People I am talking to complain that I sound muffled when I hold my iPhone 6 in my left hand. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Everyone I talk to on my iPhone 6 complains that they cannot hear me very well when I hold my phone with my left hand.  As soon as I switch to the right hand everything sounds fine.  Is anyone else having this issue or knows what the solution is?  Thanks!
