Pics I send can't be saved by recipient ?
I have a Droid X2 and when I attach a pic in a text the person that receives it can't save it to their phone's memory card.
I'm clueless. This happen to anyone else ?
Shvlhed, thanks for your inquiry. Ann is absolutely correct. The file sizes of the pictures you are sending may be too large for the phone you are sending it to. What type of phone is receiving the picture? Have you tried with different people? If your camera is set to a high resolution, this may prevent some basic phones from viewing or saving the picture. Here is some info on file size limits for picture messaging.

Attachments (suddenly) can't be saved by recipient puzzle.
I have been regularly sending attachments (photos) to clients, from my Mac Pro, with no problem for many years.
Today I sent the same two photos to two different clients, and they both said the photo was embedded in the text with no way to save it. No paper clip is shown and if they right click the photo they can only save it as a bmp. The message size is correct for the full jpgs. Both are using Outlook Express in XP. In my sent folder the attachments and paperclips are clearly there.
I have been testing by sending myself attachments and opening them in my Parallels XP (Outlook Express) and Windows 7 (Thunderbird) Boot Camp machines.
Here is the puzzle.
In my XP machine the messages are exactly as the clients say, no paperclip, message size correct. Only difference from clients is that if I right click it says it can't find the file.
In my Windows 7 machine the messages also do not have a paperclip next to them, but if I right click on the photo in the text, I can save it out.
Messages sent from my MacBook Pro do not have this problem. They show up in Outlook/XP and Windows 7 with paperclips and are saveable.
The settings in Mail prog are synched by MobileMe between the two computers, and I can't see any differences. Composing pref on both is rich text, and menu/format/make rich text is greyed out on both).
The only difference is that the Mac Pro has Widemail plugin installed.
I can make the Mac Pro attachments work OK with Mail Iconizer, but why is it necessary? And why has it suddenly started happening?

You can't put a PDF into the photo gallery. The Photos app can only hold pictures and video. You could take a screen shot of whatever is on the screen of the device by tapping the Home and power buttons at the same time. That screen shot would be stored in your Camera Roll in the Photos app. -
Is there an issue going on with the iPhones? And iPads? I cannot send text pics. I can't get on Facebook, and I can't get on anything that uses Facebook ex Slotomania. This has been going on for a few days!!! It is happening with and without upgrades.

I drafted an email, hit my home button and went to Safari before sending the email or saving it as a draft. When I returned to mail, the email I was working on cannot be found. How can I recover it?
I've found that since I installed iOS7, I've had this problem a lot. In iOS6, I was initially cautious about leaving a draft open and unsaved while I used other apps, but soon found it was quite reliable and they were always still there when I returned to Mail.
With the first version of iOS7, the draft was almost certain to be gone when I returned. Since iOS7.0.4 it's a lot better, but not reliable enough to trust. I've got into the habit of using Cancel/Save Draft *every* time I need to use Safari, etc, before continuing with an email I'm typing. It's just not worth having to retype it.
Note that when you return to the Mail app, you don't have to go to the Drafts folder to find your draft again. Just tap and hold the New Message icon, and a list of drafts will appear. The most recent one will be at the top. I've found that this tip makes the idea of having to cancel, save and reopen much less tedious. -

We had set a output type in NACE. and that output type we have in the VA02 transaction also.
But While saving the transaction it is not going through the program mentioned in the NACE for that output type.
But mail is sent to the SAP Inbox or official id .
how that mail is gone i am not understanding.

The mail body coming with text " sales order is blocked" sopme thing like this.

I was emailed a photo that I would like to print on canvas, but it is only 746 kb and will be grainy on a large 11x14 or 16x20 canvas. Can it be saved as a higher resolution photo with Elements 10?
Hi,
You may increase the resolution of the photo, but, even with Adobe powerfull rezising algorithm, it is not possible to (re)create details that have disappeared when the photo was shrunk.
The photo will appear blurry.
The best solution is to ask to send you a higher less compressed version of the photo. -

Thanks for answering my question. I always have had RAW checked to an external editor which is PE13 on my Preferences panel in iPhoto.
I probably didn't make myself clear. When I send an ORIGINAL RAW untouched, unedited image to PE13 and do the editing and the
adjustments- (it looks great) and then try and SAVE it and forward it to my iPhoto library, it will not be sent. On the other hand if any editing
at all is first performed in iPhoto and then sent to PE13 for adjustments, and I SAVE it, it asks if I want to Replace this new edited image with
what already exists in my iPhoto library, I click REPLACE, the little wheel spins, I go to iPhoto and the new image is there. PE13 does
accept an original RAW image for editing because it will save it in PE13 in the RECENTLY EDITED column. Ideas? I need to keep my iPhoto

Photoshop CC 2014 - The file can not be saved in path because an error has occurred

I need again help regarding this issue. Sometimes but very often I receive an error, trying to save a PSD file, the error is: "The file can not be saved in <path> because an error has occurred". After that it is not possible to save the file in any format, using save or save in dialog. The only way to rescue the result is, to save for web as an jpeg. This error occours often using Topaz or NIK filter and until now only in PS-CC 2014. My workflow looks like this:
- Open NEF RAW file in Brdige
- Settings in ACR and give it into PS by clicking OK in ACR
- In PS doing a adjust some levels
- press SHIFT+STRG+ALT+E for a new summary layer
- Uing Topaz Adjust on the new level with 65% opacity
- press SHIFT+STRG+ALT+E for a new summary layer
- Using Topaz DeNoise on the new layer
- pres STRG+i and resize the image to 1200x797
- Using Topaz InFocus on the same layer as DeNoise
- create a vignette with brightness adjustlayer
After this workflow in nearly 90% it is not possible to save the file as PSD or something else, only to save for web as JPG. If I save the file after opening the RAW in PS and after every layer with Topaz Filter, I can save the file when I am done. Same issue occurs using NIK Filters in that way.
I tried to optimize the performance by using this guide: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-performance-photoshop-cs4-cs5.html doesn’t solve the issue.
I re- and installed all Adobe Products more than three times, doesn't solve the issu.
After that I ordered a new SSD drive and insall Windows 7 64bit inkl. All latest hotfixes, patches and drivers. I downloaded the newest Adobe Versions and the newest filter sets from Topaz and NIK. Doesn’t solve the issue.
This is my rig:

During my tests I took the same RAW File and created nearly 20 adjustment layers and summary layers, without using Topaz or NIK filters. No problem, I was able to save the file as PSD file.
From my point of view, actually, the error occurs only when I am using Topaz or NIK filters. Both supports doesn’t know the issue and if I search the web, I can’t find more then me. It seemed to depend on my settings, my rig or something else, perhaps a cache is overflowed or something like this. Adobe telephone support can’t help because I said I use a third party filter. But it occurs with two different manufactures…
So please guys, help me to figure out why this error occurs in my system.

MichaelUpdate: I tried several times to reproduce the error, actually it dosen't occur. I changed nothing on my system, without reboot it twice. This is what I said in my beginning times: it occurs sometimes but often. I will keep you up to date.

RosoneIt is not a bug, you might be using IE in Windows server 2012 and and browser might be restricting your site actions to respond properly.
Check this in a different browser or access site in a differ OS.

All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the iPhone's Photo Library regardless if you select a single album or folder of photos to be transferred or multiple albums or folders. The photos on the albums or folders of photos include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. The photos are not duplicated taking up double the storage space. This way you can view the photos in an album or folder of photos only by selecting the album or folder, or all photos in all albums or folders by selecting Photo Library.
Makes more sense when transferring multiple albums or folders of photos which cannot be changed when transferring only a single album or folder of photos.
The same applies with iTunes and music playlists. A song can't be in a playlist unless it is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song. -
"screen shot can't be saved" and other permissions issues
After having my iMac at the Apple Store for four days solving a problem with "quit unexpectedly" issues with all Apple built-in Apps on OS X Yosemite, I got the machine back with those problems solved. It involved re-installing OS X and restore files from backup. I thought all was well; the Genius Bar dude showed me that it's fixed. He said it took so long because of bizarre permissions issues he'd never seen before.
Now that I've lugged this 40lb machine back home (after verifying the fixes in the store) I now find that several (other) functions don't work. When I try to do a screenshot, I get this message:"Your screen shot can't be saved. You don't have permission to save this file in the location where screen shots are stored." Message could have been more helpful; the "location" is the desktop. Pretty descriptive, though. Seems I can't save anything to the desktop.
I tried creatng a folder on the desktop. Got this message: "Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this". Type password and new folder appears. Drag the new folder to the trash, get same message..
I tried copying a file from a network drive to the desktop. I get this dialog: "Modifying Desktop requires and administrator name and password. I clicked "authenticate" and after a 3 minute delay (with "Preparing.." ) I get this dialog; "Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this". I type the password and the file appeared on the desktop. Before the work at the Apple Store, this never happened. BTW I have only one user account and it's marked "Allow user to administer this computer". Thinking something might be goofy with the pw, I changed it (took 3 minutes to do, oddly) and rebooted. No joy. Same thing happens when I try to drag something from the desktop to the trash. Long time "moving" message followed by having to provide and admin pw.
I tried to save a Safari attachment to the Downloads folder and got this message: "Safari could not download the file xxxxx because there is not enough free disk space". Since I have more than 600GB of available space, I think the message is wrong and that it's really a permission issue with the Downloads folder.
Tried to reset the password again. Click to unlock the Users & Groups panel, get "System Preferences is trying to unlock Users & Groups preferences. Type your password to allow this".
All this tells me that somehow Yosemite is in "nag" mode (reminiscent of Windows Vista.
Any ideas?

If you've intentionally set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Are you loading them by using Preview>File>Open, double clicking, or dragging the file? None of the above. I am loading them through 4D. I generate a report on 4D and it opens in Preview.
When this happens can you Open another PDF from the same location? Yes, see details below.
Are you loading these PDFs from the Server or another Mac? From the server. The file is created by a 4D client that resides on my disk but the 4D server which it references is on another computer. I am still shared to that computer and my connection to 4D has not changed as far as I can tell.
I found today (details written in response to another question) that when this happens I can save the file to my own desktop but not to the server. It makes me think there may actually be something happening with my connection. I wonder does a server do any realigning (for lack of a better word) of connections as some connections are lost? While I had the document open (the one that I could not save to the server) I went to the server and opened a document that existed there. I saved the file back to the server with a different name. No problem, it worked just fine. Now I am really confused....
1) A PDF file generated by 4D that has not ever been saved to the server can not be saved to the server via Preview around the time that other people are disconnecting from the server and shutting down their computers for the day. Quitting Preview and regenning the document fixes the problem.
2) The same PDF file that can not be saved to the server can be saved to my own disk.
3) Other files that are already existing on the server can be saved with a different name to the server at the same time as a new document can not.
I wish I felt like I was getting closer to the answer...
