PL help GenericServlet: method log(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/Throwable;)V not found
When error occurs compiling JSP WLS redirects to error page along with compiler messages. Suddenly
it started to generate GenericServlet error along with netscape message: "The document contained no data.
Try again later or contact system administrator." How to debug this problem?
[Error.txt]
Check you classpath.
that method is not appeared in earlier version
of Servlet package.(Servlet2.0 or lower?)
I think you're using WebLogic 5.1.0 and may cause conflict if you're
classpath
contains earlier version of weblogic(4.5.x) or other order servlet packages.

I am calling a Web Service that returns an XML-file. The XML-file should be passed to a method that puts the xml into a table in my database.
I will upload the 3 files that are being used for this.
When I rebuild my files I get the following error in CustomerCO.java:
Error(78,38): method invokeMethod(java.lang.String, org.w3c.dom.Element) not found in interface oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAApplicationModule
Line 78 reads as follows:
String Status = (String)am.invokeMethod("initSaveXml", wsXml);
Any suggestions?
PS: I am a newbie to java and framework :-(

Are you using wli process control?
That uses wsdl and could cause the issue.
I also saw couple of internal bugs CR264315 and CR288904 on the same issue on 9.2.
Since this is a wli issue could you post in the wli newsgroup to get more answers http://forums.bea.com/forum.jspa?forumID=2047 ?
Also you can open a BEA support case at http://support.bea.com and an wli support engineer would help you. Please refer to the Cr numbers above in your support case.

A few questions:
- What OS is Siebel running on?
- What version of the Siebel connector are you using?
- Which libdnd.so file are you using?
- What's the contents of your dnd.parms file?

Hi,
I am trying to run a process project in my Weblogic server. However, the deploy is failing with a "java.lang.AssertionError: WSDL not found in the class file" error message. But my process does not contain any WSDL file, nor uses any external webservices at all. It uses RPC to connect to a mainframe program. The class where the RPC definition resides is packed in a jar file, and the references are correct.
The environment is Workshop 9.2.1.
Does anyone have any clue about this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
FranciscoHi
Are you using wli process control?
That uses wsdl and could cause the issue.
I also saw couple of internal bugs CR264315 and CR288904 on the same issue on 9.2.
Since this is a wli issue could you post in the wli newsgroup to get more answers http://forums.bea.com/forum.jspa?forumID=2047 ?
Also you can open a BEA support case at http://support.bea.com and an wli support engineer would help you. Please refer to the Cr numbers above in your support case.
Thanks

Clicking the 3.6.12 Help menu item "For Internet Explorers" item results in a "Page Not Found" error.
The URL of the resultant page is https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Windows%20start%20page?as=u
Is this a known bug, if so, is it being addressed? If so, someone needs to work faster.
If it is not a known bug, someone needs to get right on it - you want people to switch to Firefox and then there is this bug -- not a good way to impress Internet Explorer users.Hi Claudio Roca,
I have encountered the same problem. Do you found the solution for this issue? I will much appreciated if you willing to share your solution and email to [email protected] Thank you so much.

Java.lang.IllegalStateException: bean not found in "request" scope
In jsp,I use javaBean, the statement is following:

why?
Please everyone tell me if you can, thanks a lot.I believe, if it is the first time you are referring to the bean, you must use the class attribute rather than type:
<jsp:useBean id="collectionBean" scope="request" class="view.CollectionBean"/>The type is used to change how the bean is referenced, for instance, in regular Java you might do this:
// The Type The Class
java.util.List myList = new java.util.ArrayList();In use bean you would do this:
<jsp:useBean id="myList" class="java.util.ArrayList" type="java.util.List"/> -
Hi,
I've just installed a Solaris 9 and gcc-3.4.2 (from sunfreeware.com) on a Sun Blade 1500.
#uname -a
SunOS dove 5.9 Generic_117171-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-1500
Upon running my application, a runtime error occured.
ld.so.1: CMC: fatal: relocation error: file /usr/lib/librt.so: symbol priocntl: referenced symbol not found
I've traced my code to were it had encountered a problem. It seems that the error occured whenever a pthread_create() function is executed.
Originally my application was developed under a Solaris 8 environment. No runtime errors occured during that time.
I think there's a problem with the Solaris 9 /usr/lib/librt.so.1 file.
Could you please help me.
I deeply appreciate it.hi, take a look at:

you are not mentioning what kind of authentication (WPA-Enterprise, WPA-PSK,..) are you using for your wifi network. That could be related to RADIUS accounting feature (in case of WPA-Enterprise with RADIUS accounting enabled/checked) but I am not sure.
But nevertheless of that I hope this is just information that:
Some client wanted to authenticate to your network, but it fails. This resulted to explicit deauthentication of that client by your WAP (regardless of fact if client was really authenticated or not at beginning). Forced deauthentication makes sense for example in case, that client was successfully connected to your Wifi, but it fails to reauthenticate (yes, every client is challenged to reauthenticate regularly after defined period of time) for some reason - in this case forced deauthentication ensures that user will get kicked off from your Wifi network. That's my explanation of second Log line.
First line is just triggered action resulted "deauthentication" process - i.e. gather accounting statistics of that client. But in your case it fails, because that client was never really connected to your Wifi network and thus there are no records in statistics table for him. -
I don't have
com.sap.ip.me.api.logging
and
com.sap.ip.me.api.user
packages in me2lib.jar (and none of the jars in the lib folder of the SAPMobileEngine folder).
Any ideas as to where these are ?I don't think you can use ME2.1 Client with MI2.5 Server. At least they have different login protocol, and maybe different synchronization protocol as well.
The library MEg.jar, that I have inspected for the missing libraries, is a part of MI25 SP09. I heartily advise you to migrate your application to MI.

I have ReqLinesNotificationsVORowImpl and ReqLinesNotificationsVOImpl files in myprojects directory. Can anyone help please?
ThanksHi,
From the error it seems that the code is refering ReqLinesNotificationsVOExRowImpl file.
Please make sure that its class file is present in myclasses folder.
Since u have mentioned that ReqLinesNotificationsVORowImpl is already placed in myclasses folder. Hope this should resolve your issue.
