Photoshop CC trotz Kündigung Geldeinzug

Ich habe die Software gekündigt, deaktiviert und vom Rechnung entfernt.
Dennoch wurde mir einen Monat später wieder der Monatsbeitrag abgebucht.
Der Kontakt mit Adobe ist nahezu unmöglich, da auf der Homepage nur
vorgegeben Wege existieren, die nicht zielführend sind. Eine Telefonnummer
zu bekommen, ist nahezu aussichtslos.
Bei diesem Service werde ich um Adobe künftig einen Bogen machen.

Photoshop & Lightroom trotz Foto-Abo nur "Testversion"

Hallo zusammen !
Habe das Foto-Abo schon mehr als 1 Jahr und gab bis jetzt nie Probleme.
Seit dem Update diese Woche werden mir beide Produkte des CC-Foto-Abos als "Testversion" angezeigt.
Im Kundenmenü ist aber weiterhin das CC-Foto-Abo eingetragen.
Mehrmaliges An und Abmelden bei der Cloud und PC-Neustart hat nicht geholfen.
Hat jemand ähnliches Problem und eine Lösung ??

ich möchte mein Abo "Photoshop Fotografie Programm" kündigen, unter adobe.com werde ich von einer Seite zur nächsten geschickt, kann aber nicht kündigen. Was soll das?

Trotz erfolgreicher Installation von Photoshop Elements 13 erhalte ich beim ersten Aufruf die Fehlermeldung "Photoshop funktioniert nicht mehr"

Verschiedene Versuche, das installierte Programm zu deinstallieren und neu (mit Administrator-Rechten) zu installieren nützen nichts.
Wer weiß Rat

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Du hast recht, die Software ist wirklich nicht mehr aktuell, aber für meine Bedürfnisse ist sie (auch heute noch) perfekt. Und weil ich sie unter Win7 problemlos installieren konnte, wollte ich eigentlich damit weiter arbeiten. Auf meinem Laptop (ebenfalls Win7 Home) läuft PSE 2.0 reibungslos ohne diese doofe Fehlermeldung. Dort habe ich auch dieses doofe Diaprogramm nicht installiert.
Nun dachte ich, dass diese Fehlermeldung durch das Deinstallieren des Diaprogramms entstanden ist und dass man diese fehlende Datei einfach nur wieder aufspielen muss. Anscheinend ist das wohl nicht so einfach.
Zum Glück läuft mein PC sonst einwandfrei.
Ein Bekannter von mir meinte, dass es nicht unbedingt mit PSE zusammen hängen muss, sondern dass es am Scanner-Programm selbst liegen kann, welches mit dem PSE verknüpft ist. Denn die Fehlermeldung erscheint ja noch einmal, sobald ich scannen möchte. Komisch ist nur, dass man die Fehlermeldung nur wegzuklicken braucht, danach funktioniert alles bestens.
Mein Scanner ist der EPSON Perfection 4870.
Falls noch jemand etwas dazu einfällt, freue ich mich auf weitere Hinweise. Ansonsten bedanke ich mich aber für promte und ehrliche Antwort.

Photoshop CS6 macht bei längeren Arbeitsphasen Probleme

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
seit Januar 2014 bin ich durch den Erwerb des Design and Web Premium Pakets Besitzer der ein oder anderen Adobe Software.
Diese haben bislang reibungslos geklappt. Leider kommt es mir so vor, als ob Adobe Photoshop ab dem Betriebssystem OS X Yosemite 10.10.x einige Probleme bei mir längeren Arbeitsphasen bereitet.
Folgende, sehr nervenaufreibende Probleme sind mir in den letzten Wochen / Monaten aufgefallen:
(Komischerweise nur nach unterschiedlich langen Arbeitszeiten und bei größeren Arbeitsdokumenten...)
1. Lasso Wergzeug - Auswahl ist "zeitlich" einen Klick versetzt.
Die Anzeige der Lasso Linie ist nicht sichtbar sondern das Programm reagiert wenn ich das nächste Polygonelement setze.
2. Bereichsreperaturwerzeug „repariert“ erst bei einem weiteren Klick
Fast ähnlich wie das Problem Nummer Eins. Ich klicke auf einen Bereich, den ich retuschieren möchte. Bereich wird markiert aber PS reagiert nicht, sondern erst wenn ich irgendwo anders hin klick.
3. Shurt-Cuts reagieren nicht mehr. Erst nach „aus dem Programm und wieder reinklicken“ reagiert es wieder.
Das heißt, Fotoshop spinnt komplett. Es scheint irgendwie in den Hintergrund gerückt zu sein. Die Tastenkürzel funktionieren erst wieder, sobald ich ein anderes Programm oder den Finder einmal in den Vordergrund nehme und dann wieder in PS Wechsel.
[...] Weitere Problemeausführungen kann ich vielleicht in der nächsten Zeit ergänzen.
Ich weiß, diese Probleme klingen alle etwas verwaschen... es ist schwierig zu erklären, weil Sie auch verdammt unregelmäßig auftreten. Aber teilweise ist das Arbeiten durch diese komischen Symptome wirklich fast unmöglich.
Vielleicht ist der ein oder andere Experte ebenfalls über diese Probleme gestoßen. Wäre wirklich schade, wenn ich das tägliche Arbeitsmedium PS trotz Erwerb im Januar 2014 nicht mehr reibungslos nutzen kann. Die update-fähigen CC Versionen sind durch den monatlichen Preis leider keine Option für mich, weil mein Einkommen durch mein Freiberufler-Dasein sehr unregelmäßig ist. Deshalb hoffe ich zutiefst auf hilfreichen Support meiner CS6 Version.

Das sind irgendwelche Fehler im Wacom-Treiber in Kombination mit bestimmten Grafikkarten und PS' Hardwarebeschleunigung. Eine wirkliche Lösung zu dem Problem habe ich noch nirgendwo gesehen, aber vielelicht hilft ja das Ausknipsen von OpenCL oder andere Grafikeinstellungen im System.

Photoshop Elements 7 unter Windows 7 nicht lauffähig?

Nach einem Wechsel von Windows XP zu Windows 7 habe ich Photoshop Elements 7erneut installiert. Das Programm lädt Bilddateien von SD Karten korrekt in das gewählte Verzeichnis, die Miniaturen erscheinen auf dem Bildschirm, aber das Programm kann die Bilder nicht laden (trotz vergeblicher Suche!)
I changed from a Windows XP system to Windows 7 and installed my Photoshop Elements 7. The Program loads picture-files from SD-Memory Card correctly into the choosen Folder - the miniature appears on the screen - but the program can not load the picture.

I just accomplished this without any real problems and am now running with my same license on the newly rebuilt PC. Here is what I did ...
Originally my PSE7 configuration was set up last year on new Intel I7-based PC running Vista 64 bit version with a retail copy of the PSE7 software, i.e. not the upgrade version. Once that was setup I imported my catalog from the older Adobe Photoshop Album on my previous system. That put me at the place you are now, i.e. PSE7 on Windows Vista.
For this upgrade I puchased the upgrade version of Windows 7 and an additional second disk drive. I installed Windows 7 onto the clean drive, giving me a dual-boot system for either OS. While booted on the Vista drive, I used the easy-transfer method to write a backup of my Vista files to an external disk drive. I then rebooted into the Windows 7 drive and used the Easy-transfer tool to reload the files from the external drive. (note; this easy-transfer included >200GB of music/video/image files so it ran for several hours for each phase of the transfer)
Once I verified the directory structure on the new Windows 7 setup, only then did I do the installation of PSE7. That wnet flawlessly and relicensed without any problems. Next I was able to open up my catalog in organizer and all of the images were intact. Since then I have had no issues with the configuration.
So bottom line is you should be fine doing the upgrade regardless of whether you do the upgrade like I did to a new drive or an in-place upgrade overlaying your vista environment. For the in-place upgrade I would strongly recommend you still do a backup of all of your images and their associated catalog(s) to an external drive. Win7 is a vast improvement over Vista so I'm sure you won't regret the upgrade but I don't trust any vendor's software upgrade procedure, especially Microsoft so please do the backup first.

Farbmanagement in Photoshop Elements - Hilfe !

Ich kapier´s leider nicht - nach Lesen des Buches "PSE für digitale Fotografie" von Scott Kelby hatte ich aufgrund eines Tips in dem Buch für das Farbmanagement die Einstellung "Immer für Druckausgabe optimieren" angewählt. Allerding wunderte ich mich in letzter Zeit, dass insbesondere Nachtfotos äußerst "körnig" und verrauscht aussahen trotz ISO 100-Einstellung - und siehe da, wenn ich die Option "Ohne Farbmanagement" auswähle, so werden die Bilder auf dem Monitor wieder tadellos angezeigt, bei allen anderen Farbmanagementeinstellungen gibt´s die o.g. schlechte Darstellung.
Oweh, kann mir das mal jemand erklären ?? Und mache ich irgendwas falsch, wenn ich das Farbmanagement generell ausschalte ??

Gibt es den Film von "Jan Kabili zeigt, wie Alben erstellt" auch auf Deutsch ?
Ich habe ernsthafte Probleme mit dem sortieren der vielen Fotos mit "Adobe photoshop elements 12"

Printerprofile in print settings photoshop CS6

I can not find my individual printerprofile in the print settings. The profile is stored in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color and shows perfectly in other applications

Daß Sie das nicht verstehen, ist mir natürlich klar. Das kann ich ohne Weiteres begreifen.
Dieser Umstand ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache, daß was in CS5 trotz irgendwelcher Mängel funktionert, von CS6 einfach abgewiesen werden kann.
Da Ihnen aber die Antwort von einem höchst qualifizierten Adobe Photoshop Techniker/Ingenieur (nämlich Herrn Cox), der seit etwa 17 Jahren Photoshop schreibt, offensichtlicht nicht gefällt, kann ich als gewöhnlicher, bescheidener Benutzer Ihnen nicht weiter helfen. Es tut mir wirklich Leid.
Vielleicht kann Herr Cox die betreffende Datei für Sie prüfen, wenn Sie die gesagte Datei irgendwo hochladen und diese für diesen Zweck zur Verfügung stellen könnten.

ich kann das angebot des komplettpaketes nicht nützen und ärgere mich dass mir nach jahren einzahlung keines der programme gehört. nun möchte ich kündigen. bis zur kündigung möchte ich mein abonnement reduzieren. kann adobe ein sonder-abonnement (photoshop, lightroom, illustrator) anbieten?

Nein, wieso? Extrawürste gibt's nicht. Alles andere mußt du schon mit dem Support per Webchat klären. Vielleicht kommste ja schneller aus dem Abo raus.

Das nervt auch. Warum steigt Photoshop Elemenst und Premiere Elements trotz 2 maliger neuer Installation immer mit der Fehlermeldung 16 aus.
Bin von ADOBe besseres gewöhnt. Arbeite mit Windows 8.1. Eilt bitte schnell antworten.

Die Antwort lautet Farbmanagement (oder Fehlen des selben). Die Farben werden anhand von Farbprofilen umgerechnet. Das Problem tritt in GIMP nur nicht auf, weil es standardmäßig kein CM hat und damit dein RGB 1:1 auftaucht und maximal durch dein Monitorprofil/ Monitor- und Grafikkarteneinstellung verbogen wird, was aber keiner merkt, wenn alle Farben falsch verbogen werden. Wo nun der Fehler in deinem Fall ist, kann man aus der Ferne nicht sagen. Vielleicht sind die Bilder mit einem falschen Profil gespeichert oder wurden auf einem gemanagtem Monitor bearbeitet und dein Monitor eben nicht oder weiß der Geier. Ohne mal zu dem Thema nachzulesen und dein System entsprechend zu kalibrieren und einzurichten kommst du damit sowieso zu keinem schlüssigen Ergebnis. Und Hex-Codes sind bloss eine andere Form der 8bit Farbdarstellung, aber das spielt hier wirklich nicht die entscheidende Rolle. Selbst ein Browser stellt CSS/ HTML basierte Hex-Farben anders dar, als die theoretisch gleichen Farben in einem Bild mit einem bestimmten eingebetteten Farbprofil - wenn denn Farmanagement im Spiel ist. Zu dem Thema gibt es keine einfachen Antworten. Selbst wenn du alles auf sRGB zurücksetzt oder Farbprofile global ausknipst ist das noch lange keine Garantie...

Error in starting Adobe Bridge in Photoshop CS2

I've just installed Photoshop CS2, however upon opening Adobe Bridge this error message appears " The application has failed to start because libagluc28.dll was not found. Reinstalling to application may fix the problem"
I have reinstalled and click repair but to no avail
I followed Adobe Support Knowledgebase solution and run CMD and this appears:
c:Documents and Settings/Jesus M Ferraris>
then i entered the command
cacls c:\windows\installer /T /E /C /G administrators:F
but an error message appears - 'cacls' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or bathc file
I also entered the next command
cacls "c:\documents and setting\all users" /Y /E /C /G administrators:F
still the same error as above appears, Please help, have I miss something or was my procedure correct...

Error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error" (photoshop CS2 9.0.2 on MAC OSX

Today I started my program (photoshop CS2 9.0.2) and opened a JPG file. When I went to print the file the program crashed and closed. When I restarted the program and went to open the file I got this error message, "Could not complete your request because of a program error".
I have tried several different file types/sizes and all result in the same error message since the program crashed. It will not open any file I try to open. As I indicated above I am using Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 it is on a MAC with OSX 10.4.11.
I called Adobe and the Rep directed me to Tech Note 331307 and told me to Re-create the Photoshop preferences files. Which I did and restarted the program, but when I tried to open a file (any file) I still get the same error message so it doesn't appear to be the preferences.
Does anyone have any info as to what the problem may be and how to correct it.

Thanks for the response. OK... This is the first day I have been able to get back to the problem.
My system I am running Photoshop on is a Power Mac G4, AGP Graphics ATY Rage 128Pro chip set 16MB VRAM LCD 1280x1024 32-bit color, 500MHz, 1.75GB of memory, 1 MB L2 Cache, 100 MHz Bus Speed. I had installed the latest security update and repaired the permissions the day the problem started.
Now to day I started the system and went in and created a Guest Account. I logged into the guest account and started Photoshop. Low and behold it worked just fine. So I logged out of guest and logged into my main user account And started Photoshop. Wouldn't you know it.... It works just fine. I can open any file I want with now problems.
I got to thinking after I had done all of this that I wished I had tried to open a file in Photoshop today prior to creating the guest account to see if it still had the problem in my main user account.
I did not change anything else on the system and all seems to work fine now. So at his point I am really not sure what the problem was.

Adobe Stock Photos Stuck in Trash and Photoshop CS2 won't run!

Okay, I apparently did something stupid. I'm not even sure how this happened, but I realized that Adobe Stock Photos folder was sitting on my desktop (I'm using OS X 10.5.6). I don't know when this happened and I didn't think I needed it so I dragged it to the trash. NOW I cannot run any of my Adobe software (includes Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2 and GoLive CS2).
I can see the folder sitting in my trash, but it won't let me drag it back out. So, just as a test, I tried dragging out the one other file (.jpg) and I can't get that one either. I know this isn't a Mac forum, but I'm desparate and cannot find anything to help me.
Probably I am going to have to reinstall everything and (of course) I can't find my CDs!!! Please don't get angry if I'm asking the wrong question. I've done an internet search and I cannot find any solutions.

Adobe stock photos does not even exist anymore.
Have you tried deleting your trash? I have no Adobe stock Photos on my computer and everything works. try restarting the computer.
