Phone overheated?

So i slept with my phone under my pillow last night, as i always do! Yet this morning it was very very hot, and i mean VERY HOT! And the screen remains black. The phone won't respond to anything, wont turn on by buttons, charge, can't even be picked up by itunes. Help?

You need to wait until it cools down.  It should then work.

    Anytime I use my phone on browser or using downloaded apps, it overheats and goes dead within an hour or two. Will I be better taking it to the shop where I bought it or will I buy a new battery?

    Hello courtney4
    Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
              Some time our BlackBerry devices may feel warm say a long browsing session , playing games ,countinous download or while charging.Please press and hold the Menu for a few seconds, it will pop up a screen which will show all running programs in the background ,generally five will always there ( Home, BBM, Message,Phone , Browser ) look if any other apps. are running.
    Always try to Close Applications Correctly - Avoid using the End key to close applications as this simply minimizes the application and leaves it running in the background. Instead, press the Menu key, select the Close or Exit option to exit the application.Don't leave your Browser open when not in use.If programs run in the background it will also lead to overheating and also quick battery drainage.Please have a look at those Article it might help  :

  • LG phone overheating

    I have bought two LG phones both have overheating issues and lose battery life quickly after a short period of time. I liked LG better than the old samsung because I could hear people better when talking on the phone but if this continues I will have to find something else. Is anyone else having these problems with LG?
    I don't want to switch to Apple. I would prefer to stay with an android phone.

    This might help.  I had my phone hooked up to receive my work emails.  The company had an "email jail" feature.  If you had too much mail in your inbox, you could no longer send emails until you deleted enough to be out of email jail.  A co-worker sent me a bunch of pictures one weekend that put me in email jail and I didn't know it.  I sent out an email to someone else from my phone.  Email jail wouldn't allow it and the poor phone kept trying to send the email.  It caused it to overheat and run the battery down real fast.  You probably have some type of app that your phone is trying to do but is not allowed to do, so it is spending lots of energy trying.  That runs down and heats up the battery.

  • Texts out of order; phone overheating; speaker issues

    Hi, I am having four problems with my Galaxy S5 and wondered if anyone knew a solution: (1) My text messages come out of order.  This has happened since I got the phone, which is on network time. (2) My text messages are delayed - both sending and receiving.  They get to others late and they come to me late. (3) My phone frequently gets extremely hot and the battery drains rapidly.   From 95% to 15% in an hour or two. (4) When I am talking on the phone, the phone randomly switches to speakerphone so the person I am talking to comes out of the speaker.  The speaker button, however, is not activated.   Many thanks for any help!

    Hi there! @BlueSkies84 thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear about all the problems with your phone.
    Since we are looking at multiple issues that cannot be controlled via the phone settings, I’d recommend you back your phone up and perform a factory reset. For steps on this please visit us at www.att.com/devicehowto/ and select the make and model of your phone. On the left column you’ll find steps to back up the phone under backup and restore and reset steps under troubleshooting and reset device.
    Hope this helps!

  • My phone overheated and won't turn on again

    I had my phone on charger when I went to bed and once I woke up i unlocked it to check the battery status, everything was cool so I swiped to unlock and it turned off due to high temperature. I waited for few minutes but it won't turn on again, charging it again didn't help, the reset button, I tried lots of stuff, some info would be nice.

    Seems to work, it's on now, but it took me almost a whole day to get it running, had some charging issues, i couldn't tell if it was charging or not, seems to be fine now, not sure if I should be worried or something..
    Thanks anyways though, at least I can use it again

  • After my phone was fully submerged in water, I'm getting the overheating error message but the phone is not hot at all. Is this the result of the phone being damaged by the water?

    I dropped my iPhone 4S in my friends pool. It was fully submerged for about 30 seconds.
    We took it out, dried it and put it in rice. After 24 hours I checked the phone. It turns on and runs smoothly. It connects to the computer and syncs perfectly. But after a couple minutes of use I get an overheating error message. But the phone is not hot at all.
    Is this the result of the phone being damaged by the water? Is there any way around this? The phone works perfectly fine and isn't overheating at all.
    What can I do?

    Despite the error that I get after a few minutes, the phone does work fine.
    But by most peoples definition, the phone isn't working.
    I just want to know if anyone has been in my boat and if the overheat message without the phone overheating can correct itself or if it goes away with sufficient drying of the phone.
    I know its slim, but I figured I'd ask.

  • Since latest IOS7 update my phone is getting and the battery is depleted very quickly

    Has anyone noticed thier phones overheating and battery direing since the new IOS7 update in Feb 2014?

    There have been some reports of unusual battery use after the iOS 7.0.6 update. A report that I saw on my Xite newsreader indicates users have found that quitting all apps and then resetting the device will correct the problem.
    Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Do this for all apps shown in the recently used apps area. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

  • Phone completely died, options?

    I have (had) a Droid Razr M for almost 2 years. My 2 year contract ends in July 2015, but the battery for my phone overheated or just died. When I try turning it on, it gets stuck on the Droid Red Eye or the screen stays black. I've made sure it was charged before powering it on, done resets, let the battery cool, plug it in a computer, and everything else I could think of. A phone repair shop couldn't fix it either.
    I planned on switching to the Verizon Edge plan in order to get a new phone. I went to a Verizon Store branch to ask if this was possible, and they said yes, I could upgrade to Verizon Edge (even though I told them my phone won't power on). The only thing I had to do was fix the cracked back of the phone and send it back to Verizon within 7 days of the plan change since my 2 year contract isn't over. So we got the back fixed for $60.
    I originally got my phone through Costco, and assumed the Verizon plan policies are the same anywhere, so I went back there to go through the process of switching to Verizon Edge. I was almost finished until we got to the last step, where there was a statement saying in order for me to switch to the Edge, my phone must be able to power on. This is totally different from what the Verizon branch told us, so we ended up having a sunk cost of $60 and me walking out without a phone. We were very upset and found it ridiculous that Verizon led us in the wrong direction.
    So... my question is: What would be the options (with prices if possible) for a new phone?

    Hi and Welcome to the Community!
    Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
    With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
    Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
    Remove the battery
    Wait 15 minutes
    Insert the battery
    Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
    This has been known to "kick start" some BBs. If it fails, please do it again, but this time increase the wait time in step 4 to 2 hours, and perhaps as long as 4-5 hours.
    It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
    Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
    Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
    The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.
    Good luck and let us know!

  • New iPhone 5s Overheating and Losing Battery Life

    I just received the new iPhone 5s, and it's been on for all of 30 minutes, during which I restored the phone via iCloud backup and reinstalled my apps, etc. In these 30 minutes, the phone overheated and dropped down to 40% battery. Any reason as to why this happened? I've already closed all the apps that were open, locked it, and put it in to charge.

    Had the same issue.
    - I was running on low battery. So I killed all the apps and put 5S to sleep with 19% battery.
    - After a while an alert popup of a low battery sign of 10% came. I forgot to hit OK.
    - After a few minutes when I picked up the 5S it was terribly hot with battery showing 1%.
    What paopaowell describes is not causing the massive battery drain. The one time location checking (GPRS) starts the GPS for a second or two and then turns it off. That won't cause the massive battery drain.

  • Getting a new phone - need help transitioning

    I had my Palm Pre Plus for Verizon for just over a month when the phone overheated and became non-functional.  The Verizon store was unable to restore the phone to operational status and I am being shipped a new Palm Pre Plus.
    Anyway, before the phone became totally disabled, I connected the device to my computer via USB and backed up all of the internal directories and files contained on the Pre Plus.  Question:  Am I able to restore all of the text messages, attachments, and photographs to the new phone?  I am not worried about the email, contacts, and calendar since these were synchronized with my Google account and am assuming I can do the same with the new phone.
    It looks as though much of this information is store in the directories I backed up.
    Thank you.
    Post relates to: Pre Plus p101vzw (Verizon)

    Hello and welcome to the forums;
    Text messages, call logs, ringtone preferences, etc. are not backed up in the Profile, and are not stored on the USB portion of the drive. Pictures, mp3s, movies, and documents are stored in the USB drive, and those will be recovered.
    As for attachments saved from emails, it depends on what type of attachment as to whether or not the file will be in the part of the USB drive you can access.
    Hope this helps,

  • Blackberry Curve is worst phone ever

    I upgraded to the Blackberry Curve less than a year ago.  Within that year, I have gone through 3 (THREE!!) Blackberry Curves.  The first phone stopped working after about 3 months and they sent me a "refurbished" replacement.  So I PAID for a new phone and was already using a used phone in 3 months.  Well that phone overheated and the battery fried the phone about 3 months later.  So in about 6 months, I was onto my third Blackberry Curve.  It is now about 5 months later and my phone has stopped working again.
    But here is the best part- after the phone turned off and I pulled the battery out 3 different times, I realized the phone was broken.  So I had to wait the entire day to drive to a Verizon store to get ANOTHER phone.  Magically, as I was driving to Verizon, the phone cuts on and is now working.  I still went to Verizon, hoping they would be able to diagnose something so that I wouldn't need to go days without a working phone.  I was told that since the phone is currently working (mind you- it was broken for 10 hours and had now been working for about 10 mins), there was nothing that could be done to help me.  Instead, I was handed a PAMPHLET providing me with a number to call when (not if, but when) the phone broke down again, I could use this number to call and GET ANOTHER REFURBISHED PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I said, "So I literally have to get a new refurbished phone every 3-4 months until I'm allowed an upgrade?"  The Verizon store clerk said, "Yes, unless you want to pay for an upgrade."
    Verizon has been NOTHING but a pain since I joined them.  And this Blackberry phone is worth more trouble than it's worth.  I have several friends who are also unfortunate Blackberry owners, and their phones are constantly breaking down and shutting off and the only thing Verizon has to offer is a refurbished phone.
    I still don't understand how I paid for a new phone a year ago and was only able to use it for 3 months.  Since then, I have been forced to use refurbished phones since.  So why not just offer me a refurbished phone upfront, at a discounted price since you already know the Blackberry Curve sucks and is going to break down anyway?
    Way to go Verizon!!!  I can't wait until my contract is up with you so I can switch to a network that offers phones that work.

    Is it the curve 8530 by chance? My entire family is cancelling all of our verizon phones once our contact is up (ONE MORE YEAR cannot come soon enough). So basically I upgraded to that stupid phone last August. Little did I know that it would be the WORST PIECE OF SH*T i've ever had to deal with in my life!!!! My original phone was actually the best one i had, in perfect condition until the battery overheated one day. The verizon people said it was due to a bad software update that kills the battery so they sent me a refurbished curve. Of course they said they'd "overnight ship" but it didn't arrive for 3 days. Did i complain? NO. Now this "new" curve lasted maybe 2 months max, before the trackpad suddenly switched directions for absolutely no reason!!! So yet again I had to go deal with verizon store which is my worst nightmare because the customer service is so bad. They wasted like 2 hours of my time testing out the trackpad before they finally could conclude that YES it was backwards for no reason. SO they said they'd send me a new replacement and GUESS WHAT they send me the WRONG phone so i was without a phone for basically a week waiting for them to figure it out. THEN finally this new replacement came and literally i had it for 3 weeks when suddenly the charger stops working. First I take it in and the chick at the store tries to claim that i'll have to pay for a new replacement because there is this TINY scratch on the front CLEARLY having nothing to do with the phone's ability to charge!!! So I freaked out and left and sent my dad in later. He comes back and my phone is working perfectly and he said that they first tried to claim it was a pressure crack but then they switched the battery and found that it was working fine and the battery went bad. So i was like oh good at least i won't need to replace again... BUT THEN ONE WEEK LATER, i wake up and my phone's dead and won't charge AGAIN!!! So i take it back and try to explain that this happened last week blah blah and the guy at the store is SO rude and shows me that this tiny little prong in my phone charger port is bent, so that's why it won't charge. **bleep**? I've had this phone for THREE weeks and the charger can break when i've done NOTHING to damage it??!! ANyways i wanted to try another store so my dad and i go in and they basically confirm there's a chip in the charger and they claim that it's ALL my fault and it's physical damage and i'd have to pay $300 for a replacement. $300 for a f*cking refurbished Curve that has already broken on me THREE times???? IT's a joke. I'm sorry that this is so long but right now i'm using my FOUR YEAR OLD LG DARE that actually lasted me for 2 years with no problems. I just can't believe after being loyal Verizon customers and dealing with ALL the problems with my blackberry and their customer service that they would blame ME for breaking the charger when clearly everyone knows that refurbished phones are sketchy (GOOGLE IT, they all say that the charger ports are usually messed up!) And we WILL be cancelling our accounts as soon as our contracts are up, Verizon. I've also advised all of my friends and coworkers to NEVER sign up with VErizon due to the horrible service I've experienced. Hello AT&T!!! one more year and I will finally leave this horrible company!

  • Please help, Verizon is charging me for a returned device that came up as an empty box

    Hello Everyone,
    I have done all I could to right the wrong that Verizon is doing to myself and I'm sure others have experience this same issue that I'm going through. Back in April 2012, I was having issue with my phone overheating and losing charge quickly; so, I went to Verizon Wireless store and see what they could do about it. They offer to order me a certified like new replacement iphone 4s and I told them yes that will be good. A couple of days later, I received the replacement iphone. So I packed my defective iphone 4s and follow everything that was on the return instruction. I packaged it and used the smart post return label as was instructed on the paper. I went to my local USPS and dropped it off to their associate. I kept the tracking smart post label receipt; so, I could tracked it. On April 18, 2012 the phone was delivered and accepted at Ft Worth, Texas which is the Verizon Wireless warehouse. Two weeks later on May 2, 2012, I got a text msg stating that my account will be charge 500 dollars for unreturned device. I called customer service and spoke with a rep named Domenik. I asked him why was I getting charged this amount when the phone has been delivered and accepted on the 18th of April. He told me that the warehouse was slow and sometimes lazy to process it (if verizon doesn't believe me, i'm pretty sure they record this conversation call and I can ask them to play the recording of this call; so, they can hear that this was said to me). I didn't make a big deal about it as long as they are able to resolve this and take the charge of my account. Domenik proceeded to start a returned investigation form to their warehouse and gave me the form # 119072. He said that everything will be taken care of it. So, I asked again if there was anything I needed to do on my end and he said no. I took his word for it and just waited.
    About couple of weeks later on May 30, 2012, right about the time I usually get my bill update from Verizon. I got the bill and it was large amount ($1,136). I called customer service again, to find out what is going on and why is my bill so high. I spoke with a rep named Gibelle and she told me that when the return investigation was done the box came with no phone. I was asking her how can that be? She was telling me that there was no phone and that I should contact their fraud department, which happened to be close by the time I called. The next day on May 31st, I spoke with a rep named Daniel who actually was helpful and polite. He took it a step further and see if he can look up the phone with the IMEI number. To verify it, I gave him the IMEI number from the original box of the iphone and it matches the one that is active since May 11 on a different Verizon Wireless account. So he tried to give me a credit pending for 849.99 which got denied since the box came as empty.
    I called again to follow up and ask why are they denying it. I spoke with this rep named Aliyah, who was very rude and didn't belong in the customer service field. She wasn't very helpful and from the sound of her tone, she was suggesting if i were you I would file a police claim and telling me that this out of their hand. So I asked if I could talk to her supervisor; a moment later after being on hold, I spoke with a supervisor named Ken. I explained my situation to him and he says that he understands and that he'll open up a fraud case with their fraud department and he'll follow up with me after about 24-48 hours.
    From what I have experience so far; I didn't want to rely on any Verizon employee. So I called the customer service and asked to be transferred to their fraud department. I was able to get in touch with someone in the Fraud department and get a case started. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to follow up from the date it was open (June 3, 2012). I waited after 5 business days and heard nothing. I called directly the Fraud department that following Saturday and spoke with a rep named Shannon, he told me that it looks like my case hasn't even been looked into but he said that'll he would be able to transfer me to someone who can have access to more information regarding my case. So I spent about an hour on hold, and I ended with him again and he said that they were short on staff on the weekened and experiencing high volume calls. He suggested I call back later and try again. I called back several hours later and spoke with Rob. He told me the same thing that I would need to call back and talk to someone who has more access to this case. So, he recommended I call back on Monday. That following Monday, I called back and got a very unhelpful and rude ( right from the very beginning) rep named Aneth. She was telling me do you have the return receipt and told me that without it they can't do anything. This was completely something different from others have been telling me when I started this case. So I told her, no one has told me that this required in ordered to start this investigation case. I asked to be transferred to a different rep that is willing and knowledgeable about what they're doing. I was then transferred to this rep named Leean and tried to help me. I told her my situation and everything that I have done my end. She asked to file a claim with my local USPS and FedEx. I told her I have done that already and there were nothing that both USPS and FedEx can do for me. USPS have said that it was a prepaid label and I wouldn't be able to file a claim and that I wasn't the recipient. She ended up telling me that I would need to get USPS and FedEx to contact them and that they would speak on my behalf regarding this case. So that night, I called FedEx again and see what they can do about the starting a claim case and calling Verizon. I spoke with a FedEx rep named Jim and he told me that they won't be able to do anything; since, it was a smart post return label. At this point, I'm running out of options that I can do on my end to resolve this issue. I went to my local Verizon Wireless store and ask to see if they can help me with this issue. I was told to file a police report. So, I finally filed a police report at my local police station. The police officer gave me the case number and will see if anything can be done about this. The police officer even said I hope they're not charging you for this and I said, "yep verizon is actually charging me for 850 for this". He was surprised when he heard that.
    Today, I just a voicemail from the Fraud department stating that this investigation has concluded and that it wasn't fraud and nothing can be done about my issue. My bill is about to be due on June 20th, and I told the customer service rep and the reps from the fraud department that I will continue to pay my normal monthly bill but I won't pay the 850 dollars.
    I ask and beg anyone out there who has experience this same issue as myself or who is going through the same; for information or help on how to get this resolve. I feel like verizon is giving me the run around and shafting me big time. I have been a Verizon wireless customer service since my freshman year of college and I don't want to leave Verizon. They have been good to me the past 10 years and have gotten great coverage on their network. This is the very first time I'm experiencing this with Verizon and so far it has been a nightmare. I followed everything that was on the return procedure and used the smart post return label and in the end, I'm the one that is being penalized for it. It's insane that Verizon won't do anything about it and keeps telling to try a FedEx claim or USPS claim. This is robbery, unfair, wrong and they shouldn't be allowed to do this to their customers. I will continue to fight this because I know for a fact that I returned that iPhone in that box; which is now currently active since May 11 on someone else's account. So, please anybody who can help me out regarding this matter; I would greatly appreciate it.
    The last option I can think of is to take this up to court and hire a lawyer. I don't want to leave Verizon but if it comes down to it, I guess I will have to. This is wrong and I asked everyone who can help me to please do so. Sorry for my rant, but I have done everything that I can do to resolve this issue but it has gotten me nowhere. It's just unbelievable and sad how Verizon could treat their customers like this, get away with it and not even help.
    Thanks Verizon wireless for shafting a loyal customer. Loyalty goes both ways, I guess with Verizon it's only 1 way.

    Tmobile did the exact same thing to me. So that is customer service at work in general. Nice try though lol.
    To the OP
    I see you said You paid for shipping, did you Insure it? Claim insurance on it. If you did not, It may not be Verizon or your fault in the sense of the phone not making it to the warehouse. There are people out in the postal world that will steal phones that are not insured. It could have been a Verizon employee, i suppose.
    But, if this was to be a bought in court, if you shipped it with out insurance, sadly your at fault.
    Do you still have the Serial number of your old phone? If so, you should be able to track where your phone is (if it is reported as a defect/damaged) If so, you may be able to use that as proof. If it does not show up as a defect or what ever they determine use as a loss, then you know it did not make it to the warehouse to be checked in. I would suspect Apple or Verizon could tell you what the Serial number came up as.

  • NEW question.. new to this. iPhone 4 and 4S

    Let me start over. I had an iPhone 4 and never had any issues with it no battery issues nothing.. Got a 4S the day of launch and was super excited to have a new device from apple. Immediately I noticed a battery issue. I even restored the phone again as new and still noticed the same problem. Took it to apple then it was replaced. Had the same issue again except this time the phone overheated and broke i was starting to get slightly annoyed. I then took it again and got a new phone. I had the same issue so i figured it was a software issue. I then worked on troubleshooting ideas with a Genius that worked for a good two days. After two days it randomly started to drain battery again., My house has amazing coverage in it always 5 bars and wi-fi is always good. I then noticed my phone wouldnt connect to the network so they then gave me a new phone after a new sim card did not work. I was on the phone with apple for a good few hours with a technician trying to figure out what it could be. I did this thing where i would only add one thing at a time to my phone each day to try and figure out the issue and the issue was still there with nothing on the phone. my software is up to date my location services is off including the hidden location services that drain battery. Mail is to fetch or whatever not push, andmy brightness is low. I really do not know what else to do... Im currently out of ideas. My mom has a 4 and her battery life is amazing even with iOS 5.0.1 and she uses it heavily.. I dont know what is cuasing this issue in all these devices.. If anyone has been experiencing the same problems or has the fixes please help. I feel like i restore my device almost every two days just to get a better battery life.. Ive done everything apple suggests.. Im confused as to what to do now any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont think this is normal?? help is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU

    might I add the technican i was working with over the phone stopped answering i do not know if they are on vacation or what but thats why im seeking out for advice here. thank you in advance!

  • Location services, Celular data, Usage and Stand by & fast battery drain on iOS 4.3.5

    Hi all,
    I've been experiencing some trouble with fast battery drain since I have updated to iOS 4.3.5, never experienced it before. I've spent some time reading out through the web, including the Apple Discussion forums, and never found anything conclusive that could lead me to a solution. With some hints from many places and some particular obstination for fixing the problem, I've managed to find a solution. I was willing to share this here just to see if anyone else had the same problem and try to figure out wheter this is a bug or just an ignorant user like me
    This is the configuration and symptoms I had for my iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.3.5 (didn' happen until 4.3.4):
    Location services enabled, with several apps been allowed to use it;
    Celular data (and 3G) turned off;
    Usage and Stand by times reported always equal since last charge (really weird, although other have already reported this);
    Cell phone overheated;
    Battery drain really fast, dropping from 100% to 50% in about four to five hours with almost no use at all.
    The following steps solved my problem:
    Close all applications to make sure nothing is running in the background;
    Reset statistics in order to observe correctly the celular data traffic;
    Make sure you have access to the internet over Wifi;
    Turn on Celular data and 3G for a short time (2 minutes should be enough). Observe celular data exchange stats: for me it was 3Kb download and 2Kb uploaded, although no application was running in the background (and there was also no need for celular data, since I was connected over Wifi);
    Turn off Celular data and 3G.
    Turn off (completelly!) Location services;
    No more overheating, usage and stand by being reported equal nor battery fast drain noticed: everything was back to normal.
    I have come to the following conclusions: it seems that Location services causes problems with Celular data turned off. I'm not sure whether Location services should work at all with Celular data turned off, but I also believe it doesn't give it the right to drain my battery so fast . I'd like to here from others just to see if anyone has experienced a similar thing and if the solution above helped fixed it. It would be interest if we could confirm this is indeed a bug in iOS 4.3.5.
    Best regards,
    Adriano

    Some further testing and observation lead me to new conclusions. I looks like the problem is not actually related to Location services, but to some buggy application trying to access data when it's not available at all. Even closing all apps, the problem doesn't go away untill Celular data is enabled (and then disabled again).
    I still believe this shouldn't be the regular behaviour.

    bonjour je ne comprends pas qu'une companie Canadienne ne donne pas de service en français.. Il y a Anglais indonésien et espagnol.. Bravo pour la considération pour le français. je vois ou se trouve vos priorités.
    Hi  I do not beleave that your company doens't have French support.. . What I do not understand you give service in spanich, Indonesian and english only.. You are a Canadian Cie and you do not have French service..  I see where is your priority..
    Ma question est sur le surchauffe du Blackberry Torch.. le cellulaire surchauffe vis à vis de la carte SIM.. la pile se décharge rapidement. j'ai 2 Torch et il n'y en a un qui ne le fait pas.. même si j'utilise les mêmes piles..Ja,i fait une remise à niveai initiale du BB et mise à jour du logiciel.. il continue de surchauffer.  Y a t'il une solution car je ne crois que les piles soient en problème car elles fonctionnent très bien dans l'aute Torch? en plus se sont 2 nouvelles piles. Y a t'il une pièce à changer, car c'est un problème de l'appareil et non seulement de la pile.
    My question is .. about BB torch overheating. I have 2 Bb torch and one is running  good.. the other overheating where is the Sim card.. I have 4 battery and same charger.. I charged battery with the one who are rinnung good and this one keep his charge and do not overheating.. I put same battery in the other.. Back of the phone overheating and battery discharge in 1 hour.. Factory Reset  that Bb. undated software.. stell overheating.. There is something i can do to fix it.. ? change part .. don't tell me it is the charger or the battery ,, i used BB charger and got 2 new battery.. Something wrong with the device..

    Hi lydianora,
    Branchez votre BlackBerry sur votre ordinateur et lancez Desktop Manager. Cliquez sur Applications. Cliquez sur le signe "+" pour ajouter et cliquez sur Appliquer.
