Plant Maintenace report

Hi,
We want to see the material stored in the plant on the basis of functional location, Equipment.
Critically of an equipment/ Functional location is being mentioned in the tab location .
Stock condition of materials ( Spare parts) is desired based on functional location.

The report asked by you i.e. Material with equipment or Functiona location is possible but not as a standard one........it comes under development & can be easily done......better talk to your ABAP consultant.........

    fields in the report are

  • Plant Maintenance Reports & Report Writer/Painter

    Has anyone ever used Report Painter or Report Writer to produce SAP Plant Maintenance Reports?    If so, what was your experience in using this tool and how difficult is it to produce reports?
    The report that needs to be generated is for overdue PM orders (PM09) ....these are scheduled preventive maintenance orders.
    We need to be able to determine if they are completed and if they are on time. This report needs to have the flexibility to choose the following
    Functional Locations
    Equipment
    Plant sections
    Main Work Center
    Basic finish date / Planned Date / Overdue date  (to be determined)
    Maintenance Plan
    Maintenance Activity Type
    Group
    We need to be able to run a chart from this data to show how many PM's are behind, how many were completed on time compared to the requirements, and any other chart that would be available (i.e. pie, line, bar etc.).

    the fields that you want in  ur report must be available in ur operating concern data structure,,,
    pls check if the characteristics and the value fields that you require is available in the data structure,,,

  • Plant Availablitly Report

    Hello every one,
    In my project, my client is asking for plant availabilty report. Now in this report they want availabilty of the report at plant level in percentage. I am not getting how to get these figures becoz in PP there is nothing like monthly planning of working hours at plant level. Any body has worked on same required with work around solution. Kindly help me in this.

    Hi Abhishek,
    This require a customized report. There are certain parmaeter you need to consider in developing this report which varies from client to client according to their business requirement. Here are some of the key point you need to consider.
    1) Case 1: In a contineous process production which is plan for 720 hrs of operation if the equipment has breakdown for 72 hrs in a month then the plant availability becomes 90%
    2) Case 2: If an equipment is breakdown and have the stand-by still the production continue without any stoppage. In this case plant availability is still 100%.
    3) Case3: If there are shortage of raw material production qty plan may reduce or production stoppage still the plant availabilty will remain 100%.
    4) Case3: Any shutdown in the utility section which are responsible by maintenance are consider to be unavailability of plant for production.
    What I am saying here may not be same business scenario you are having now. What you can do it try to segregate the malfunction notification which are affecting production and non affecting.
    Secondly, try to create different notification type or customized table to capture any parameter such Utility data which are affecting the production.
    Make a customized report /query for the plant availability. Hope this info is helpful to you.

  • How to Add plant in report?

    I have to create a cost center report which is for actual and plan comparison.
    Situation is i don’t have a business area, i have only plants to value my costs in my report in the column. I am using CCSS table to data extract .I have a field name werks in the table .

    If a field in FBL1N is not filled it might be because the field has to be created as a special field.
    In the Line item Display list in FBL1N follow this menu path: Settings -> Special fields, and add the fields you want from relevant table.
    The fields are later available for display,and you can choose them from the Line item Display list following this menu: Settings -> Display variant -> Current. From the hidden list you can now choose the fields you want to have shown. If the technical name is shown for the fields, the special fields are all starting with '1-U_'. It's important, that you add the Special field, if the field also exist as Standard field.
    The Special fields are shown in the buttom of the Hiddden list.
    Please also read the solution part of note 215798 for some very import- ant steps to be aware of.
    But, for having a field shown in the vendor Line Item Display (FBL1N) the field has to exist in the vendor Line Item. If this is not the case, you will evt. be able to see the field in FBL1N by using Offsetting account info.
    Check if field WERKS is in the structures RFPOS and RFPOSX. If not, then you need to add the field to the structures RFPOS and RFPOSX. When the structures have been extended with the field then you need to run the reports  RFPOSXEXTEND and BALVBUFDEL (in the same way as seen in the solution part in note 215798).

  • Foreign currency in Plant abroad reporting

    Dear SAP gurus,
    our customer activated a plant abroad in GBP local currency different from company code local currency (that is EUR).
    If a outgoing invoice (= customer invoice) is issued and posted in EUR for our plant abroad, VAT report enables to produce output in GBP currency. GBP amount is calculated according to historical exchange rate. In BSET table this information are stored in fields BSET-LWSTE and BSET-LWBAS
    This is OK fou our customer, but they have an addttional request on customer line item report (SAP transaction FBL5N).
    The request we have been asked is: is it possible to display in FBL5N layout also BSET-LWSTE and BSET-LWBAS columns?
    Otherwise how can these information, that is amount in plant abroad currency, be displayed in line items report?
    Is There any standard line item report that allow user to display this information?

  • Merging plants in report

    Hi All
    There is a reporting requirement , where the user wants to club certain plants under one . The report should ultimately show him
    Plant 1
    Plant 3
    Plant 6
    Plant 7 .....
    and
    Plant 1 = Plant 1  + Plant 2
    Plant 3 = Plant 3 + Plant 4 + Plant 5
    I tried display hier , but there seems to some issue with overall result in the query . Then I tried structure but it does not show the overall result.
    Pls advise if there is any other way.

    Hi,
    As suggested you have several ways.
    - The navigational attribute is these plant groups are fixed and isn't variable each time a user enters the query; otherwise you can use virtual char...
    - The restricted key figures: create a variable called "plant group 1" based on site and processed by user input. Create a RKF based on plant filtered to this var. This RKF will then show results only for the plants selected by the user. Create as many RKF / vars as site groups you need.
    - Structure: this implies that you know "a priori" the number of site groups you will have; proceed by creating element filtered to your site groups (could be vars as well); the total could be the sum of all your elements or simply a non restricted element would show overall result.
    - hierarchy: I don't know why you have an issue with the overall result but it should definitively work

    From SAP Help:
    The respective reference dates are as follows:
    1. for notifications, it is the notification date
    2. for completed orders, it is the reference date of the order completion
    3. for orders not completed, it is the order start date
    This is the reference date period for which report should be shown.

    I need your help in developing three BI report for  SAP-PM.The requirements are as follows.

  • Maintenace Report RSPO0041 blocks all batch queues

    Hi there,
    a default maintenance report RSPO0041 (reorg of spool) on my app sever seems to hang and blocks all BTC queues. This can only be solved by restarting the app server.
    I deleted the sheduled job definitions but the job started again. I do not know which definition has started this job.
    Any Ideas?
    This is only a test server and I do not use spool files.

    Andi,
    Did you find all RSPO0041 batch jobs in SM37, searching for all job status, * for after event, and future dates?
    Delete all entries.
    Also, as a test, you could change your profile to have no Batch processes and restart.  Then you could find and delete all RSPO0041 jobs without them running.  Then add back the Batch processes.
    You may also want upload a trace on the batch process.
