I have an Apple TV generation 1, with internal 160 GB HD, i used itunes to manage internal content, such as Movies, photos, songs, but recently upgraded iTunes to the latest version ans suddenly, my ATV seems to behave as ATV G3, that means, there is no option to upload any kind of content, since ATV G3 has no HD, it only uses streaming, but now my internal HD is unaccesible, it still has the movies and photos that i uploaded last uploaded, but now the Hard disk seems to be useless!!!!!! SJobs has to think before downgrade functionality on previous versions of HW, please, give me a help!!!!

I' d like to use Spotlight for Weblogic on our production system, which containes 4 wls node with 1 admin srv (WLS 7.0 sp2). When I start monitor the system with Spotlight, I get the following messages continously in my servers' logs for every jar which are deployed as an application:

Assuming you are making use of workshop for creating the user segment and deploying to a single server which is in development mode, I would recommend you check if you have hit any OOM issues on the server or not, and try restarting the server, and redeploying your app. Generally this should resolve the issue.
If the server to which you are deploying is running in production mode / deploying as an EAR then the above referred doc will guide you on the next steps.

Training and Event Management - internal instructor

I am working on R/3 4.7 Ext 110 HR module. While creating a training event in Training and Event Management, I need to include the name of the internal instructor (not external). Where exactly do I do this? I do not find this option in PV10. Kindly help.

Hello Phoebe,
For this, first you need to maintain the Relationship A 022 (Requires) for the Business Event using the Tcode OOET with the Resource Type (Instructor).
Then use the Tcode PV10 and select data screen for the Business Event. Then make the necessary entries on the screen and then select Resource Selection on the left top of the screen. After this the new screen will pop-up of all the resource type with which u maintained the relation. Select instructor from there and click on the select resource in the left side. Again a new window will appear and select Temporarily Add Resource from there.

Training and event management - Internal Activity Allocation for Attendees(PV18)

Dear all,
I run the PV18 transaction (Internal Activity Allocation for Attendees). Lets imagine that I successfully allocated 1000 EUR in the CO module. Then I realize that it was a mistake, and I want to correct this by sending -1000 EUR to CO.
My question is: how can I do that? Is PV18 capable of doing this? Or this has to be corrected manually in CO module?

Managing internal requests while balancing efficiency and security

Hello Spiceworks! I have a question for you all. I'm looking for opinions, rather than answers.I work for a library system. In addition to the conventional stuff, this means I have to worry about patron privacy when they use our public workstations. This is becoming quite a challenge for me, and I'm frankly not sure - as a fledgling IT guy turned system administrator - how to be reasonable about this. I don't want to be the dominating IT guy that refuses all feature requests, but I'm not sure how far is too far when letting non-IT department heads list their needs for the system.In my current situation, we run Faronics Deep Freeze on the public workstations. I've checked with other libraries, and the conventional approach is to set the workstations to reboot after each patron session, which gives a pretty much clean slate. This sounds...

This is expected behavious. It is because Enterprise Manager cannot run with the new server name. You can either go through loads to change the config files or simply drop and recreate the console.

Oracle Enterprise Linux for Peoplesoft.

Hi,
Firstly i am new to the Peoplesoft apps and i will be doing an internal implementation for Peoplesoft HRMS.As advised by my manager, he asked me to use oracle Enterprise Linux OS for the Peoplesoft server. Well what i need to you know from the experience people here, which Linux 32 or 64 that is more suitable or better for peoplesoft to run on. Please help me on this. Thanks.

Amusing, Peoplesoft changed the support for 64-bits OEL/RHEL the day after the last reply in this thread (mine of the 2nd of March).
If it is not too late for you, go for 64-bits, it is required OEL/RHEL 5.2 min and Peopletools 8.49.14 min.

Error while starting weblogic Managed Server

Hi ,
I am new to SOA 11g. I installled the latest version(11.1.1.4) of all the components.I started web logic and able to login into Admin Console but I have a problem
while starting Managed Server.It gives me an error saying

How are you starting the managed server? Is it a new install? The error suggests that the managed server is already running. You could check the windows task manager to see if there is a Java process running (or two if managed and admin server is on the same machine)
