Physical address for Customer Relations Dept?

Is there an address for the Customer Relations Dept? I've spoken with them by phone but would like to write also.
I thought I saw this somewhere but maybe it was just the address for Apple's corporate headquarters.

    Hi,with me the same thing happened!! Half december I applied for this free docking station (they had the same promotion in the?Netherlands). However I never received anything (it wasn't recorded deli'very). Now the url for this promo isn't functioning anymore. Did anybody receive the docking station?Because I couldn't find an e-mail adress for customer services I just send an e-mail to support. I wonder if?Creative will?reply. If not I?'m afraid?some people at Creative?are misleading customers.

    The problem is that since Apple charges a premium, the buyer deserves a trouble free product for the price. If the P.O.S. needs repairs in the first six months of service then obviously something went wrong during the manufacturing process. Apple ought to just replace the computer with a new one and say "we are very sorry for your trouble".
    The people that dont mind getting a product that has been taken apart, fiddled with, and crammed back together buy the refurb products at a discount. By paying the full price for a brand new product it is expected that the product wont need to be taken apart for repairs until near the end of its life expectancy. After it is taken apart the buyer ends up with essentially a refurb that they not only payed full price for, but had to cart back to the apple store.
    I want the e-mail address too. I have a macbook that I payed full price for that has been repaired once already, and is still not working correctly. It is less than six month's old. $1100 is too much money for a defective product.

    But AppleCare if you ask nicely will give you customer relations right on the phone.
    Don't let the preponderance of issues here make you think all Macs are like this. Note, Apple made more computer sales last quarter than any quarter in its history! It says that while there are occasional glitches, they are far and few between. Apple wouldn't be selling so many machines if it was generally defective. Your machine is still under the 1 year warranty. I recommend buying AppleCare so you have unlimited calling 7 days a week for 3 years from date of computer's purchase.

    When I tried to select billing address in Customer and Contracts Details for a particular project, I get error FRM-41830 - List of values contains no entries.
    But in actual the customer has addresses.
    Can anyone please tell me what kind of setup do I need to do.

    Prerequisites for a Customer to get populated into Projects:
    1) Project Type > Contract
    2) Project/Template Status > Active/Approved
    3) Project Start Date and Customer Active Dates need to be checked.
    4) Customer Status > Active
    5) Customer need to be assigined to OU
    6) Contact Details > Bill to & Ship To.....etc

  • Sender email address for Customer Account Statement

    Dear Experts,
    Here's an issue that my colleague and I are currently facing:-
    The Customer Account Statements that are sent via email in the transaction F.27 show that the sender email address is not equals the Accounting Clerk (KNB1-BUSAB) maintained in customer master data (FD03). Instead, the sender email address here is the email address of the person executing the transaction F.27.
    I've looked through some programs (RFKORK00 and RFKORD10), and the variant used (SAPMA). Unfortunately, we still could not determine the root cause for this issue. What should we be looking into, and how can we resolve this issue too?

    "The accounting clerk’s name is then printed in any correspondence with the customers or vendors."
    The statement above leads me to think that consequently, the accounting clerk's email address should be the sender email address for the mail that is sent to the customer.
    Also, when I hit the 'F1' key on the Accounting Clerk (in transactions F.27 or FD03), the following texts are shown:-
    "Accounting clerk
    Identification code for the accounting clerk.
    The name of the accounting clerk defined by this identification code can be used in the payment program for correspondence and reporting (for example, open item lists)."
    Again, this leads me to think that the sender email address should be the accounting clerk's email.
    P/S:
    The customer is saying that this should not happen, so my colleague and I are just investigating this issue further.

  • How to make fields mandatory in Message Address for Custom Notification.

    Hi Experts,
    We have created a new custom Notification Type and we were in the process of configuring it. I want to know, if I want to make a few fields obligatory in Message Address, can that be achieved through configurations. I am basically an ABAPer so please pardon my ignorance if the question looks basic.
    In our implementation, I have seen different Work Orders with different mandatory fields in Message Addresses. I hope the same is achievable for notification as well.

    There are 2 ways to make any Notification filed mandatory.
    1. Configuration route:
    Here Under Plant Maintenance->Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance & Service Notifications>Notification Creation>Notification types> Set Field selection for Notifications:
    You select influencing button and your notification type then select the Radio button under Required column (against the 
    field you want to make mandatory)
    2. User Exit Route: Through SMOD -->User Exit QQMA0014 -->Cutsomer Exit EXIT_SAPMIWO0_020 -->Include ZXQQMU20.
    Then put your code in this include.
    Code Sample:
    IF I_VIQMEL-QMART= 'AC'.
    IF T_VIQMSM-MNGRP IS INITIAL.
    MESSAGE ID 'IW' TYPE 'I' NUMBER 464 WITH 'Tasks'.
    RAISE EXIT_FROM_SAVE.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    (The above Code makes the 'Tasks' filling mandatory in the Notification type 'AC')

    You can maintain partner role and assign it to customer master in this case. You have to create different customer master i.e.
    - Sold-to party
    - Ship-to party
    - Bill-to party
    - Payer

    We need to maintain the customer master address in multiple languages and to do so wish to activate international versions of address. If we do so and address can be maintained in Japanese fonts like Kanji, if standard SAP has a CHAR40 field, will it only hold 20 characters in Japanese, being double byte or still hold 40.

    40 bytes is always 40 bytes !
    Entering MBCS strings in non unicode system means definitively reducing the possible length of the string.
    The worst case would mean 20 kanji characters !
    For unicode, CHAR 40 means 40 characters.

    I had my bill paid to an authorized retailer and they did not credit my account. I contacted the store, verizon and my problem still exists. I talked to a supervisor or manager at Verizon, in the Financial Services and I was given an email address for Customer Relations. He said it was [email protected] I wrote an email to them but it came back with non-existent recipient. I also tried a couple combinations like [email protected], [email protected] AND [email protected] all without success.
    What is their real email? Thank you in advance.

  • Worst Lenova Customer Relations Service

    I have purchased Lenova G550 Laptop on Aug 14th 2009,just after 3months My laptop wireless stopped working
    I have returned my laptop on Dec 26th-2009 to the company for repair. Case Number  WN151933
    In January 2010 I have made 4 calls to the company since I have not received my laptop fixed, got the reply  saying that I would receive my machine in a week
    Again I have made a 5th call to the Customer care people on Feb 3rd, then They were saying there is a optical drive is missing from the laptop and I have to pay $160, but I am sure that I have sent the laptop with out missing any part and I was not communicated about the missing part to my initial 4 calls in January.
    After I have confirmed that I have sent my machine with out missing any part, I was told that the case is being escalating to Customer relations Dept and I would get a call from them in 24hours,, But I have’t received any call . After that I have called them 7,8 times but hearing same stuff that case is escalated to CR …………
    Since I did’t have my laptop, I have been lost my productivity in my career, I am Planning to approach legally thru BBB or Consumer forum

    Sorry to hear about your troubles - it does seem odd that a system would show up missing the optical drive, as that drive is not intended to be removed by the customer.   I'll see what we can find through your service case number that you have shared,  and I would also ask that you send me your contact information - name, address, phone, and the serial number for your system (if you have it written down) so that I can be sure to get customer relations engaged.
    The customer relations team is very responsive typically, and so I would have to assume there was some issue with the escalation up through service.

  • Is there really anyone working in Customer Relations?

    I know this will not help my case, but at least I can vent a little about what is without a doubt the worst customer relations department of any company I have ever seen.
    Sent my tablet in to warranty repair in the beginning of December.  Of course they were not able to fix it and after a weeks worth of calling I was finally assigned a CR manager,  xxxxx, who finally called me on the 23rd of December and told me it would only be 10 days for her to process my refund and send the check.
    Of course I never again spoke with Ms. xxxxx as she never returned any calls or emails.  About the middle of January I was actually able to speak with someone who told me I had been assigned a new case manager, xxxxx.  It took a while but Mr. xxxxx finally called and said that it would only take a week or so to process the claim as apparently nothing was ever started by Ms xxxxx.
    Now, here it is February 14th and of course Mr. xxxxx will not return my calls or emails and it seems only God has the phone number for the manager of the customer relations dept. as I have been unsuccessful in my many attempts to talk to anyone at Lenovo who might actually have a name or number for anyone other than my case manager who refuses to return my calls.
    So, as you can imagine the odds of me ever buying another Lenovo product aren't very good to say the least.  Its almost mind boggling that a company in today's world can treat its customers as poorly as Lenovo does and still be in business.
    Anyway, if you are reading this its probably too late for you to heed the warning about Lenovo, but make sure you tell anyone who is considering purchasing one of their products to not even consider it.

    Maybe you will get back to me but i doubt it.  Your customer relations dept will not return any emails sent by tech.  I have also left many voice mails for a Crystal Holeman who will also not return emails or phone calls.  
    My Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 was sent back directly to Crystal for a one more time to try and repair it.  I have no computer now and levnovo can not find it so wont call be back.
    You lost my computer and I want it back.  Do I have to take legal action?  This is ridiculous.  My case #8002961037.  Account is under my sons name William Ceskavich
