) and also Validate if there is any down payment document exists (VGABE = 4)
    3. If we find down payment doc in EKBE table then display the warning or error message as POP - UP by using functional module POPUP_TO_CONFIRM.
    Step 1: Validate Company code and Purchasing Document type from EKKO table
    Step 2: Check the Purchasing document history from EKBE table
    Step 3: Check whether any down payment exists.
    Step 4: Display popup message to user:
    Use the function module u201CPOPUP_TO_CONFIRMu201D to display the below message u201CPo cannot be changed, Down payment already exists for this PO item u201D.

    Yes, you can copy songs that you ripped from a CD to your Home Sharing computer.
    Turn on Home Sharing first on both computers.  To do that, go to File > Home Sharing > Turn on Home Sharing.  Enter your Apple ID and password.
    Now go to your computer that you want to copy the songs to and connect to your Home Share.  You can do that by clicking on the popover button located at the left top corner right below the play control buttons.  Click on it and scroll to the bottom until you see your Home Share and select it.
    Go to Music in your Home Share.  Select the songs that you want to copy in your Home Share and click Import at the bottom right corner.

    I agree it was not all communicated real well, but in your case it will work out.  You missed the program where you could have upgraded 100 tracks for 30 cents each (=$30) but now you can do it via Match (=$25).  It works pretty simply, per this document:
    Can I upgrade my previously purchased music to iTunes Plus?
    Yes. If you subscribe to iTunes Match, you can download your previously purchased music again in the iTunes Plus format. To do so:
    You need to delete the original DRM song from your library first. Doing this enables you to download the song again in the iTunes Plus format from iTunes in the Cloud.
    Click the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store.
    Click Music.
    Locate the artist of the song you want to upgrade.
    Click the iCloud Download icon next to the song you want to upgrade.
    Just don't forget to put the Plus files on your hard drive -- properly backed up of course -- and to cancel the Match subscription before the second year rolls around!

    If you are in the US ,some Apple genius bars are replacing screens at this time if  your local store isn't offering that service or you are not in the US  there will be an out of warranty exchange unit for $229
    make sure you back up everything as if you exchange your iPhone will go and the Genius bar do not provide a backup service

    You an use your iPhone without connecting it to a computer.
    But the product description for the iPhone clearly states that in order to sync with a Mac you must have OSX 10.6.8 or later. That version of the OSX is usually called Snow Leopard. There are two mo recent versions of OSX. OSX 10.7.x (Lion) and OSX 10.8.x (Mountain Lion).
    If you can upgrade your computer to at least Snow Leopard I suggest you do so.

  • Creation of shortend Fiscal year for the Merger of two Companies.

    Company 'A'is getting Merged with the Company 'B' on 15th February 2010. Company 'A' is suppose to submit all the financial details to the Company 'B' on 15th February 2010, furthermore the users with the Company 'A' should not be allowed to post any transactions after 15th February 2010.(Max they should be given 10 days grace period for closing the financial year)
    The current fiscal year for the Company 'A' is from April to March. However, as per the above mentioned scenario it is required to have fiscal year from April to February.i.e. a shortened fiscal year.
    Please note that Company 'A' is using the version 4.7.
    Steps we have already proceeded with
    1. we created a Shortened fiscal year "Z1"from April to Feb 2010 (Monthly basis) wherein we have taken only 15 days for the month of Feb 2010.
    2. we have created an another Shortened fiscal year(weekly basis) wherein we have taken six weeks as posting period.
    3.We assigned the Fiscal year Variant to the company code.
    4.After assigning when we want to check the details of the assets in the Asset explorer AW01N.the system is reflecting an error "
    SYST: Error when calculating first day in fiscal period   > F1
    Message no. AA654
    Please provide us with the solution for the above mentioned scenario.

  • Discount in Outgoing Payment  and Cheque for payment PLD

    Using SBO2007A PL30
    I have tried to find whether there are system variables for amount outstanding and discount which show amounts in foreign and local currency.
    I can't find any references in the .xls document how to use system variables in SBO 2007., and strangely there is no reference in that document to the system variables which already exist in the in- built layouts
    Cheque for Payment
    - total amount paid ( variable 97 )
    Outgoing Payment
    - posting date ( variable 202)
    - Doc Ref ( var 200)
    - Your Ref ( var 201)
    - amount paid ( var 63)
    This leads me to suspect that system variables for outstanding amount and discount may well exist.
    In the meantime I have had to do this using references to database fields Outgoing Payments - Invoices: Discount Amount and Outgoing Payments - Invoices : Amount before Discount with formulae to determin whether the document is in local or foreign currency.
    A further downside to this is that a credit memo is displayed from the latter database field without a negative sign
    Does anyone have any suggestions here?
