Please tell me the way to access the object...........?

Question

when we are decleared a class variable,there should be an object in the memory.this object is the object of the java.obj.Class class.............
my query is ..
how to acess that object ?
e.g.
public class Basic
public class Acsess{
Basic b;//now please tell how access the object of class Basic.Class?......
