Photoshop 10 will not install

Question

I was forced to reinstall elements because a module was missing. During the install it removed the original installation. the reinstall now fails saying "rolling back organizer installation interrupted." I've install all windows updates, disabled virus protection, let it install on c drive rather that e drive, and restarted the computer.

No, I don't have a custom configuration. I usually put the OS on the c drive, applications on the e drive, and my data on the f drive. But, it won't install on the c drive either. The installation log summary follows. As yet it isn't much help.
