My Photoshop Elements 10 keeps needing to close because it encounters an error. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it but it still does not
fix the problem. can you tell me what to do?
As you open Photoshop, hold Control + Alt + Shift (or Command + Option + Shift on a Mac). That will trigger a preferences reset dialog, Photoshop will go back to default state when you do that.

I had to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop elements 6 to my Windows 7 computer because the brushes were glitching on me, and now it won't accept my serial number to register it to my computer. I received it from a bundle package when I installed my tablet back in 2008ish. The warning is "A problem was encountered while trying to send information over the Internet". Ever since we updated to Yosemite OS we've had so many problems with our programs. I can't even open Photoshop Elements 10. Is there any way to fix this?
First of all, don't try to sign in. Photoshop.com is dead and gone and PSE will hang forever looking for the non-existent servers. Just start the editor or organizer directly from the application file and use that. The editor is this one, not the one at the top level of the PSE 10 folder in applications:

My movies I bought through iTunes are in my iCloud for my iPad. They continuously keep freezing not allowing me to watch them. How can I fix this?
You might need to use a faster internet connection or stonger wifi signal, or download them to your iTunes library (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519) and sync them to your iPad to watch them.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if Apple Application Support won't install normally.

I keep getting the message "unable to verify account information" how do I fix this? It happened out of no where and I tried re-entering the exchange info and it won't stop giving me the message...any ideas?!?
I already reset network settings like someone suggested, but still cannot get my exchange acct to work.I'm having the same problem but with high speed access.

Let me explain. I have an HP 2000 series laptop running Windows 7 Home premium with a 500gb hard drive. I currently have Adobe Photoshop CS4 on my computer but I uninstalled it first before downloading the trial of CC. I figured when my 30 day Photoshop CC trial was over I could go back and download CS4 with the CD again. I just wanted to try CC to see how different it was from CS4 and for some reason when I install it gets to 99% and when it finally reaches that 100% the error message comes up "Installation succeeded but patch failed." I have tried to hit the retry button a number of times and each time it still gives me the same error message. I tried restarting my laptop to see if this would fix the issue and it did not. What does this "patch failed" error mean and how do I fix this so I can download my adobe photshop CC trial?
Yeah for some odd reason out of no wear i am able to successfully download everything. Ill be honest i couldn't download everything properly while watching Netflix. ha Weird. But yea i just got Photoshop and flash to download fine! so thats awesome thank you for the tip i will be sure to add that next time i have a problem thank you!
