PI 7.0.2  support  Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.2  ?

Hi,all,
I need to configure a JMS receiver adpter for a RFC-JMS scenario. My PI version is 7.0.2 and the target JMS server is  Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.2.
    Since I test the scenario I got the following error message;
<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: FI_TAX_RECEIVER_CC:fbb5050eb2353a138fc3218171e93394</SAP:AdditionalText>
  <SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />
I have searched the problem but without exactly answers. Now I guess whether PI 7.0 with JDK 1.4 support Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.2 or not.
Bythe way,the basis has already deployed the driver for ActiveMQ.

Hi,ganesh
Thank you gor your answers. But there is also the same error!
In RWB,I got the following error message:
MP: Exception caught with cause com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: *_**_Receiver_CC:fbb5050eb2353a138fc3218171e93394
Exception caught by adapter framework: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: *_**_Receiver_CC:fbb5050eb2353a138fc3218171e93394
Delivery of the message to the application using connection JMS_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: *_**_Receiver_CC:fbb5050eb2353a138fc3218171e93394. Setting message to status failed
Now I do want to konw whether  the problem is about JMS driver or not ?

Google is your friend.Thats not in the least bit helpful.
To get the ball rolling, I've run SOAP against Active MQ, and here are a couple of the settings:
    Initial Context Factory = org.apache.activemq.jndi.ActiveMQInitialContextFactory
    Provider URL = tcp://localhost:61616
Active MQ has dynamicQueues and Topics which when you connect to, they are created for you, which is a nice way to start:
    dynamicQueues/FOO.BAR
Look at the following page, for the JNDI setup:

  • Do weblogic 8.1 support apache struts

              Hi All,
We want to use weblogic express 8.1. Does it support apache stucts and what

Sure. 8.1 supports JSP 1.2 and Servlet 2.3. Any version of struts that
complies to those specs should be fine. I believe our Workshop product
              uses Struts 1.1.

    Hi,
will sun cluster 3.2 support apache version 2.2.10 ?
    Thanks
    Ushas Symon

    Hi,
the question is, what the original poster meant with "is supported". If this was about getting support from Sun if something does not work, then this is really not supported.
If the question is whether 2.2.10 would work with the currently shipping agent, then this is a different story. It could work; I would just give it a try.

  • Apache Beehive support plug-in

    Hi,,
is these a plug-in for JDeveloper to support Apache Beehive framework ?
    Thanks & Rgds,
    Ram

    Hi,
    Thanks for the response.
Unfortunately ADF is not an option for us now. The application is slightly huge originally developed in weblogic workshop with NetUI & Controls framework.
Our main objective is to upgrade the appserver from weblogic 8.1 to 10.3.5 (Oracle supported level) and this application will live in this state for another 5 years at least.
We did attempt to migrate a portion of the app to ADF unsuccessfully.
It requires a clean/pure design from Data to UI, to successfully migrate to ADF and it did not suit our app which is highly tailor made. The re-engineering costs a lot.
So we are migrating to Beehive which is the natural successor and we are looking for IDE (other than workshop 10.3) ideally Eclipse.
Wondering how in earlier years, Beehive applications were developed/managed ??
There seems to be an eclipse plug-in called pollinate bit it seems not supporting the controls rather only the NetUI.
    any help or advice still.

  • Does JMS support reliable messaging (store-and-forward) for app clients?

I need to write an enterprise application client (launched with Java web start or packaged with a tool like Sun's package-appclient) that can send messages reliably from Linux to Windows. JMS seems like the obvious solution, so I deployed an EAR file with an MDB and an application client on a Windows machine (running SJSAS 9). I was able to download the client jar file onto Linux and send JMS messages successfully. However, if the Windows machine is not available, the Linux client immediately throws exceptions and fails. Are there any JMS providers that provide a store-and-forward mechanism for enterprise clients, so that if the remote server is not available immediately, messages are delivered later? (Note that the client can't be a servlet or other server-managed component.)
I'd prefer an open-source solution, but this requirement has an extremely high priority for my customer, so I'll use a commercial product if necessary. And if there's something other than JMS that works, that would be fine. (In my case, the messages on the remote side ultimately go to a .NET service, so WS-ReliableMessaging would be ideal, but it looks WS-RM won't be integrated into .NET until Vista, and the current WS-RM implementation is a beta, etc., etc.)
    Thanks,
    Mike

    You could use Apache ActiveMQ
    http://incubator.apache.org/activemq/
which supports embedded brokers inside each JVM which can be networked together in a store-forward mechanism so that each application keeps working and store-forwarding messages.
    http://incubator.apache.org/activemq/networks-of-brokers.html
or you can use failover transport to handle automatic reconnection...
    http://incubator.apache.org/activemq/how-can-i-support-auto-reconnection.html
If you need to communicate with some .Net you can use the NMS - the .Net Messaging API which has a client for ActiveMQ as well...

  • Weblogic upgrade from 8.1 to 10.3.6 - Apache Beehive

    Hi
We are trying to upgrade from Weblogic 8.1 to 10.3.6, the applications use Apache Beehive.
Would like to know if Weblogic 10.3.6 supports Apache Beehive Integration. Tried to do a Proof of concept, the beehive control objects are not getting set and because of it I am getting null pointer exception.
    Rgds
    Srini

    Hi Srini,
it supports but you need to upgrade correctly.
    follow this link
    Beehive Applications
after upgrade if you found some error like classnotfound error.
If those are the errors you were also experiencing, then please follow one of these options to resolve this issue:OPTION
1:Identify all the JARs that contain the beehive classes and explicitly add the jar files to the classpathOPTION
2:When you created the domain (if you used the Config Wizard), do you make it a "Workshop" domain? If not, try that. That should deploy the Workshop framework (Beehive controls, NETUI, etc) libraries as shared libraries. Then these libraries should be referenced in your applications weblogic.xml and weblogic-application.xml.

    Kal

Re: when will ColdFusion 10 (or higher) support apache 2.4?

  • Will CF 8 work w/ Apache 1.3.36 or 1.3.37 (Unix/Linux)?

We purchased CF 8 standard and thought we met the sever
requirements for ColdFusion 8 via RedHat AS & ES 3 or 4. Only
when we went to install it did we notice that the Web Server
support for ColdFusion 8 on Unix/Linux is listed as Apache 2.0.43
or Apache 2.2. We run cPanel production servers that do not support
Apache 2, only 1.3.36 and 1.3.37. cPanel indicates Apache 2.0
support is a long ways off for their stable and release versions.
Does any one know if ColdFusion 8 will run with Apache 1.3.36
    or 1.3.37

JRun as bundled with ColdFusion 8 still includes mod_jrun.so
precompiled for a number of platforms, although you may have to
configure Apache manually. The module source code is included as
well, so you can compile for your platform, if necessary. The
precompiled modules and the source code are in wsconfig.jar
    (connectors/apache/ and connectors/src/, respectively).

  • Weblogic JMS Bridge betwwen WL 11g (10.3.3.0) and ActiveMQ 5.4.2

    Hi,
I'm getting following warning when I try to connect two JMS Bridge Destinations (source WebLogic and destination ActiveMQ) through a Bridge.
    <Warning> <Connector> <BEA-190032> << eis/jms/WLSConnectionFactoryJNDINoTX > ResourceAllocationException thrown by resource adapter on call to ManagedConnectionFactory.createManagedConnection(): "javax.resource.ResourceException: Failed to start the connection ">
But when I test it by sending message WL does not forward that message to destination queue (ActiveMQ).
When I try to send message individually in WL Queue and MQ Queue from POJO class to test it it works fine.
    Please find the setting details
