Hi Every One,
Can you please tell me about DI Server License Cost, By Default DI Server License Valid for 15 days. It is not possible after every 15 days. register DI Server with new License.
Any body please provide me the License cost of DI Server, for longer validity.
Waiting for positive reply.

From the license Administration --- Component tab, I found.

We have a requirement that using ASP.NET (C#), we need to open saved .rpt file (saved with data and the rpt file is assigned to the web page as query string) and let the users refresh themselves with latest data by clicking at refresh icon of the CrystalReportViewer. But it throws 'The Report Application Server failed' error message. What could cause this message. below is the piece of code we are using to configure the report.

We need to let users just refresh the rpt files with latest db data and overwrite with the same rpt files. But this code keep showing The application server failed mesg. when the refresh icon of viewer is clicked.

Please help ! "Oracle Reports Server CGI - Reports Server name is not specified."

Hello Gurus,
I have an html form that allows putting in a parameter. Upon
submit the form, it'll pass a string URL with the parameter to a
new browser.

I also used keymap looks like this

But I get an Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot
be served at this time. Oracle Reports Server CGI - Reports
Server name is not specified.
However, if I move the cursor to the end of the same url (or put
a space at the end) and hit Enter, then the report is
displayed. I guess there must be something wrong with my
configuration. Please help. I appreciated any inputs from you.

I found the solution to my problem. It was nothing to do with
the cgicmd.dat keymap file, but the html form itself. It's
confused between the url arguments and form arguments from the
submit button. So, what I did was open a new window with all
arguments instead of using the submit function.

Help: Install "WebLogic Express Server" license

I am having problem to install my "WebLogic Express Server" license.
As I understand, the "WebLogic Server" and "WebLogic Express Server" use the same
installation file, the only difference is the license. So I downloaded the "WebLogic
Server 6.0 Service Pack 2" from BEA's web site. After the installation, I found
a "license.bea" file under WebLogic home directory. I replaced this file with
my license file for "WebLogic Express Server". Unfortunately, I can not start
the default server anymore.
Neither the "UpdateLicense" command works: it seems to me that it only merges/replaces
the existing license with the new one. So although I "updated" the "WebLogic Server"
license to "WebLogic Express Server" license using this command, it seems that
I am still using the "WebLogic Server", because I can still see the EJB component
page in the admin console.
Did I miss something? What is the best way to check whether "WebLogic Express
Server" has been sucessfully installed? Your help is highly appreciated!

Please help me to resolve " No substitute cost center mainta

We are working on SAP 4.6c version.
In my project,HR and FI servers are different.
I am facing a issue which pertains to HR-FI -ALE Integration and that error is " No substitute cost center maintained" this error encountered when i am trying to do posting for payroll.
We do not have a substitute cost center in our project.From HR perspective, cost center is having a relationship with the position and in turn in Info type 0001 personnel number is linked to Cost center and the position.I have checked the validity of position,cost center and employee's start date and end date.I haven't found any discrepancy on the validity periods.
Hence please suggest me ways to overcome this issue.

System is asking alternative cost center for your company code.
Please create the a new cost center, then assign to your company code in the table of TKA3G.
Or else go to path:
Payroll-> Payroll Singapore ->Posting to financial accounting->Activities in the AC-System->Set up fixed cost postings and substitute cost centers->Set up substitute cost centers .
For each country text will vary. but fixed substitute cost center name will be appear.
Ask to your FI guys then they will create a new cost center.
For fixed cost center assign cost center to your cost element.(V_TKA30)

I have logged a SR with Oracle and off course their first response was that it "must be an issue with the 3rd party app". Needless to say the 3rd party vendor suggests I speak to Oracle...Anyway I am still working with Oracle on the SR.
I have in the meantime upgraded to 9041, but I still get the same. I will try 9042 next. I have also started a "Plan B" workaround in my code...

Please help with "500 Internal Server Error"

Hi all,
I get a "500 Internal Server" error when doing some processing with a Java program that makes HTTP calls into an application API deployed as WAR file on a OC4J midtier installation. The process works fine until I get a "500 Internal Server" after about 100 transactions. I can see reference to the 500 error in the Apache access_log, but that is it - no other references whatsoever in any of the logs (OPMN, OC4J, Apache, etc.).
Can anyone point me to some sort of "500 error troubleshooting guide" or have any suggestions as to how to track the problem down?

Graphical Report - PLEASE HELP

I have created 3 graphical charts in a Report using Reports 6.0.8 The graphical charts show up correctly in desktop. I notice a small xwindow which pops up also( which doesnt come up with other reports).
But when I move this report to Web Server and try to access using a browser it doesnt show up. Our Webserver has Exceed running and the DISPLAY is set to the server and other PDF reports are showing up correctly in the browser. So no problem with DISPLAY.
Any Takers?? Please respond quickly.
Anybody who has used graphical charts in the report can please help me with the server/desktop configuration might also be helpful.

2) Select menu item Help--> Erase Authorization or Press Ctrl+Shift+D
3) Click Erase button to De-authorize

I try to download my ebooks on my laptop but receive the onscreen message, Error getting license, License server commucication problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN. Please help?

It means, the URLLink.ACSM file is corrupted. Please contact the book store and ask them to check whether the configuration in the server side is correct for that book.
One of the simple setting in the server which can case this issue is, setting the book for loan in server and providing the purchase option in the book store or vise verse.

There are some people who dispute the details of what "the software" means in the license. From my point of view, I have a license to run all of those versions each license explicity says I can use a VM. I don't think it is illegal or even unseemly.
