The credit that is on your account can be used to buy items from the app store, iTunes store, ibookstore and (if you have a Mac) the Mac App Store. As long as you are buying the music for yourself (you can't use an account's balance to gift content) then your account's balance should be used before your credit card is charged - just click on the price to buy it and it's price should be deducted from your balance.

Until yesterday i was working quitley on editing a video of 2 hours; this morning i didn't open anything, even a new project, i open the home of pre and load the project but after the screen remains blank, even if i load a new project. I updated the video card driver (intel hd graphics), i download quick time i had already downloaded, unistalled and re-install the program several times but nothing. When someting works one day, but not the next, then something has changed. Finding out what the change is, can be tough.
Most people have their OS set to update automatically, and they are unaware that an OS update, or hot-fix has been applied. That can change things drastically, and especially with regards to things like audio and video drivers.
Having an Intel, embedded graphics chip, will limit you on the drivers, as they make good chips, but seem to ignore writing drivers to support those.
Since things did work, just a day, or so, ago, I would first do a System Restore Point for now. Do this manually. Then, I would reboot to Safe Mode, and choose an earlier System Restore Point. You will be required to reboot. Test things with that earlier system configuration. Please report if things work, as they recently did. Now, if they do, you have at least tracked down a time frame, when something changed. Finding out what it was, is still a task.

Imagino que hablas castellano. Espero que esto te sirva: creo que lo que eliminaste fueron los 'playlist'o lista de canciones(lo que llamas carpetas). Si así fue, las canciones siguen allí, en el iPod, sólo que no tienen playlists de referencias, pues las eliminaste. Lo que debes hacer es crearlas de nuevo(el artista, el género, etc.) en el iPod. Luego clickeas el ícono del iPod y allí, en el iTunes, aparecerá su contenido, es decir, las canciones que buscas. Las seleccionas y te las llevas a los playlist o carpetas que ya creaste y que están vacías. Sino están allí las buscas en los playlist del iTunes y te las llevas al iPod. Recuerda que hasta que no elimines las canciones del iPod, no las playlist de referencia, éstas, las canciones estarán allí.

I am going absolutely insane here, I cannot fix this problem. I have been searching Google for hours trying every single thing that people recommend, NONE of them are working. That's the question - I understand that I can use credit that i have on the App store to make purchases in the iTunes Apple Store but I dont know how to do it. If I select and album there is no option presented to allow me to access the App Store credit to make the payment. How is it done?

my mac book pro would connect automatically to my wireless network in ny. then I went to vermont with my computer and connected to my wireless network there. when I got back to ny I changed it back to my wireless connection here but it wont stay connected. each time i go on mail it asks me to join a network. it hink i did all the right steps but it wont stay joined.

I don't remember if there was a software update around the time this started happening. i did only used to have an AIM and gmail account linked to it, I added another Google account and that's when the Jabber thing popped up, I don't believe I ever saw it before then. other than that, it is the only issue I have had with the new software, and it very well could be operator error, i just cant seem to find anything about sms messages in the settings

The iMessages account can do SMS (Text Messages) in Yosemite if you have an iOS 8 iPhone that have been linked.
To do this you need to Enable text Forwarding on the iPhone - which in turn triggers the Code Number to appear on the Mac version which you copy back to the iPhone dialogue box.
If it is On on the settings on the iPhone then you should be able to select the Mac that is linked.
You may find it has become Unlicked and you need to Reset. (turn the Function On again and then ask it to connect to the Mac in question and wait fro the number).
I just checked mine and it had become Unlinked again (I am not sure of the trigger for this)

Yes! Prelude does support still images. You can add them into your rough cuts as well - and then when you send your rough cuts into Premiere Pro you can handle any special image manipulation/sizing/positioning/etc. there.
