Performance database......

Question

Hi, I've any problem with my database, when I run one query with more two tables in join (and group by, order by....) Oracle is very slowly.
I tried to verify with these queries:

I know that sort(disk) / sort(memory) should be almost zero.

More easy (Via sql-plus).
1 - grant the role plustrace to user will execute the query, if the role dont´t exist, run the script $ORACLE_HOME\sqlplus\admin\plustrce.sql, with the user sys with sysdba.
2 - connect with the user than will execute the query
3 - set autotrace on (command of sql plus)
4 - run the query
5 - see the result of execution, attention for full table scan, perhaps need create index for tables.
