Planned Values Missing from report S_PL0_86000029, how to rectify this?
Where to plug in the values?

it's Plan actual comparison in the Profit and Loss Financial Statement.
This Transaction Code is for Profit Loss Statement whereby the Planned values have to be seen.
But one thing, I have also deleted the planned values from the General Ledger and Profitability Analysis.
Need to get these Planned values. But from Where?
Deleting GL Planned values - GLDE
Deleting COPA values - KEDB
This is what I have used.

  • Depreciation Planned Values missing in AW01N

    Hi ,
    we have a scenario in which few assets is not showing any depreciation values for period 9 (i.e. post/planned), instead the depreciation value period 9 is transferred to the period 10.
    Example: if depreciation value is 100 EUR for all the periods (1-12) and the depreciation run is successfully completed till period 8 for an asset. when we analyse the period 9 planned values in Asset Explorer screen, the entire row is missing and the period 10 is showing with a planned value of 200 EUR (inlcusive of period 9).
    Any solution to rectify this scenario ?

  • Overall Plan Values on  CNE5 Report

    Hi everyone,
    I wonder if there is any way to control the WBS Plan value that displayed in column Proj.cost sched.XXX The current situation is current year plan value (annual) but I want to display the Overall Plan value.

    In the EV version customizing I can control if the BSWS is based on overall or annual but it doesn't inflounce on the displayed column value of CNE5 report

  • Data missing from report

    Hi
    I have a data set in a BIDS report and when I select the RUN ! option in Query Designer i get the following sample data
    When I look at Preview View in the report the rows relating to ra_tncy_no 202519 are missing. All other data is showing in the report as expected.
    Can anyone assist with why the data is not showing in the report view

    Hi John,
    According to your description, when you preview the report, displayed data is not corresponding to the query results within the query designer.
    In your scenario, the issue could cause by that you have specified the visibility expression for ra_tncy_no field within group properties. Please go to Row Groups pane, click the first drop down button then select Group Properties. On Visibility page, please
    check if you have selected the display option like below and the expression is specified which value in ra_tncy_no field should hide or display. If so, please change the display option to Show.
    Besides, the issue could also cause by that you have add a filter condition within Group Properties. Please check the Filters page, if it looks below and the condition is used for filtering ra_tncy_no field , please delete the condition.

  • Export and Print icons missing from report viewer

    I'm currently embedding crystal within a wicket application in which I'm making use of the getHtmlContent() method to retrieve the report's HTML.  For whatever reason, I'm not able to get either the export or print icons (on the top left side of the viewer).  Is this because I'm using the getHtmlContent() method or do I have something misconfigured somewhere?  Setting the setHasExportButton(true) and setHasPrintButton(true) on the report viewer object has no effect. 
    If I run the same report using the generated JSP outside of my application (within tomcat), I see the export/print buttons.  I notice the JSP makes use of the processHttpRequest() method.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Louis
    - The getHtmlContent() method handles the user's request to generate the HTML for the report and returns the HTML as a String.
    Note: Either the getHtmlContent method or the processHttpRequest method can be used to handle the user's request to generate the HTML for the report, depending on how you write your JSP. If the viewer's content is displayed more than once, then the getHtmlContent method is more efficient, because the request is processed once and the resulting HTML string can be used multiple times. In this case, you must set the content type of the HTML, as recommended in the table. Additionally, using getHtmlContent sets setOwnPage to false and disables exporting and printing.
    - The setOwnPage(true) and  processHttpRequest() method should be used if you want the export and print button to appear in the report viewed through Crystal Report Viewer.
    Following is the snippet of code which shows you how to use these 2 methods.
    //Get the IReportSource object from sesion and pass it to the viewer
         IReportSource reportSource = (IReportSource)session.getAttribute("reportSource");
    Create the viewer and render the report -

  • Transactions missing from reports

    I am having major issues with reports on paypal. Lots of transactions aren't included on the reports. What is on one report may or may not show up on a different report. Inpossible to balance account at the end of the month. Sometimes it comes up with up to 10 days of transactions missing, other times the transactions missing may be interspersed throughout the report. This is nuts! Never heard of a banking business not having their statements showing all transactions. I was told by cust svc that there is an issue they are working on, but no timeline for it being fixed. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

  • Profit center missing from report FAGLL03

    We have posted several intercompany documents and when we view the documents using t code FAGLL03, for the automatically generated line items (intercompany accounts) the profit center is blank.
    For example we posted
    In company A
    Dr. expense 1000
    Cr. company B -1000
    In company B
    Dr. company A 1000
    Cr. Vendor 1000
    For the accounts that are intercompany accounts for company A & B, in FAGLL03, the amounts are showing up as
    Dr. 2000 Profit center missing
    Cr. 1000 Profit center ABCD
    (net is correct as its 1000), but how is SAP coming up with 2000 & 1000 just for FAGLL03? For FBL3n it appears correctly. I know that SAP is splitting by profit center but why is the profit center blank for 2000?

    Basically how do you store the data in the transaction cube's ?
    How does the data differs b/w Plan and actual for the same KF ?
    It stores depending on the Version...
    Restrict the KF to a perticular version ...
    Then you can get the desired...
    Check the LISTCUBE  with different versions..

  • Planned values of profit centers not showing up in customised report painte

    Hi,
    I made a customised profit center report via report painter.  I have already uploaded planned values in KP06.  In the customised report painter, the record type is "1" (plan) and version is "0" for actual/plan.  The columns for the planned values do not show any figures.  But when I generate std SAP report S_ALR_87013340 - Profit Center Group: Plan/Actual/Variance, it shows the plan values.  In that way, I know that the cost center upload is correct.   
    Please advise on how to show the plan values on the report painter.

    ahhh...the fact that you can see the actual values has made me realize what the problem might be. GLPCP and GLPCA (actual line items) use different fields in regard to the period. I assume that you are utilizing the POPER characteristic to select the periods....correct?
    In that case please try the following: copy library 8A3 into the customer name space (I would always base customized reports on your own library). In your copy activate the RPMAX characteristic. The re-create your report based on the new library and make the following changes: use RPMAX in the general selection and only use POPER in the column definition for the actual values. That should work.

  • How to pass parameters from report to graph

    I am trying to call an existing chart from Reports60.
    I figured out that only CHAR and NUMBER parameters can be passed. The mychart.ogr executable works fine from command line with parameters passing.
    Now I'm trying to pass parameter to Graphic Display, for that I associated Report Column/Parameter with Chart Parameter. (set parameter/column property).
    It's not working.. I'm getting Graph for the initial values parameters which are in the chart. Seems like there are no parameter value passing from reports to graph.
    Are there any tricks to pass value for the CHAR parameter?

  • OBIEE10G - Using column value in another report

    Let's say i have a very simple report (A) with just one column A1 that has a value X.
    Then i have another report (B) where i want to use that value X from report A, something like this:
    Year------Month----------Value
    2011------March-----------X
    Is this something possible to do?I've tried to use in column Value a filter base on results of another request where i get report A and column A1 (which has value X) but this doesn't work.

    It really is pretty much what i said but i'll try to explain with more detail my problem. I have a combined request where i have to do (besides other things) some calculations envolving knowing how many days and business days are in the month selected in the prompt. I can do this ok for the total of days in a month however i haven't been able to do this for the business days.
    My time dimension has an attribute that tells me if a day is a business day or not, so i can do a request where i count the number of business days for month and year prompted. That's my report A with column A which has value X (number of business days for a month).
    However, when i try to integrate this exactly same thing in my combined request the count of business days isn't working that's why i was asking if i can get into a column of report B the value of a column in report A. I would have this:
    Report B
    Year----------Month-------------Nr Business Days
    2011----------March--------------------21 (value of column A1 in report A).
    I hope i was my clear this time.

    How do I query a form on load after it gets called from a report hyperlink. I would like to whether it can be done passing parameters from oracle reports to oracle forms, if so how do I send the value clicked from report hyperlink into an oracle form. Requesting help on this. Thank you.,

  • Report S_PL0_86000029 - Plan Vs Actual

    Hello Experts,
    I have successfully  uploaded the plan through GP12N manually monthwise .
    When I run the report  S_PL0_86000029 , I do get the values GL account wise, only issue is, I am getting these values cumulative. That is if I run report from May  2011 to May 2011, I am getting cumulative plan vlaues (& actuals as well)  that is for April 2011 and May 2011.
    If I want ot see monthwise vlaues for plan vs actual what should I do?
    Please advise.

  • Planned revenue in PS report for Value general contract not appearing

    Dear all,
    i am assigning the WBS element in my value contract general.I need to get this value reflected in the PS report S_ALR_87013542 in the  planned revenue .i am not able to acheive this.i am using a service material with item cat TAD.
    when i create a sales order type ZOT copied from standard order OR and assign the WBS element i am able to get the planned value in the above PS report.could anyone guide me how to get the same in value contract general.

    Kindly do following checks
    check your planning/Revenue profile i.e. OPSB whether revenue from Sales Order is ticked in that.
    Also checkk if WBS is a billing element.
    Check Tcode OLPE.
    If problem, still persists, then refer following SAP Notes
    - Note 96404 - VA01/21/41: No quotation value/order value/planned revenue
    FYI - How does the planned revenue update for contracts work?
    Contracts have customer quotation character - their planned revenues are reduced completely by the first contract release order.Since the value of the first contract release order does not correspond to the complete contract value in general, the planned revenue is consequently reduced.

    Dear PS Experts,
    We are refering to a report T-Code : S_ALR_87013533 - Plan/Actual/Commitment/Rem.Plan/Assigned. For one of the WBS, we find some planned values.
    We checked the following for Plan value research :
    1.  In CJ40/CJ41 : We find Plan values in the fields "Planned Total" against that WBS Element.
    2.  In CJR3 : No plan values inserted / uploaded. Meaning its all blank and there's no WBS having any Plan Values against any Cost Elements.
    With the help of F1, on the field of "Planned Total" of CJ40/CJ41, I could find explanation & understand "Plan total is the annual or overall plan value including existing values from unit costing and cost element planning. In the cost planning of projects, the plan total also includes the plan total for all orders and networks assigned to the chosen WBS element and those subordinate to it."
    Please help me to know :
    1.  If not CJ40 or CJR3, then from where do I am getting Plan values.
    2.  From where would I be able to find those line items (planned or actuals) reflecting in the

    2.  Planned Total is 1,321,986.41
    We checked CJ40 & CJR3 and have found that we havent uploaded any plan values (thru both the T-Codes), but still Plan Values Total shows as 1,321,986.41
    Please help me to know : If not CJ40 or CJR3, then from where do I am getting Plan values.
