Generating PDF for Any document No in SAP

Hi All,
My requirement is to create a general Zprogram, which requires to pass "DOCUMENT No , Company Code, Fiscal Year"
and generates PDF file corresponding to that document inn SAP.
Though their is an standard program which requires to pass "SPOOL No" and generates the PDF. But How to link Doucment no with the spool, I amnot bale to figure out.SO please do the Suggest.

Basically in FI , spool is generated for payment advice and check.
Now generally the payment advice is printed and sign off and then given to vendors.
But sometime it also requires to send payment adive by mail because of miss place of advice from vendor end.
Now user can eaily search out the payment documnet no corresponding to that paymnet.
Now gain they need to generate a new spool, print it out ans scan and finally send it via mail.
So the requiremnt is to generate a z program in which if a uaser passes a Document No, Fiscal Yera and company code. and the required PDF got generated.
Hope now exactly got my requiments.

Why is download pdf for numbers documents disabled?

Some numbers sheet that resides in iCloud.com have the option to download it as a PDF. But the most sheets have this option disabled and only allowing it to download a Numbers '09 file.
How can I fix this?

I believe you need to open them on an iOS device before they can be downloaded in another format than Numbers.

Can you create a table of contents for the documents within a PDF Portfolio?

If I create a pdf portfolio that contains multiple documents (e.g. Word, multiple PDFs and Excel documents), is there a way to create a table of contents at the beginning of the portfolio to help navigate to the individual documents?

Hi,
The Files list displays a list of files, so the user can quickly see all the files in the portfolio with any information you want to share; title, description, file type, size etc.
Or, you can also use a different layout, for example, the Linear and use the space next to each file to describe it.

Merging numbers documents into single PDF for emailing

I have 23-50 numbers documents (invoices) that I want to send as one single PDF (to save time).
When I select them all in Finder and open in Preview they are not full size and are rotated the wrong way.
When I open them seperately in Numbers and cmd P they show up fine covering the whole A4 paper and are rotated correctly.
Is there any way of sending multiple Numbers files as one PDF, or separate PDFs without having to open each one and Cmd P > PDF and drag/drop into Mail??
Trying to save time, as we have 23-50 of these every week to do!
We don't want to save them as PDFs as we create the documents as this takes up space on the computer - and there's loads of them!

Hi again mm,
Use a master document in Numbers to temporarily hold copies of each invoice, each on a separate Sheet.
As you complete each invoice, copy that table and then go to the temporary master document. Add a new Sheet and delete the default table that appears. Paste the new invoice. If the invoice has formulas, Menu > Edit > Paste Formula Results (because in Numbers, the formulas will not link back to the original document).
When you are ready to email this master document, Menu > File > Print... and in Print Preview panel on the right > Print All Sheets:
Click on the Print... button (it won't print yet). Bottom left of the print dialogue choose Save As PDF
That is the PDF for you to email and then delete. *
I tried this with an "invoice" on each of two Sheets. Not tried with 23-50 invoices .

I have installed adobe pdf to get a document sent to me thru my employer and i put my password in and its still asking me for a document password do i need to set one up

So you put your password in when you installed it?
If that's the case, that was just your administrator password used to allow the install. It has nothing to do with the document.
If the document is asking for a password, you'll need to get that from the person that added a password to the pdf.
If neither of the above helps, please give us more info on what you are attempting to do and what is going wrong. LEtting us know your version of Adobe Reader may also be helpful.

Your document should always run in continous numbering.

You can also rearrange pages in Acrobat using the Page panel and move the pages.
If you can be more specific as to what you have done that would be great.

I now add 2 print screens which show what I get when I try to export a PDF from Adobe Reader and which languages are available.
The same problem does not exist when I use the website.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader) the program can perform an OCR on the document you acquired.

When I go to turn it into a PDF for printing for a hard copy, (not all our members have internet) when i save it to a PDF, it doesn't save all the pages and formats it differently then show on the screen i programmed it onto. The main thing to look at is the "View" setting and for PDF set it to "Page View", the page breaks you define in Page View will be used in the PDF, there are also "implicit" page breaks added automatically based on the page size.

Multiple billing documents into one PDF for email

We have a business requirement to email invoices to customers with one email, one pdf. Our current email solution utilizes the Esker software and results in one email per invoice when we run RSNAST00 for transmission medium 5 nightly, which really irritates our customers.
Is there anyone out there who knows how to configure or program so the customer gets only one email with one pdf? We have been told this is possible using Esker Deliveryware rules but would prefer a solution inside SAP if possible.

Hi Amy
You can create a custom program which can do this using ABAP Development. The program will call a smartform and print all the invoices for the customer created during the day as continuous pages. (You should then remove the configuration for the output type already configured using NACE)
The program can be scheduled to run daily.
You could use the settings in SCOT to configure default file format as PDF for all smartforms.

Error in installing creditionals for Adobe Document Services

I have installed SAPNW2004sJavaSP9_Trial on my local machine and when I try to register the Register the password for credential by following the steps below I face a problem in step 4. The error is a pop up as enclosed.

com.adobe.service.sap.ConfigurationException:An error occured while indexing the credential files</b>
1.Log on to the Visual Administrator (C:\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\admin\go.bat)
2. On the Cluster tab, choose Server 0 -> Services -> Document Services Configuration
3. On the Runtime tab, select Credentials
4. Choose Browse to search for the name of the credential and then Select
5. In the Alias field, enter the alias of the credential you installed, for example ReaderRights. (Entries for the name of the credential are case-sensitive)
6. In Password field, enter the password you received together with the credential you installed (filename.txt in <zip_extract_folder>\SAPNetWeaver04SneakPreviewJavaSP11\ADSCredentialFiles). Confirm the password again and then click Add
&#56256;&#56451; Restart the following services for the changes to take effect: PDF Manipulation Module, Document Services Trust Manager
7. Restart also the application com.adobe/AdobeDocumentServices

But, it still does not resolve my problem. I also upgraded the version to SP16 and yet it does not resolve the problem. Can someone tell me what could be wrong?

Hi,
All the form-related services have to be started first: the IIOP on dispatcher and server, all the Document Services *, PDF manupulation and XML form module.
Then you should be able to register your credential.
