Player Installation with Multiple WinXP Users

Question

It seems that normally, if you install the player ActiveX
control in IE7 on XP with a Windows administrator account, then the
player is available to Windows limited user accounts on the same
computer.
However I have one location where even after installing using
an administrator Windows account, other limited user accounts on
the same box want to install the player again.
Is there a checklist of things to look for that could be
causing this?

Seems about right - but the user needs to have access to the
folder where
the rest of the files go. I guess I'm speculating that your
specific profile
is not getting access either to that location - which should
be in the
profile's own 'profile' folder in Documents and settings.
That's where the
registry key might help.
