PO creation triggering orders05

Hi Experts,
    We are using IDOC PORDCR102 idoc for creating purchase order. In the inbound FM after creating the purchase order we are posting good issue. After the creation of purchase order ORDERS05 idoc is getting triggered which needs to happen after Post goods issue. The issue is happening because we are commiting after purchase order creation which creates an entry in NAST table and posts the ORDERS05 Idoc. Is there any way to stop posting orders05 idoc after the purchase order creation.
Regards
Sridevi S

Hi,
In the inbound side create a new entry in WE57 tcode.. with the functio mdoule as "IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS", basic type "ORDERS05", extn< specify the extn u created at outbound side>, message type "ORDERS". Now see if it is working.

  • Purchase order creation triggered from APO diferent from one created in ECC

    Hi All:
    When you check the 'Conv. Ind' against a purchase requisition in /SAPAPO/RRP3 it triggers conversion of PR to a PO in ECC.  The problem is, the PO created this way does not have a tax code in the PO item> Invoice tab in ECC.  But if I try to convert the same PR to PO using transaction ME21 or ME21N in ECC this field becomes mandatory.  Question is , is APO trying to use a different transaction.  If so, how do I find out what it is?
    Pl help.
    Thanks
    Ryan

    Thanks for your reply Sreeni:
    I understand the process of PO creation triggered from APO is automatic.  But what is the setup needed to automate it?  Is the setup in ECC or APO or both?  Where do you setup which PO creation transaction to trigger in ECC to create a PO triggered by APO? Pl. let me know.
    Thanks

  • Material Master creation triggering a trfc queue

    Hello Gurus,
    There are couple of IDES Systems in the company. And they are doing some testings
    In one of the IDES System whenever a Material is created, an tRFC is triggered to synchronize the data to an external system DTZ. But the same does not happen in another IDES box. The RFC connections which are existing in both the IDES boxes is similar. So deleting the RFC Connection is not the option. There is some triggering whenever the material is created. Did anyone experience this in any of their IDES Systems.
    Can someone please suggest a way to suppress this triggering.
    Thanks,
    SNK.

    Can someone please suggest.

  • Determine internal confirmation category at MM/SD transfer

    Hi guys,
    At a MM/SD transfer, I have both outbound and inbound delivey. Considering I have to use two kinds of mvt. types, depending on the situation, I should make the system determine a different internal confirmation category during the inbound creation, triggered at the goods issue, created through VL02N, regarding the outbound.
    I think I should change the values at function ME_CONFIRMATION READAVIS, with imports T163D-IBTYP as default '2'.
    Is there any standard way to do this, or any BADI I can implement to manipulate this value?
    Best regards,
    Marcelo Buosi.

    Hi Plauto Abreu,
    Thanks for your help, although, it didn't work, the program doesn't pass through this BAdi.
    Any other sugestions?
    Thanks,

      If it is negative ackowledgment deadlind step is defined. ( after 17 mins....idellay 3 X5=15 3 retries every 5 mins and + 2  so 17 mins).
    Now what happens is , in some cases  positive ackowledgment was not received eventhough file was sent within a seconds. Bcz of this update to second application is not happning properly.

    HI
      I have done the same way as mentioned by Michel in blog /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2006/06/22/xi-playing-with-the-file-adapters-acknowledgments
    In my BPM, i have send,mapping and send in one block
    First step is Send with Deadline branch( 17 mins ) and exeception Branch. and then Mapping and then send to other application.
    on succesful  ackowledgment only Mapping and send step will execute.
    But my issue now is, in some cases i am not getting positive ackowledgment even though file was sent in 10 seconds. what would be the issue?

  • Soap Receiver Adapter - No Response Message

    Hi, I've got the following scenario: Idoc - XI - Webservice. I've imported the WSDL from the .NET webservice and used the input and output messages in a syncronous interface.  I've setup a SOAP Receiver adapter with the Webservice details.  Everything is working fine when I call the webservice and the data is received 100% at the target system, but I am not getting ANY response back on XI.
    RECEIVER SOAP ADAPTER Audit LOG:

    2008-01-24 16:41:57 Success Acknowledgement sent successfully for type: AckNotSupported
    Has it got anything to do with the "AckNotSupported" type?  Is "AckNotSupported" the default setting for the receiver SOAP adapter?  If so, where do I change this setting?
    When I call the webservice with the exact same input using a standalone tool, I get the response message back 100%.  Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Rudi

    Hey
    you are confusing between a response and an acknowledgement.
    response and acknowledgement and not one and the same thing.
    response is basically used when you send some query to the receiver system and expect a set of value(s) for your query.for e.g sending a query to a Database(JDBC) or SAP system(RFC)
    and acknowledgement is just a notification that the message was receiver by the receiver correctly,it does not returns you a set of value(s).
    now coming to your question,ALEAUDIT IDOC is generated when an IDOC is posted,since in your case you are not posting and IDOC,instead your are sending it ,i m not sure if ALEAUDIT will be generated or not,one thing that will come to your rescue is that every receiver SOAP adapter expects a HTTP response(irrespective of you explicitly asking it or not).
    a HTTP 200 means that messages were posted successfully,and HTTP 500 means application error,get this HTTP response and send it back to the SAP system,most probably you would need to use BPM for this.
    Thanx

  • Successful after resending 1 by 1?

    Hi Experts,
    Its a support issue(file to idoc scenario).Many messages are failing in adapter engine daily with fatal error.When I try to resend the message 1 by 1 they are successfully send to receiver,but when i resend by selecting around 50 messages at a time they fail. This has to do with the perfomance of file adapter due to high load of messages. You may opt for EOIO processing for getting higher successful rate.

  • IDoc-to-File: Status=processed succesfully but file is not always delivered

    Hi Experts,
    I have a problem with a IDoc-to-File scenario. I generate an IDoc and send it to the XI-System. Afterwards a XML-file is created which should be transmitted to a filesystem or to a ftp server (I tested with both). In the SXMB_MONI the Message has the Status "Processed Succesfully" and the Acknowledgement-Status "Still awaiting acknowledgement". The problem is that not all files arrive the destination succesfully. sometimes they arrive and sometimes not. and always the same status in the sxmb_moni.
    if a message not arrived the destination, in the message monitoring in the runtime workbench there is the status "To Be Delivered". If one Message has the status "To Be Delivered" the following messages get this status too.
    the communication-channel-monitoring says that "the communication channel is correctly configured and started"
    Can you help me? I don't know where the problem is. could it be that the adapter-engine has some problems?
    Thanks and best regards

  • Attempt to process file failed with Exception in XML Parser-format problem

    Hi all,
    Iam getting an unusual error in the J2EE stack in XI.
    And the message is:

    My scenerio iam posting IDOC to a flat file with content conversion in the receiver side,the mapping got executed successfully and in the audit log i found that the error was after the 'Start converting XML document content to plain text'.
    This means that error occured during content conversion of XML to the prescribed file format.
    Can anyone suggest any better approach using which we may trace the junk data in IDoc. Manual adhoc approach could take time and is error prone.
    Thanks in advance...
    karun

    Hi Bhavesh,
    Thanks for the early reply. I checked the mapping and everything is fine and the output is also in valid XML format.
    The audit log shows that the mapping got executed successfully and the error is after the step 'Start converting XML document content to plain text '. Is there any constraint in the file adapter regarding the message size for parsing.

  • SOAP Asynch Message Giving HTTP 401 Unauthorized error

    Hi experts,
    <Br>
    We are sending ORDERS IDOC Asynchronously from ECC To XI and XI is sending it to Vendor using SOAP.
    This interface was working OK and now we had HTTP 401 error. Checked URL,Username and password to the Vendor. It looks OK. It is working OK if I try it in browser.
    </br>
    <Br>
    I tried to refresh the object by changing values and reactivating,did cache refresh..Still didn't work.When I try to check for the problem found J2EE_GUEST user was locked.Same was unlocked and tried again.
    </BR>
    <BR>
    This IDOC is requesting for acknowledgement( trying to suppress ack by running IDX_NOALE).
    But now I need to reprocess these failed messages.I was trying in different ways and it is not going thru.
    Any pointers are really appreciated.

    Can you run a sniffer tool & see the actual reason for 401 unauthorized error? 6172 weblog: Troubleshooting SOAP, HTTP and Mail Adapter Scenarios with TCPGateway by Stefan Grube...
    Generally, 401 unauthorized is when the target system rejects the request...  Also, What type of authentication does the target webservice have.?? B'cos i ran into a similar problem with Ms-Webservice. (they were using NTLM authentication). It works from a browser but not from PI. So we installed SOAP-AXIS adapter to support NTLM based authentication.

  • BPM Transport acknowledgment problem

    Hi,
    I'm making a scenarion where
    Sync RFC -> 'ASync' FTP
    using the BPM.
    I need to know if the file transport went allright or not and will inform the user direclty.
    So I've started to use the BPM's acknowledgment Transport feature, to know if it was successful transfered or not.
    The 'file' is transfered however, an error occur when trying to get the acknowledge.
    The message monitoring says:
    2010-10-29 08:25:50     Success     Acknowledgement creation triggered for type: SystemAck
    2010-10-29 08:25:50     Success     Acknowledgement creation triggered for type: AckNotSupported
    2010-10-29 08:25:50     Success     Acknowledgement sent successfully for type: SystemAck
    How should I interprent this error message?
    Does this mean that IIS FTP server not supporting this acknowledge feature?
    Do I need to do some special configuration of acknowlege messages?
    ps this PBM stuff and ack part is new to me
    Best regards
    Tobias

    Thx, but I have already read those forum threads.
    I find the error strange, I can see that the file is transfered then it's seem like the process stops and wait on the acknowlegement. Then when the deadline time is up then it returns saying that it failed.
    Does the FTP server need to have some special feature for getting this transport acknowledgment?
    Best regards
    Tobias

  • Need to call FM after the updation of the table

    Hi Experts,
        In the user exit 'Exit_sapllmde_006' of l_idoc_input_wmmbxy am using  function module WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE for triggering orders05 idoc. The function module l_idoc_input_wmmbxy updates the table EKBE. But this update takes place only after the complete execution of the function module l_idoc_input_wmmbxy . In the user exit of orders 'Exit_sapleinm_002' am fetching value from ekbe table and populating. But since this table is getting updated later only this segments filled by fetching value from ekbe table are empty.
    I tried using commit work and wait. But it didnt work. Tried copying WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE  to Zfunction module and calling that in update task but this is also not working.
    Is there any way to make the table get updated before calling the function module for triggering orders.
    Regards
    Sridevi S

    Hi Sridevi...
    I checked the flow of the program...the flow is like this
    L_IDOC_INPUT_WMMBXY->PERFORM WMMBID01_VERARBEITEN USING IDOC_NUMMER->MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT->Exit_SAPLLMDE_006
    I guess the EKBE update is happening in the function module MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT(Correct me if am wrong)..if that is the case then you cannot put an explicit commit in the user exit cause then you would loose the whole concept of SAP LUW...
    My suggestion would be to use a perform routine on commit..
    PERFORM WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE ON COMMIT and within this you can call the funtion module WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE...My guess is since the MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT would commit first your ORDERS IDoc exit should be able to read the data from EKBE...
    Furthermore, your update task funda might not work here becuase all the MB update function modules are normal function modules and the moment you called WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE  in update task, a nes update session would be created..you would not have a control on when this update session is executed and hence you may or may not find the data in EKBE...
    Hope this helps.....

  • Sender configuration incomplete - perhaps AS2ID missing...

    Hello,
    We have an PI 7.11 system. Our scenario is outbound IDOC to AS2 (converted to EDIFACT). It is from R/3 --> PI --> Third Party. We installed SeeBurger adapters.
    R/3 is in our landscape, its component created without Party.
    Receiver is a Third Party. So its component created with Party. In party we have defined  Agency and Scheme Name as "Seeburger", "AS2ID", "XXX".
    We also have done Receiver Agreement Header Mapping only for Receiver Communication Party and Receiver Communication Component.
    When we try to send a message, getting below error at audit log.
    Our Sender system is R/3, therefore we cant define a Party for it. What should be resolve this issue?
