Pdf interactif avec ID CS6

Bonjour à tous
Je suis en train de faire des essais d'intégration de vidéo et son dans ID CS6 puis exporter en pdf intéractif que je visualise dans Acrobat XI (mode plein écran) et là, rien ne fonctionne et j'ai un message "installez la version requise de flash player" alors que j'ai toutes les dernières versions vu que je suis abonnée au cloud. De plus quand je l'export en swf et que je visualise sur un navigateur, là ça fonctionne sauf l'image que j'ai intégrée comme affiche pour le son (un jpg).

Depuis la version XI de Acrobat, Flash n'est plus intégré.
C'est plus compliqué que ça :
- depuis Reader et Acrobat XI l'installeur de Flash player n'est plus fourni.
- depuis Reader et Acrobat 9.5 et X.1 le Flash player n'est plus intégré (il l'était dans les sous-versions antérieures de 9 et X), mais il est toujours proposé avec l'installeur.
En clair, l'installation de Flash player est (re)devenue indépendante de celle de Reader ou d'Acrobat. Comme pour les navigateurs web.
Voilà la source de votre problème : votre vidéo est en Flash.
Il faut convertir votre vidéo en mp4 (H264).
Non, Acrobat et InDesign supportent très bien le format FLV (FLash Video), puisque la lecture passe nécessairement par le Flash player.

How do I create an interactive PDF file in InDesign CS6 with Folio Overlays?

I have been trying to export an interactive PDF file using InDesign CS6. It exports fine, and all the content works except for the Folio Overlays I created. I created two Folio Overlays (one Pan & Zoom and one Scrollable Frame). The overlays work if I preview them from the Folio Overlays panel, but they do not work on the PDF document.
I am using File >> Export... to create the PDF document, and I am sure the PDF document is of the interactive type and not the print type. Am I exporting it incorrectly? Is there a specific step that I have missed somewhere? Do I need to create a Folio Build to make the Folio Overlays work?
When I mouse over the Folio Overlays, I get the crosshair cursor which only selects part of the image when I click and drag it.

PDF is one thing. Folios for DPS is another. There is a little bit of
overlap but not much.
The interactivity in the folio overlays panel is for DPS only.

InDesign CS6 exporting to Adobe PDF (Interactive)

Created an interactive form in InDesign CS6, but when I export to a PDF file, using Adobe PDF (Interactive), the purple bar "Please fill out the following form…" is not visible in my PDF file.
PLEASE NOTE: My Adobe Acrobat Pro preferences do not have the check mark on under >Form >Always hide forms document message bar. The check mark is off.
I want the purple box to be visible in my interactive form, yet it is not. WHY????

CS6 crashes trying to export to PDF interactive

I am trying to export a file from CS6 to a PDF interactive file. Every time I try CS6 crashes and I can't figure out why considering the pre-flight check says everything is ok. I am running Windows 7

It's most likely a problem with an image, but the only way to find out in Windows is "divide and conquer."
Try exporting the front half, then the back half. If both halves export successfully, it's a system resources issue and there's nothing really to do but combine the two halves in Acrobat.
If either half fails, divide it again and repeat. Continue to divide any part that fails until you isolate a page, then remove half the content from the page to do a similar analysis. You may want to do all this on a copy.

Pdf interactif InDesign CC : afficher/masquer des images avec l'option case à cocher

Bonjour à tous.
J'ai pour projet de créer un pdf interactif présentant un outil de customisation de vêtement. Le but est que le lecteur puisse cocher différentes cases d'option (couleur, accessoires, types de tissus etc) et voir en instantané les illustrations relatives à chaque option. Les images montrant les différents états du vêtement sont des calques superposés. J'ai réussi à réaliser l'animation correctement en utilisant l'option roll/over (via cette méthode). Néanmoins j'aimerais utiliser des cases à cocher plutôt qu'un roll over. Lorsque toutes les cases sont désactivés, je souhaiterais qu'une image "de base" du vêtement s'affiche. Le problème est que je ne trouve pas comment désactiver l'état d'une case à cocher, soit l'équivalent du "roll over off" pour revenir à cette fameuse image de base.

C'est toute la différence entre case-à-cocher et bouton-radio. On ne peut pas décocher un bouton-radio, et on ne peut en cocher qu'un seul à la fois.
Ceci dit c'est typiquement le genre de projet qu'il vaut mieux finaliser avec Acrobat.

InDesign CS5 - Pdf interactif - texte dans une fenêtre flottante

Je suis en train de réaliser un pdf interactif dans InDesign CS5, j'ai intégré une vidéo dans une fenêtre flottante sans soucis.
Je souhaite faire la même chose avec du texte (quelques lignes de texte et un bouton "lire la suite" qui ouvrirait un texte simple dans une fenêtre flottante) mais je n'y parviens pas ?

Si votre pdf est bien lu dans adobe reader, vous pouvez utiliser les fonctions avancées du pdf interactif (nécessitent Acrobat Pro) qui consistent à afficher/masquer un calque spécifique au clic d'un bouton. Mais cela nécessite autant de calques Acrobat que de textes…

Integrer un PDF interactif (formulaire) dans un DPS

J'ai un PDF interactif pour un formulaire. J'aimerai dans ma page mettre un bouton qui envoie a ce formulaire. Et cette page ferai partie d'un article du folio.

La meilleure solution actuelle c'est d'utiliser FormsCentral : on y envoie le formulaire PDF et ça le converti en formulaire HTML.
Ensuite il ne reste plus qu'à copier le code de placement/Insertion et à "Insérer du code HTML" dans InDesign.

Deux solutions : passer à cs6, l'une des nouvelles fonctions correspond à votre demande :
Exportation de PDF interactifs sous forme de pages
Exportez des fichiers PDF interactifs sous forme de pages, plutôt que sous forme de planches.

Autre solution, dans le menu fichier/format de document/décocher pages en vis à vis (facing pages), exporter votre doc en pdf interactif, recocher les doubles pour l'impression (si nécessaire.)

Yes, there are a number of things you can do. With JavaScript, you can show/hide fields, set fields to read-only, set the focus to a field (thus bypassing sections or pages), etc. So you can implement a type of skip logic, it's just not as easy to set up as with a form created in FormsCentral. Still, there are techniques you can use to simplify things, particularly using heirarchical field names which makes it easier to control a group a fields.

Based on the selected item on the dropdown, the background changes and certain fields are activated. There are only two fields associated with a particular selection, but it could be as many as you want on as many pages as you want. You can implement a multisection form using a single PDF page this way.

Intermittent Bug when saving pdf files in Illustrator CS6

I save a pdf file in Illustrator CS6 with a specific art board size. When I open it in Acrobat the size is off. When our print's RIP's the file, it is off the same amount. I will re-open it in Illustrator and re-save it and just change the name, the artboard is then correct. This is very intermittent. It has happened on two copies of CS6. Both prograns are current with the updates. I am on a iMac running OS 10.6.8.

Document size is: 36.01 x 98.12
I can open up both documents in Illustrator and they are identical.
We have been using these presets for a couple of years without issue. The problem started happening about 3 weeks ago on 2 seperate computers. We have not seen the problem with CS5.5 and earlier.

sorry but my problem keeps.
I create a simple text area and then trasform it in interactive text area, set it, apply my paragraph/character style and at the end export it in PDF (interactive).
I open the file with Adobe Acrobat, but when I customize it, words inside text area have stylized with default paragraph/character style.
How could I keep my style on export interactive text area?

Changing the default file name while saving the PDF interactive form

Hi All,
I am generating an Interactive PDF form using webdynpro, but when I try to save the PDF to my local machine the default file name comes as "<b>unknown.pdf</b>" so I have to manually go and enter the name before saving it.
Is there any way to change this default name so that I don't have to manually edit the file name each time when I want to save the generated PDF interactive form?

I am running into the same issue. Setting the desname parameter (e.g. desname=temp.pdf) doesn't have any effect. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Adding SWF for pdf interactive

Hi,
I have a multi page indesign doc which is set to export for interactive pdf. I need to add two swf file in different pages and once I add them, they do not show once interactive PDF is exported. I have tried many different options with no success.
Please let me know what I am mssing to do.

I see now, My default PDF reader was set to preview (MAC). I opened the file with Acrobat and all works fine.

PDF interactive form font issue

When I export my InDesign doc to a pdf interactive form, some of my fonts get bolded. This does not occur when saving as a pdf print doc. How do I create an interactive pdf without the text becoming bolded?

The bolded text appears show up only on text-only pages. The text on pages with tables and images remain unbolded. Any ideas why this may be happening?
