Hi All
I have strucked with code pls help....
How can i check the codition in java server faces.....?
like in my Application when user provides the in put like some state name in the next page i have to display some url for that state .......if he provide some other state name it will be different url .....pls help me how can i do that,,,,,,???

There are certainly ways to do that. E.g. using the rendered attribute, using conditional statements in EL, using a specialized getter for that (lazily loaded if necessary), etcetera. But your functional requirement is unclear, so I can't go in detail with that.

Hi,
Unlike BPM Object Presentations where the 'selectedButton' is automatically assigned to the predefined screenflow 'result' variable, when using JSP Persentations you need to do the mapping yourself (I don't think there is a way around this).
Assuming you're using a JSP Presentation with a Fuego Object Interactive Call, click the 'Advanced' button at the bottom of the Main Task dialog.
Select the 'showOut' argument set, add a new argument mapping. Select 'result' from the Screenflow's instance variables and map it to 'parameters["paramName"]'. Where paramName is the name of the HTML submit input element in your JSP.

I import selected tables from schema A, and all objects from B.

Doing a table level import will not import anything other than the tables listed (including database objects like views, packages, etc).
If you want to import all object from schema B into schema B on the target db, and only selected tables from schema A in the source DB, into schema A then you are going to need to do this in 2 steps. First do the import fromuser=B touser=B. Then do the import again with fromuser=A touser=B tables=a.table1, a.table2...

[Help] How to check the object locks held by a specific thread?

As the title I want to check locks held by a specific thread. How can I do this? In Java lock is acquired and release automatically by stating synchronized keyword. I have no idea on how to check the lock status and who owns whick lock.

Look for the method:
public static native boolean holdsLock(java.lang.Object);Its in the java.lang.Thread class. It will check the lock status for an object for the calling thread.

Pls help : How to get the client ip address in EJB

Hi experts,
I need to find the ip addr of the client which makes the remote call.
I tried using
java.rmi.server.RemoteServer.getClientHost()
But it throws ServerNotActiveException .
When I tried this in RMI it works fine perfectly.
If i am right EJB is just similar to RME and it should work in it too..
Can you please help me in finding out the ip address of the client which makes the ejb call.

There is no portable way to do this in the Remote EJB programming model. The bean class
is written in a way that is agnostic to those kind of plumbing-related details of the caller.

I'm using Photoshop CS 3 to design a website. I used several shapes such as rectangle, line or ellipse of different size. Probably it is a stupid question but I don't know how to check the size of an existing rectangle. I tried free transform tool that selects my rectangle but doesn't show its size. Then I made a selection with rectangular marquee tool but I see nowhere the size of the selected area.

I have a problem. the developer said the SQL written in Java code are not the one executed in Oracle DB. that mean the query is some how manipulated by some PL/SQL so the final query run in Oracle is different. So can someone teach me how to check the actual SQL run in Oracle?

But it looks like the query stored in v$sqlarea is not the final executable SQL. for example, the code in application is "select column_A from default_table where column_A = ?" and this ? will be given some value in run time. the query stored in v$sqlarea will be like "select column_A from default_table where column_A = :1"... what is this :1?
Also if some PL/SQL procedure appends some condition to the SQL, is it possible to view the full query from database side?

When I switching the network activity to TECO, the system throws an error There are CATS records for the object to be deleted. However we have transferred all the CATS records, but in CATSDB table found Split number as 1 and there is Capacity ID 10000426.

Here is help from my side.
Schedule the job so as to run the report for every 1 hour or what ever you want.
Before that:
Juat add the below logic:
Get the Text data into a ITAB1.
LOOP AT THAT ITAB.
SELECT SINGLE PRIMARY KEY FIELDS
 FROM DATABASE_TABLE
 WHERE f primary keys of text data EQ DATABASE_TABLE-PRMARY KEY FIELDS.
IF SY-SUBRC EQ 0.
 SELECT SINGLE ORDER_NO
 FROM ORDER_TABLE
WHERE ORDER_NO EQ ORDER_NO.
IF SY-SUBRC NE 0."If Order already not created
 "* write the code to create Order
"* Store this record into other ITAB2.
ENDIF.
ENDIF.
Finally,
Get a new ITAB3 where it contans data in ITAB1 BUT NOT IN ITAB2.
Delete itab1 from presen.Server
Upload itab3 into presn.Server

Remember newline characters differ on different platforms. For example under DOS its \r\n and under UNIX its \n. Thankfully you can retrieve this information using System.getProperty("line.separator");.
